The female physiological blood stain is influenced by factors such as genital secretion flora, pH and the like, and has a larger difference with blood stain components in animal blood vessels, a common blood stain cleaning method is not suitable, the blood stain is divided into fresh blood stain and old blood stain, iron in the fresh blood stain exists in a ferrous form and can be dissolved in water, the iron in the old blood stain is oxidized into ferric iron and is subjected to complexing coagulation with protein, the blood stain is formed on a fabric by being stained with the protein and is very difficult to remove by a chemical detergent, and trace residues are left even after cleaning, so that the attractiveness and subsequent use of the fabric are greatly influenced. Therefore, the cleaning of the blood stain in the physiological period of the female is always a problem that the female feels headache and feels shy in tooth opening.
The washing machine cannot achieve the washing effect because the washing machine cannot be specially used for washing a certain place, and therefore the washing machine generally needs to be washed by hands. For example, chinese patent application CN202011406968.6 discloses a detergent with strong blood stain removal effect and a preparation method thereof, in the disclosed patent, the detergent for removing blood stains is prepared by protease, sodium citrate, isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, C12-15 alkanol polyether-9, secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine and the like, but the detergent is mainly prepared by the protease, the activity of the protease is relatively high due to the influence of external environmental factors, the activity is volatile and ineffective, the stability in a system is relatively low, and the relatively high enzyme activity and the decontamination effect are difficult to maintain for a long time. In order to improve the stability of enzyme in the system, the prior art generally adopts the following methods: transforming the gene of the strain for producing the protease, immobilizing the protease and adding a stabilizer. Compared with the complexity and higher cost of enzyme modification and enzyme coating technology, the method of adding the stabilizer to keep the enzyme activity is simpler and more convenient and has wide application, but the stabilizer (such as boric acid) has certain irritation to the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that the existing bloodstain removing product has poor bloodstain removing effect on the bloodstains remained for a long time, and part of the products contain enzymes with low stability in a system and are difficult to maintain high enzyme activity and decontamination effect for a long time, the composition with the bloodstain removing effect is provided, overcomes the defects that the enzyme stability of the existing enzyme-containing product is low and boric acid stabilizers have certain potential safety hazards, and has the effect of effectively removing fresh and old bloodstains.
The invention provides a composition with a blood stain removing effect, which at least comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-60 parts of anionic surfactant, 0.1-40 parts of zwitterionic surfactant, 0.1-70 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0-6 parts of polymer emulsion, 0.1-5 parts of protease, 0.1-5 parts of chelating agent and the balance of deionized water to 100 parts.
As a preferable technical scheme, the anionic surfactant is at least one of fatty alcohol polyether sulfate sodium, alkyl sodium sulfonate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl glutamate; preferably, the anionic surfactant is a combination of sodium fatty alcohol polyether sulfate, sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl glutamate; preferably, the mass ratio of the fatty alcohol polyether sulfate sodium to the alkyl sodium sulfonate to the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate to the sodium cocoyl glutamate is 1: (3-8): (0.1-3): (0.5-2). Preferably, the sodium fatty alcohol polyether sulfate is sodium laureth sulfate, and the sodium alkyl sulfonate is sodium dodecyl sulfate; based on the system of the invention, by introducing the components with the mass ratio of 1: (3-8): (0.1-3): (0.5-2) the sodium fatty alcohol polyether sulfate, the sodium alkyl sulfonate, the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the sodium cocoyl glutamate which are used as anionic surfactants generate synergistic action with a zwitterionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and protease in a system, so that the activity of the protease in the system is not influenced, and the clear removing effect on fresh and old blood stains is improved.
As a preferred technical solution, the zwitterionic surfactant is a combination of cocamidopropyl betaine and lauramidopropyl betaine; preferably, the mass ratio of the cocamidopropyl betaine to the lauramidopropyl betaine is (0.01-1): (0.01-3).
As a preferred technical scheme, the nonionic surfactant is selected from one or a combination of several of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside; preferably, the nonionic surfactant is a combination of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside; preferably, the mass ratio of the fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate to the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to the alkyl glucoside is (0.01-1): (0.01-3): (0.01-3); preferably, the alkyl glucoside is dodecyl glucoside, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, and the inventors find that the mass ratio of the alkyl glucoside to the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is (0.01-1): (0.01-3): and (0.01-3) fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside, wherein the bloodstain removing effect of the composition is synergistically improved, the dispersion effect of the surfactant in a system is improved, and the stability of the system is ensured.
As a preferable technical scheme, the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant to the zwitterionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant is (1-12): (1-4): (1-7). Based on the system, the composition with the blood stain removing effect is prepared by adopting the combination of an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant to cooperate with protease, and particularly, the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant to the zwitterionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant in the system is controlled to be (1-12): (1-4): (1-7), the activity and stability of protease in the system are not influenced, and the provided composition has a strong effect of removing fresh and old bloodstains.
As a preferred technical scheme, the polymer emulsion comprises 0.1-5 parts of acrylate copolymer emulsion and 0.1-1 part of styrene/acrylic emulsion by weight; the acrylic ester copolymer emulsion is from the following types; the styrene/acrylic emulsion is from the type of styrene/acrylic emulsion. Based on the system, the polymer emulsion is introduced into the acrylate copolymer emulsion and the styrene/acrylic emulsion, so that the stability of the protease in the system is improved, the influence of the introduction of part of the surfactant on the structure and the activity of the protease is avoided, the protease can keep the activity in the system for a long time, and the removal effect on old blood stains is improved.
As a preferable technical scheme, the chelating agent is at least one of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, trisodium methylglycine diacetate and an iron ion chelating agent; preferably, the chelating agent is a combination of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, trisodium methylglycine diacetate, an iron ion chelating agent; the mass ratio of the tetrasodium glutamate diacetate to the trisodium methylglycine diacetate to the iron ion chelating agent is 1: (0.1-0.5): (0.01-0.1). The type of the iron ion chelating agent is YL-702, and the iron ion chelating agent is from remote chemical engineering.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition with the function of removing blood stains, which at least comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding an anionic surfactant into deionized water according to parts by weight, and stirring for 25-35 min at 70-90 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
(2) Sequentially adding a zwitterionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant into the solution A to obtain a solution B;
(3) Cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding polymer emulsion, chelating agent, and protease into solution B, stirring and mixing for 10-30min, and cooling to 20-30 deg.C.
Has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention provides a composition with a bloodstain removing effect, which effectively improves the stability of biological enzyme in a system, has a strong effect of removing fresh and old bloodstains, and is suitable for cleaning clothes in a female physiological period.

Based on the system of the invention, by introducing the components with the mass ratio of 1: (3-8): (0.1-3): (0.5-2) the sodium fatty alcohol polyether sulfate, the sodium alkyl sulfonate, the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and the sodium cocoyl glutamate which are used as anionic surfactants generate synergistic action with a zwitterionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and protease in a system, so that the activity of the protease in the system is not influenced, and the clear removing effect on fresh and old blood stains is improved.
3. Based on the system of the invention, the mass ratio of (0.01-1): (0.01-3): and (0.01-3) fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside, wherein the bloodstain removing effect of the composition is synergistically improved, the dispersing effect of the surfactant in a system is improved, and the stability of the system is ensured.
4. Based on the system, the polymer emulsion is introduced into the acrylate copolymer emulsion and the styrene/acrylic emulsion, so that the stability of the protease in the system is improved, the influence of the introduction of part of the surfactant on the structure and the activity of the protease is avoided, the protease can keep the activity in the system for a long time, and the removal effect on old blood stains is improved.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a composition with a blood stain removing effect, and the composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15.5 parts of anionic surfactant, 5 parts of zwitterionic surfactant, 5.5 parts of nonionic surfactant, 1.1 parts of polymer emulsion, 1 part of protease, 0.6 part of chelating agent and the balance of deionized water to 100 parts.
The anionic surfactant is a combination of fatty alcohol polyether sodium sulfate, sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl glutamate; the mass ratio of the fatty alcohol polyether sulfate sodium to the alkyl sodium sulfonate to the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate to the sodium cocoyl glutamate is 1:5:2:1. the sodium fatty alcohol polyether sulfate is sodium laureth sulfate, and the sodium alkyl sulfonate is sodium dodecyl sulfate.
The zwitterionic surfactant is a combination of cocamidopropyl betaine and lauramidopropyl betaine; the mass ratio of the cocamidopropyl betaine to the lauramidopropyl betaine is 1:0.5.
the nonionic surfactant is a combination of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside; the mass ratio of the fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate to the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether to the alkyl glucoside is 0.8:0.5:0.1; the alkyl glucoside is dodecyl glucoside, and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether.
The polymer emulsion comprises 0.6 part of acrylate copolymer emulsion and 0.5 part of styrene/acrylic emulsion in parts by weight; the acrylate copolymer emulsion is S-05 and is sourced from Jiang Susheng New Material science and technology Limited; the styrene/acrylic emulsion was model number Opulyn 301, and was derived from the dow chemical of the united states.
The chelating agent is a combination of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, trisodium methylglycine diacetate and an iron ion chelating agent; the mass ratio of the tetrasodium glutamate diacetate to the trisodium methylglycine diacetate to the iron ion chelating agent is 1:0.2:0.01. the model of the iron ion chelating agent is YL-702, and is from remote chemical engineering.
In another aspect, embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for preparing a composition with blood stain removing effect, comprising the following steps:
(1) Adding an anionic surfactant into deionized water according to parts by weight, and stirring for 30min at 80 ℃ to obtain a solution A;
(2) Sequentially adding a zwitterionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant into the solution A to obtain a solution B;
(3) Cooling to 45 ℃, adding the polymer emulsion, the chelating agent and the protease into the solution B in sequence, stirring and mixing for 20min, and cooling to 25 to obtain the product.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 of the invention provides a composition with a blood stain removing effect and a preparation method thereof, and the specific implementation mode of the composition is the same as that of the embodiment 1, except that the preparation raw materials of the composition comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20.5 parts of anionic surfactant, 6 parts of zwitterionic surfactant, 5.5 parts of nonionic surfactant, 1.1 parts of polymer emulsion, 2 parts of protease, 0.4 part of chelating agent and the balance of deionized water to 100 parts.
Example 3
The embodiment 3 of the invention provides a composition with a blood stain removing effect and a preparation method thereof, and the specific implementation manner of the composition is the same as that of the embodiment 1, except that the composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 26 parts of anionic surfactant, 4 parts of zwitterionic surfactant, 4 parts of nonionic surfactant, 1 part of protease, 0.5 part of chelating agent and the balance of deionized water to 100 parts.

Performance test method
1. And (3) testing the bloodstain removing effect:

(4) washing with water for 60 times;
(5) finally, the film is rinsed with clean water, dried and photographed for recording (see fig. 1).
Note: (1) paying attention to the kneading force and times; (2) The closer the whiteness value of the clothes before and after washing is to the initial whiteness value, the more obvious the washing liquid has the function of removing blood stains on the clothes.
2. And (3) stability testing:
1. low-temperature stability: the compositions prepared in the examples were filled into transparent PET bottles and placed in a refrigerator at 5 ℃ for 48 hours, the state of the bodies was observed and recorded, and the results are recorded in Table 1.

Claims (10)
1. The composition with the function of removing blood stains is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-80 parts of anionic surfactant, 0.1-40 parts of zwitterionic surfactant, 0.1-70 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0-6 parts of polymer emulsion, 0.1-5 parts of protease, 0.1-5 parts of chelating agent and the balance of deionized water to 100 parts.
2. The composition with the effect of removing blood stains according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant to the zwitterionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant is (1-12): (1-4): (1-7).
3. The composition for removing blood stains according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the anionic surfactant is at least one of sodium fatty alcohol polyether sulfate, sodium alkyl sulfonate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl glutamate.

5. The composition for removing blood stains according to claim 4, wherein the zwitterionic surfactant is a combination of cocamidopropyl betaine and lauramidopropyl betaine.
6. The composition with blood stain removing effect according to claim 5, wherein the non-ionic surfactant is selected from one or more of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside.
7. The composition for removing blood stains according to claim 6, wherein the nonionic surfactant is a combination of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glucoside.
8. The composition with the bloodstain removing function according to claim 7, wherein the polymer emulsion comprises 0.1-5 parts by weight of acrylate copolymer emulsion and 0.1-1 part by weight of styrene/acrylic acid emulsion.
9. The composition for removing blood stains according to claim 8, wherein the chelating agent is at least one of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, trisodium methylglycine diacetate, and an iron ion chelating agent.
10. A method for preparing a composition for removing blood stains according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising at least the steps of:
(1) Adding anionic surfactant into deionized water in weight portion, at 70-90 deg.c,
stirring for 25-35 min to obtain solution A;
(2) Sequentially adding a zwitterionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant into the solution A to obtain a solution B;
(3) Cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding polymer emulsion, chelating agent, and protease into solution B, stirring and mixing for 10-30min, and cooling to 20-30 deg.C.
