The marine ranch fishing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the rolling driving mechanism comprises a gear motor fixedly mounted on the mounting frame, a driving gear is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the gear motor, a driven gear ring is fixedly mounted on an inner wall of the rolling shaft seat and meshed with the driving gear, a plurality of transmission gears are rotatably mounted on the mounting frame, and each transmission gear is meshed with the driven gear ring.
