背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对于口腔护理愈加重视,刷牙次数及漱口书等口腔清洁产品的使用频率均有大幅提高。但由于饮食的精细化、多糖化等的改变,国人口腔健康未有明显改善,2015年的数据显示,牙周炎、牙结石、龋齿等诸多口腔问题较以前未有改善,部分指标甚至低于2005年。而牙渍、牙菌斑、牙结石是引发诸多口腔问题的根源,为目前口腔清洁护理产品重点发展的方向之一。目前市场上解决牙渍的主要产品方案为含高清洁型摩擦剂及化学螯合剂的牙膏产品及含有化学螯合剂漂白剂的凝胶、牙贴等产品。两种类型产品各有优劣势,含去渍成分的牙膏产品安全性能方面突出,但由于刷牙时间较多,见效相对较慢,特别是对于刷牙方式、刷牙时间不规范的消费者,很难依靠牙膏达到良好去除牙渍的效果;含有去渍成分的牙贴、凝胶等产品,在功效上可以解决牙膏作用时间短的问题,相对功效突出,但消费者对各功效成分对牙齿及牙龈的损伤方面一直存在担忧,目前该类型产品并未有被大多消费者接受。
专利CN108366954A公开了一种牙齿美白组合物,其包含含有过氧化氢和N-乙烯基杂环聚合物的过氧化物复合物、过碳酸钠和至少一种疏水性聚合物载体,并对各功效成分含量进行了规定,该组合物在牙齿表面与唾液等成分接触快速释放活性氧等成分起到漂白牙齿的作用,同时过碳酸钠的加入可以起到协同增效作用,其作用时间规定为1分钟到两个小时之间。该专利更多聚焦在对目前市面上大多美白牙贴、凝胶等产品美白去渍效果的提升层面,未提出解决该类产品对牙齿或牙龈的负面影响方案。专利200580010369.X公开了一款牙齿涂料,该牙齿涂料成膜物质主要由至少一种天然植物树脂与至少一种昆虫树脂(主要指虫胶)的混合以及聚丙烯酸酯、羟丙基纤维素、聚乙二醇等类似聚合物构成,且同时添加白色类着色剂(如二氧化钛、氧化铝等)、非白色类着色剂(主要为群青蓝、酞青绿、FD&C或D&C颜料或染料)及珠光微粒共同调节达到遮瑕亮白效果。该专利以成膜剂负载遮瑕成分,通过涂覆遮盖住牙齿表面色渍,去除色渍的效果缓慢、作用有限。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有缓释作用、安全性高的口腔去渍成膜剂产品,提高去渍发挥效果、方便使用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,按重量百分比计,包括组分:31%-36%天然植物成膜剂、1-11%增稠剂、52%~65%食品级溶剂、0.1-2%去渍功效成分、1-5%缓释载体、1-3%分散剂。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述天然植物成膜剂为乳香树脂、松香树脂、达玛树脂中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述增稠剂为乙基纤维素、水灰石、聚丙烯酸钠中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述去渍功效成分为植酸、植酸钠、过氧化脲、过碳酸钠中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述缓释载体为食品级活性炭、β-环糊精中的至少一种。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述食品级溶剂为食用酒精,乙醇含量大于95%。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述分散剂为去离子水、甘油或丙二醇。
第二方面,本发明提供一种制备如第一方面所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例,将去渍功效成分均匀分散于分散剂中,混合均匀;
2)向步骤1)中加入缓释载体,混合均匀;
3)将天然植物成膜剂、增稠剂加入食品级溶剂中,搅拌30min左右至完全溶解;
4)将步骤2)得到的产物加入步骤3)中,搅拌20min左右,混合均匀,出料,即制得所述具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物。
其进一步地技术方案为,还包括,将制得所述具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物存储于密闭容器。
与现有技术相比,本发明所能达到的技术效果包括:本发明提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物通过各组分的复配,涂抹牙齿后在牙齿上可形成涂覆性能良好的薄膜,该薄膜中功效成分可以缓慢释放,在确保良好的去渍美白功效同时解决传统美白牙贴功效成分在牙齿表面局部作用浓度过高易引起牙釉质损伤等问题。
此外,还具有以下效果:
1、本发明提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物较现有美白去渍牙膏等产品,具有作用时间长、去渍效果突出的特点,可以长效作用12h不脱落(夜用,中间不进食);
2、本发明提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物含有的功效成分具有缓慢释放的优势,在确保良好去渍美白功效的同时解决了传统美白牙贴功效成分在牙齿表面局部作用浓度过高易引起牙釉质损伤等问题;
3、本发明提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物所用原料均为食品用或食品级原料,通过小鼠急性经口毒性试验,LD50>5000mg/kg,实际属于无毒级,对人体安全,能够保证产品长时间停留于口腔内的安全性。
4、本发明提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物具有使用便捷的优势,在牙齿上固化时间可控制在3min以内,且固化后不影响正常喝水、睡眠等,方便易操作。
具体实施方式
下面将对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,以下将描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例1-4提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物的具体配方比例以及用于对比的对比例1-2具体配方均见表1所示。

上述实施例1-4及对比例1-2的制备工艺如下:
1)按比例,将功效成分分散于分散剂中,搅拌至混合均匀,其中植酸与植酸钠溶解于去离子水中,过氧化脲、过碳酸钠分散于甘油或丙二醇中;
2)向步骤1)中加入缓释载体食品级活性炭或β-环糊精,搅拌混合均匀;
3)取经过提纯处理后的植物树脂、增稠剂添加到食用酒精中,搅拌30min左右至完全溶解;
4)将步骤2)所制备的含有功效成分的缓释载体加入步骤3)中,搅拌20min左右,混合均匀,出料,即得所需产品,将该产品存储于密闭容器中,待使用。
(1)去渍效果测试
每次取0.003g上述实施例1-4与对比例1-2所得产品,涂抹经模拟牙渍染色后的牛骨片(染色过程参照《牙膏生产技术概论》P280页牙齿染色液配制方法执行),固定涂抹区域,涂抹后固化3min,将牛骨片置于人工唾液中放置12h,使用乙醇洗脱,测牛骨片白度,涂抹前后牛骨片白度变化情况如下表。其中,色差对比根据CIE1976LAB标准进行判断。其中判断色差变化依据由表2所示,各实施例与对比例的去渍效果见表3:

通过色差对比表2可知,涂抹前后各实施例与对比例均有良好去除牙齿色渍效果,实施例组前后色差均达到中等以上,而不含缓释成分的对比例的色差较大,去渍效果优于实施例。
(2)钙流失率测试
分别将实施例1-4及对比例1-2的样品涂覆于牛牙切片的牙釉质表面,确保各组涂覆面积相同,作用12h后,使用乙醇将涂膜洗脱,将洗脱的胶膜及溶剂收集,通过ICP测试各实验组钙离子含量,具体测试结果见下表4。

通过上述测试结果可知,本发明实施例1-4提供的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,使用12h后,牙釉质表面几乎无钙离子流失,安全性高,且由实施例1与对比例1、实施例2与对比例2的具体配比可知,在同样功效成分条件下,具有有缓释成分的实施例使用后牙釉质表面的钙离子流失明显低于不含缓释成分的对比例。
综上,在去渍效果上,对比例组较为突出,但其钙流失率也较为严重,使用一次钙流失率超过20ppm,对牙齿损失较为严重,对人体有潜在危害。实施例组去渍效果均处于中等以上,具有良好的去渍效果,同时其钙流失率约为3ppm及以下,综合使用性能表现最好,其中实施例2的整体性能表现最佳,为本发明的最优方案。
(3)产品安全性测试
急性经口毒性试验:
参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)2.3.1,将实施例1-4制备的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物产品送至动物实验中心进行小鼠经口毒理实验,实验结果如表5:

由表5结果可得,本发明提供的实施例1-4的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物对雌雄性KM小鼠急性经口半数致死量LD50>5000mg/kg体重,属实际无毒级,对人体无毒害,安全性高,大大降低吞咽危害性。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详细描述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
以上所述,为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括组分:31%-36%天然植物成膜剂、1-11%增稠剂、52%~65%食品级溶剂、0.1-2%去渍功效成分、1-5%缓释载体、1-3%分散剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,所述天然植物成膜剂为乳香树脂、松香树脂、达玛树脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为乙基纤维素、水灰石、聚丙烯酸钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,所述去渍功效成分为植酸、植酸钠、过氧化脲、过碳酸钠中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,所述缓释载体为食品级活性炭、β-环糊精中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,所述食品级溶剂为食用酒精,乙醇含量大于95%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂为去离子水、甘油或丙二醇。
8.一种制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述的具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例,将去渍功效成分均匀分散于分散剂中,混合均匀;
2)向步骤1)中加入缓释载体,混合均匀;
3)将天然植物成膜剂、增稠剂加入食品级溶剂中,搅拌至完全溶解;
4)将步骤2)得到的产物加入步骤3)中,搅拌,混合均匀,出料,即制得所述具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物的方法,其特征在于,还包括,将制得所述具有美白去渍效果的牙齿美白组合物存储于密闭容器。
