Abstract
牙齿增白涂膜，涉及一种含释放新生氧的牙齿漂白剂，属于化妆用品，由过氧化脲，人工合成或天然的成膜高分子材料、易挥发溶剂组成，该涂膜可直接涂于牙齿表面，使增白药物直接作用于牙齿表面，因而增白效果好、价格低、操作简便，易于推广和应用，具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。
Description
本发明涉及一种含释放新生氧的牙齿漂白剂，属于化妆品。
本发明专利提出以前，化妆品中有各种面膜，用以促使面部皮肤增白及健康，但未发现有牙齿增白涂膜。牙齿的洁白健康是重要的美容内容。牙齿因各种原因可以着色。a、发育方面的原因，如儿童8岁以前住地饮水内含氟浓度高于1PPM，会形成“氟斑牙”呈黄褐色；幼儿服用四环素类药物，会形成“四环素牙”呈灰黄色。b、生活方面的原因，如烟、茶、咖啡、食醋等都可使牙齿染色。因此，使牙齿增白，早已成为牙科学中的一大难题。1990年以前，牙科医师普遍使用33％的双氧水棉球，放置于牙面，然后加强光照射，使双氧水放出新生氧来漂白牙面的色素。但33％双氧水有很大腐蚀性，可使牙龈和口腔粘膜烧伤，故应用受到局限。个别非法行医者为谋利而不顾患者健康，使用盐酸脱色，可使牙面严重脱矿，甚至牙髓发生化学性坏死。此法已被各国禁止使用。
90年代初，美国一牙医发现过氧化脲有放出新生氧漂白牙齿之作用，且无双氧水之腐蚀性。从此，美国很快出现了三代牙齿增白剂。其第一代产品为简单的10％左右过氧化脲溶液，专供牙医使用。用时用棉球沾此溶液放置于牙面维持一定时间，或同时加催化剂使过氧化脲分解成水和尿素，而放出新生氧。其第二代产品主药仍为过氧化脲，主要改进在给药方法。由牙医先为患者取牙模，利用牙模制作一个与患者牙列一致的塑料牙列套，将药物放入牙列套内，让患者睡前戴上，早起取下，可延长药物在牙面的作用时间到8小时左右，以便有较好的漂白效果。这一代产品，如美国Ultradent公司生产的Opalescence，已在我国大城市广泛使用。第三代产品的改进仍然是给药方法。其代表产品如美国独资长沙奥伦高科技器材有限公司生产的奥伦牙齿增白剂。该产品一套备有含过氧化脲胶状药物一瓶，附有与上、下牙列形态大致相同的软塑料托盘各一个。使用时，先用95℃左右热水将软塑料托盘浸泡变得更软，立即戴在患者牙列上，闭口吸气，使托盘与患者牙列形态基本一致，然后用此托盘装上增白药物戴上，使药物能与牙齿有一小时左右接触。总观现有牙齿增白剂的发展，其关键技术在于如何能使增白药物过氧化脲能较长时间地直接作用于牙齿表面，起到更好的牙齿增白作用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：牙齿增白涂膜，由1～10％的易成膜的人工或天然高分子材料，77～88％的易挥发溶剂；6～20％的过氧化脲组成。其中做为载体的人工或天然高分子材料可以是纤维素类、聚乙烯醇缩醛类，聚氨基甲酯类、库马龙树脂、虫胶、松香等；易挥发溶剂可以是乙醚、醋酸乙脂、无水乙醇、丙酮、氯仿等。
另外，还可根据需要加入适量对人体无害的香料，如茉莉净油、桂花浸膏等，和各调色剂如胭脂红、红花黄色素等，增白效果不受影响。
本发明的实施具体操作技术如下：
首先将挥发性溶剂装入容器烧杯中，然后置于磁力搅拌器上，在转速为200转/分的搅拌下，逐渐加入成膜高分子材料，随着搅拌，逐渐溶解，溶液变稠，等完全溶解后，再将经研磨粉碎的漂白药物过氧化脲加入上述溶液中，在不断的搅拌下，缓缓升温至40±5℃，待过氧化脲完全溶解之后，将溶液冷却至室温，即制成牙齿增白涂膜。
本发明牙齿增白涂膜能使增白药物过氧化脲较长时间地直接作用于牙齿表面，且涂膜能在干燥牙面迅速成膜，膜紧贴牙面，有一定机械强度和化学稳定性，在口腔不进行咀嚼运动的情况下能维持1小时以上不脱落和溶解。因而增白的效果明显，操作简便，不仅在医院，在自已家里也可自行操作，且价格远远低于以前的牙齿增白药物，易于推广和应用，具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益
本发明实施例为：
1将醋酸乙酯85％，库马龙树脂5％加入烧杯中，置于磁力搅拌器上，在搅拌下、微加热至40±5℃，待醋酸乙酯和库马龙树脂完全溶解后加入过氧化脲10％，继续搅拌至过氧化脲完全溶解。冷却至室温，即制得透明粘稠状之牙齿增白涂膜，根据需要可加适量对人体无害之香料及调色剂，然后在低温干燥情况下分瓶密封保存于20℃以下环境中。
2用无水乙醇83％，聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5％和过氧化脲12％配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
3用丙酮80％，库马龙树脂5％和过氧化脲15％配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
4用醋酸乙酯79％，虫胶5％和过氧化脲16％配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
5用无水乙醇75％，聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5％和过氧化脲20％配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
6用醋酸乙脂77％，聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5％和过氧化脲18％，配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
7用醋酸乙酯78％，虫胶4％和过氧化脲18％配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
8用无水乙醇80％，库马龙树脂5％和过氧化脲15％配制牙齿增白涂膜。制备工艺同例1。
Claims (4)
1、牙齿增白涂膜，其特征为：由1-10％的易成膜的人工或天然高分子材料；77-88％的易挥发溶剂；6-20％的过氧化脲组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的牙齿增白涂膜，其特征在于：其中作为载体的人工或天然高分子材料可以是纤维素类、聚乙烯醇缩醛类、聚氨基甲酸酯类、库马龙树脂、虫胶、松香。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的牙齿增白涂膜，其特征在于：其中易挥发的溶剂可以是乙醚、醋酸乙酯、无水乙醇、丙酮、氯仿。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的牙齿增白涂膜，其特征在于：还可以依据需要，加入适量对人体无害的香料，如茉莉净油、桂花浸膏和着色剂，如胭脂红、红花黄色素，且增白效果不受影响。
