s4, starting the first electric winch 2 and the second electric winch 431, releasing the second steel wire rope 21 and the third steel wire rope 43, enabling the net drum 3 and the net drum cover 4 to synchronously move downwards to the water bottom 8, temporarily breeding fish in the fishing cavity 31, starting the fish luring lamp 333, enabling the fish to be gathered near the center of the balancing weight 33, and then detecting the number of the fish in the fishing cavity 31 through the sonar fish detector 44;
s5, starting the first motor 332 to drive the first rotating shaft 34 and the first rotating blade plate 341 to slowly rotate, stirring the water in the fishing cavity 31, and driving smaller fish to escape from the net drum 3 through the second through holes 32;
s6, when fish taking is needed, the first electric winch 2 and the second electric winch 431 are started, the second steel wire rope 21 and the third steel wire rope 43 are wound, the net drum 3 and the net drum cover 4 synchronously move upwards to the water surface 7, then the upper cover plate 53 on the fish taking net cage 5 is opened, and fish is taken from the fish taking net cage 5.
When fishing is needed, the net barrel 3 is placed to the water bottom 8, then bait is thrown in, the bait is sunk to the position near the upper portion of the net barrel 3, fish schools are induced to eat the bait, the sonar fish finder 44 is started, when the fish schools are detected to swim to the position above the net barrel 3, the net barrel 3 is lifted to the fish school position, the fish schools enter the net barrel 3, the net barrel cover 4 is placed downwards, the fish schools are limited in the fishing cavity 31, then the net barrel 3 and the net barrel cover 4 are placed simultaneously, the fish schools are temporarily cultured in water, meanwhile, small fishes in the fishing cavity 31 escape from the net barrel 3 through the second through holes 32, grading screening is achieved, the fishing time and the fishing quantity are controlled, the operation is simple, the fishing efficiency is improved, and the freshness and the activity of the fishes can be guaranteed.

the net cylinder cover (4) is conical, the net cylinder cover (4) is arranged between the annular floating body (1) and the net cylinder (3) through a second lifting mechanism, the second lifting mechanism can drive the net cylinder cover (4) to move up and down along the axial direction of the net cylinder (3), and finally the net cylinder cover (4) is covered on a fish inlet (311) of the net cylinder (3);
the screening mechanism is arranged in the fishing cavity (31), and can catch smaller fishes out of the fishing cavity (31);
the feeding machine (6) is arranged on the annular floating body (1), and the feeding machine (6) can feed bait into the round hole (14).
2. The seine catching apparatus of claim 1 wherein said first elevating mechanism comprises:
the first electric winch (2) is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate (12), a first through hole (121) is formed in the connecting plate (12), a second steel wire rope (21) is wound on a winding drum of the first electric winch (2), the second steel wire rope (21) sequentially penetrates through the first through hole (121) and the round hole (14) and extends to the position below the annular floating body (1), and the first electric winch (2) is electrically connected with an external power supply;
the fixed block (211), the lower extreme at second wire rope (21) is fixed in fixed block (211), fixed block (211) are connected the inside wall of rope (212) and net section of thick bamboo (3) through a plurality of and are linked firmly.
3. The seine catching apparatus of claim 2 wherein said second lifting mechanism comprises:
the two second electric winches (431) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the lower side surface of the connecting plate (12) respectively, third steel wire ropes (43) are wound on winding drums of the two second electric winches (431), the two third steel wire ropes (43) penetrate through the circular hole (14) and extend to the lower part of the annular floating body (1), the end parts of the third steel wire ropes are fixedly connected with the symmetrical outer edges of the net drum cover (4) respectively, and the second electric winches (431) are electrically connected with an external power supply;
the wire rope fixing device comprises a sleeve (42), the sleeve (42) is coaxially and fixedly arranged at the top of a net barrel cover (4), an upper circular plate (421) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the sleeve (42), the lower end of the sleeve (42) extends to the lower portion of the net barrel cover (4), a lower circular plate (422) is fixedly arranged at the end of the lower circular plate, and the net barrel cover (4) is arranged on a second wire rope (21) in a sliding mode through the sleeve (42).
4. The purse seine catching device according to claim 3, characterized in that a sonar fish finder (44) is arranged on the inner side wall of the net cylinder cover (4), a controller (15) is arranged on the annular floating body (1), and the sonar fish finder (44) is electrically connected with the first electric winch (2) and the two second electric winches (431) through the controller (15).
