The front hatch 31 may be rotatably connected to the vehicle body by providing a rotation shaft, for example, the rotation shaft of the front hatch 31 may be provided on a side of the front hatch 31 close to the front windshield 2 of the vehicle in the width direction of the vehicle, or the rotation shaft of the front hatch 31 may be provided on a side of the front hatch 31 away from the front windshield 2 of the vehicle in the width direction of the vehicle, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, which is a schematic overall structure of the headlight assembly 32 according to the embodiment of the application, specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the headlight assembly 32 further includes a housing 321 and a lens 322, the lens 322 covers the housing 321, and the housing 321 is provided with a connection portion facing the automobile body, and the connection portion is used to connect the headlight assembly 32 to the automobile body.
For example, the case 321 may be provided in a groove-like structure like a rectangle as shown in fig. 3, so that the lens 322 is covered over the case 321, a receiving space for receiving other components may be formed, and for example, the light emitting module of the headlight assembly 32 may be provided in the receiving space. In addition to the above-mentioned groove-like structure, the housing 321 may be configured in other structures, such as a bowl-like structure, which is more suitable for the shape of a common light emitting module. The embodiment of the present application is not limited to the specific structural shape of the housing 321, and may be appropriately selected according to the shape of the light emitting module and the space of the mounting position of the headlight assembly 32.
In the embodiment of the application, the lens 322 can be made of common glass or high-grade polycarbonate, and the polycarbonate material has the advantages of high hardness, high toughness, high strength, good light transmittance, ultraviolet resistance and the like, and is very suitable for manufacturing the lens 322. In addition, the lens can be manufactured into a curved surface consistent with the streamline modeling of the automobile according to the streamline modeling of the automobile, so that the wind resistance and wind noise of the automobile can be reduced, and the performance of the automobile is improved.
In addition, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a headlight assembly 32 may be provided over the entire space between the front hatch 31 and the front windshield 2 of the automobile. The front cover and other components may be provided only in a part of the space between the front hatch 31 and the front windshield 2 of the automobile, for example, the front cover and other components may be provided only at the edges of both sides in the vehicle width direction between the front hatch 31 and the front windshield 2 of the automobile, similarly to the conventional arrangement in which the lamps are provided at both sides of the front bumper. The embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
If the automobile adopts the automobile front cover structure 3 provided by the embodiment of the application, the lamps arranged at two sides of the front bumper can be kept, so that the front cover lamp assembly 32 and the lamps at two sides of the bumper supplement each other, the respective characteristics are exerted, and the function of the front cover lamp assembly 32 can be exerted. In addition, the lamps at the two sides of the front bumper can be omitted, so that the number of the lamps can be reduced, and the production cost of the automobile is reduced.
On the basis of this, in order to connect the headlight assembly 32 to the vehicle body, a connection is provided in the housing 321 in the direction toward the vehicle body, by means of which connection the headlight assembly 32 can be connected to the vehicle body. It is to be noted that the connection portion may be provided directly under the case 321 to connect to the internal structure of the vehicle body under the case 321. Since the edge of the case 321 is connected to the vehicle body, it is also possible to arrange the connection portion along the extending direction of the edge of the case 321 with reference to fig. 2, so that the headlight assembly 32 can be connected to the front compartment of the vehicle and the fender 1.

It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate the installation of the headlight assembly 32, the headlight assembly 32 is connected to a portion close to the vehicle body, specifically, a portion of the headlight assembly 32 close to the front hatch is connected to the front cabin of the vehicle, and a portion of the headlight assembly 32 close to the fender 1 is connected to the fender 1.
On this basis, the connection portions can be distinguished according to the positions at which the connection portions are provided. The connection portion near the front hatch 31 may be referred to as a first connection portion 323. Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a first connection portion 323 is provided at a side of the bottom surface of the housing 321 near the front hatch 31 for connecting the headlight assembly 32 to the front hatch of the automobile. In the present embodiment, the first connection portion 323 may be provided in a fastening connection manner, or the first connection portion 323 may be provided in a fastening connection manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the rotation axis of the front hatch 31 is disposed on the side of the front hatch 31 close to the front hood lamp assembly 32, for example, referring to fig. 1, the rotation axis of the front hatch 31 may be disposed at a position where the front hatch 31 is closest to the front hood lamp assembly 32, and referring to fig. 1, the position where the front hatch 31 is closest to the front hood lamp assembly 32 refers to two sharp portions of the front hatch 31 extending out of the main body structure of the front hatch 31 close to the front hood lamp assembly 32 on both sides of the front hatch 31. In this way, when the front hatch 31 is opened by rotating about the rotation axis, an installation space for installing the first connection portion 323 can be formed.
Based on this, since the front hatch 31 can form an installation space for installing the first connection portion 323, in some embodiments of the present application, the first connection portion 323 adopts a connection manner of fastening members. Compared with the connection mode of the clamping connection, the connection mode of the fastener connection is firm in connection, but a certain installation space is needed, and the space requirement for installing the fastener can be met by arranging the rotating shaft of the front hatch 31 on one side of the front hatch 31 close to the front cover lamp assembly 32. Specifically, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2,3 and 4, the first connection portion 323 includes a root portion 3231, an extension portion 3232, and a fastener 3233, the root portion 3231 is fixedly connected to the case 321, the extension portion 3232 is a connection block provided along the root portion 3231 to extend toward the front compartment of the automobile, a through hole is provided in the connection block, and the fastener 3233 passes through the through hole to connect the headlight assembly 32 to the front compartment of the automobile. When the housing 321 of the headlight assembly 32 is manufactured, the first connecting portion 323 and the housing 321 may be manufactured together, so that the integrity of the housing 321 may be enhanced, the connection strength between the root portion 3231 and the housing 321 may be enhanced, the first connecting portion 323 may be subjected to a relatively large force, and the connection firmness between the headlight assembly 32 and the front cabin of the vehicle may be ensured. In addition, the first connection portion 323 may be provided in a separate structure, and then the first connection portion 323 is fixedly connected to the housing 321, and then the front cowl lamp assembly 32 is connected to the front cabin of the automobile through the first connection portion 323.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of first connection portions 323 may be provided at intervals along the extending direction of the housing 321 at a side of the housing 321 near the front hatch 31, thereby further securing the firmness of the connection of the front cowl lamp assembly 32 with the front hatch.
In addition, the fasteners 3233 that are commonly used include pins, rivets, bolts, screws, etc., and the front cover lamp assembly 32 is inevitably damaged during the use of the front cover lamp assembly 32, and the front cover lamp assembly 32 needs to be repaired or replaced. Therefore, here, the fastening member 3233 may be a bolt or a screw which is easily removed, and a screw hole corresponding to the thread of the bolt or the screw may be provided at a position corresponding to the bolt or the screw in the front compartment, so that the use of a nut can be avoided. Because when using the nut, it is necessary to fix the bolt with a tool to achieve the fitting of the screw or the screw and the nut, it is difficult to fix the nut because the space in the front compartment is narrow. Screw holes are formed in positions, corresponding to the bolts or the screws, in the front cabin, and the bolts or the screws can be matched with the screw holes by rotating the bolts or the screws above the shell 321, so that the shell 321 can be fastened and connected to the front cabin of the automobile, for example, when an electric tool is used, the matched installation of the bolts or the screws and the screw holes can be completed quickly, and therefore the installation efficiency of the front cover lamp assembly 32 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first connection portion 323 may be provided in a square case structure as shown in fig. 3, the square case edge being provided with a support plate perpendicular to the extending direction of the case 321, which can improve the torsional strength of the extension portion 3232, preventing the extension portion 3232 from being bent with respect to the case 321. In addition, a plurality of reinforcing plates can be arranged in the square shell along different directions, so that the overall stress intensity of the first connecting part 323 can be improved, the fastener 3233 can be installed by adopting larger torque, and the connection firmness of the front cover lamp assembly 32 and the front cabin of the automobile is further ensured. As shown in fig. 3, a reinforcing ring extending in the axial direction of the fastening member 3233 may be provided at a portion of the extension portion 3232 corresponding to the fastening member 3233, thereby improving the compressive strength of the extension portion 3232.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the connection part further includes a second connection part 324, and in particular, the second connection part 324 is disposed at a position of the bottom surface of the case 321 near the front windshield 2 and the automobile fender 1. For example, referring to fig. 2,5 and 6, a clamping portion is disposed on a side of the second connecting portion 324 adjacent to the vehicle body, so that the second connecting portion 324 connects the front cowl lamp assembly 32 to the front cabin and the fender 1 of the vehicle in a clamping manner.
Referring to fig. 5, as an example of the second connection portion 324, specifically, a deformable pie-shaped clamping portion 3241a may be disposed towards the front end of the automobile body, and a circular hole may be disposed at a corresponding position on the automobile body, and by pressing the front hood lamp assembly or the housing 321 in the direction of the automobile body, the pie-shaped clamping portion 3241a may be pressed and clamped into the circular hole, so that the pie-shaped clamping portion 3241a is clamped into the circular hole. In order to allow the circular-cake-shaped engagement portion 3241a to smoothly enter the circular hole, a guide portion is further provided on a side of the circular-cake-shaped engagement portion 3241a close to the vehicle body. In addition, a support portion having a plate-like structure is further provided on the side of the second connection portion 324 adjacent to the housing 321, and a support plate for the pie-shaped engagement portion 3241a is further provided between the housing 321 and the pie-shaped engagement portion 3241a in the axial direction of the pie-shaped engagement portion 3241a, so that the force strength of the pie-shaped engagement portion 3241a can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in another example of the second connecting portion 324, in this embodiment, a deformable conical engaging portion 3241b is provided at the front end of the second connecting portion 324 toward the vehicle body, and the side of the conical engaging portion 3241b near the vehicle body forms a guide portion by utilizing the characteristics of its own structure. A neck is further provided between the body of the clamping portion and one side of the conical clamping portion 3241b adjacent to the housing 321, and when the conical clamping portion 3241b is inserted into a circular hole provided at a corresponding position of the front cabin of the automobile by extrusion, the conical clamping portion 3241b and the front cabin of the automobile are kept relatively fixed at the neck. In addition, referring to fig. 6, a tubular structure may be disposed between the housing 321 and the conical engaging portion 3241b to support the conical engaging portion 3241b, and ribs may be disposed around the tubular structure, so that stability of the conical engaging portion 3241b may be greatly improved, the conical engaging portion 3241b may have a high stress intensity, and the service life of the conical engaging portion 3241b may be prolonged.
When the housing 321 of the headlight assembly 32 is manufactured, the second connecting portion 324 and the housing 321 may be manufactured together, so that the second connecting portion 324 and the housing 321 form an integral structure, the integrity of the housing 321 and the second connecting portion 324 may be enhanced, the connection strength between the second connecting portion 324 and the housing 321 may be enhanced, the second connecting portion 324 may be subjected to a large force, and the connection firmness between the headlight assembly 32 and the vehicle body may be ensured. In addition, the second connection portion 324 may be provided in a separate structure, and then the second connection portion 324 is fixedly connected to the housing 321, and then the front cowl lamp assembly 32 is connected to the front cabin and the fender 1 through the second connection portion 324.
Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of second connection parts 324 may be disposed at intervals at the bottom surface of the case 321 corresponding to the front cabin and the fender 1, so that the connection firmness of the front cowl lamp assembly 32 with the front cabin and the fender 1 may be further ensured.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, the first connection portion 323 and the second connection portion 324 described above may be provided in combination to connect the headlight assembly 32 to the vehicle body. Since the mounting space of the bottom surface of the case 321 on the side close to the front windshield 2 and the fender 1 is insufficient, the second connection portion 324 is provided on the side close to the vehicle body of the front hood lamp assembly 32, and the second connection portion 324 can be engaged with the front cabin and the fender 1 by pressing the front hood lamp assembly 32 against the vehicle body, so that the front hood lamp assembly 32 can be connected with the front cabin and the fender 1, and the engagement structure such as a buckle, a christmas tree, a metal buckle can be selected in addition to the above-mentioned pie-shaped engagement portion 3241a and cone-shaped engagement portion 3241 b. For the front cover lamp assembly 32 to be close to the front windshield 2 and the automobile fender 1, the installation space is insufficient, and blind installation can be realized through a clamping connection mode, so that the front cover lamp assembly 32 is simple to install.
When the front hatch 31 is opened by rotating it around the rotation axis, a large space can be formed, and the first connecting portion 323 can be installed by using this space, so that the first connecting portion 323 is provided in a fastening connection manner, and the connection firmness between the front cowl lamp assembly 32 and the front cabin can be ensured. Through the above-mentioned setting about first connecting portion 323 and second connecting portion 324, the structural characteristics of the automobile front cabin, automobile fender 1 and front cabin cover 31 can be reasonably utilized, the installation of the front hood lamp assembly 32 is completed, and the firmness of the connection of the front hood lamp assembly 32 and the automobile front cabin can be ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 7, a mounting guide 325 may be further provided on the bottom surface of the case 321, specifically, the mounting guide 325 is provided along the bottom surface of the case 321 toward the vehicle body, and the mounting guide 325 is provided with a guide slope 3251 corresponding to one end of the vehicle body. For example, referring to fig. 7, the mounting guide 325 may be provided in a plate-like structure, and in order to improve the torsion and bending resistance of the mounting guide 325, the mounting guide 325 is provided as a gusset, and the extending direction of the gusset is made parallel to the mounting direction of the headlight assembly 32 to the vehicle body. Meanwhile, a guiding inclined plane 3251 is provided at an end of the corner plate near the automobile body, and for example, as shown in fig. 7, a sharp corner facing the corner may be formed by cutting at an end of the corner plate near the automobile body. The front cabin of the automobile is provided with a guide hole corresponding to the installation guide piece 325, when the front cover lamp assembly 32 is installed, the guide inclined surface 3251 of the installation guide piece 325 firstly stretches into the guide hole, and the front cover lamp assembly 32 and the automobile body can be automatically aligned in the installation process of the front cover lamp assembly 32 towards the automobile body due to the limit of the guide hole to the installation guide piece 325, so that the front cover lamp assembly 32 is installed to a preset position.
It should be noted that, in addition to the configuration shown in fig. 7, the installation guide 325 may be configured in other shapes, such as a conical configuration of the installation guide 325, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application. In addition, when the housing 321 of the headlight assembly 32 is manufactured, the mounting guide 325 can be manufactured together with the housing 321, and the mounting guide 325 and the housing 321 are integrally formed, so that the integrity of the housing 321 and the mounting guide 325 can be enhanced, and the connection strength between the mounting guide 325 and the housing 321 can be enhanced, and the mounting guide 325 can receive a large force. In addition, the installation guide 325 may be provided as a separate structure, and then the installation guide 325 is fixedly coupled to the housing 321, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
In the conventional arrangement of the front hatch 31 and the front windshield 2, the lower end of the front windshield 2 is generally lower than the upper end of the front hatch 31. In order to manufacture the front hatch 31 and the front hood lamp assembly 32 by utilizing the existing manufacturing process as much as possible, in some embodiments of the present application, the lens 322 of the front hood lamp assembly 32 extends in a hook-shaped structure along the length direction of the automobile, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, one side of the lens 322 of the hook-shaped structure extends toward the front windshield 2, and the other side of the lens 322 of the hook-shaped structure extends toward the front hatch 31, so that the extending direction of the lens 322 has the same appearance as the extending directions of the front windshield 2 and the front hatch 31, and the aesthetic appearance of the front part of the automobile is better. In addition, a drain hole 3223 is provided at the lowest point of the lens 322 having the hook-shaped structure, so that it is ensured that accumulated water or rainwater on the lens 322 can be drained as soon as possible in rainy or snowy days or when the vehicle is cleaned. As shown in fig. 4, with respect to the lens 322 provided with the drain hole 3223, the case 321 is located on one side of the lens 322 having the hook-like structure, and the portion of the lens 322 on the one side has been extended beyond the case 321, so that the drain hole 3223 is provided at the lowest point of the lens 322, and no water is allowed to enter the case 321.
On this basis, referring to fig. 4, the first end 3221 of the lens 322 of the hook-like structure is inclined toward the front windshield 2, and the second end 3222 of the lens 322 of the hook-like structure is inclined toward the front hatch 31. The second end of the lens 322 is located below the front hatch 31, and an upper end of the second end of the lens 322 and the front hatch 31 are provided with a gap in which a first seal 3224 is provided. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first seal 3224 may be provided as a sealing strip, and the sealing strip is provided below the edge of the front hatch 31 on the side close to the lens 322, so that the difference in appearance between the lens 322 and the front hatch 31 can be weakened. In addition, considering the installation of the lens 322 and the front hatch 31 and the sealability between the lens 322 and the front hatch 31, it is not preferable to set the gap between the upper end of the second end of the lens 322 and the front hatch 31 too large or too small, and in some embodiments of the present application, the gap may be set between 2 and 8 mm, so that the clearance between the front hatch 31 and the lens 322 can be ensured, and the sealing between the front hatch 31 and the lens 322 can be also better ensured.
In addition, referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to secure the seal between the lens 322 and the fender 1, a gap is also provided between the lens 322 and the fender 1, and a second seal 3225 is provided toward the gap in the extending direction of the lens 322. And, the second seal 3225 is larger in size than the gap between the lens 322 and the automobile fender 1, and the second seal 3225 is bent upward against the automobile fender 1 toward one side of the automobile fender 1. For example, the second seal 3225 may be made of a flexible rubber plate, a side of the second seal 3225 adjacent to the lens 322 is disposed along an extending direction of the lens 322, and the second seal 3225 is fixedly connected to the lens 322. For example, the second seal 3225 may be attached to the lens 322 with an adhesive; connection structures may also be provided on the lens 322 and the second seal 3225 to connect the second seal 3225 to the lens 322, for example, a clip and a slot may be provided on the lens 322 and the second seal 3225, respectively, to fixedly connect the second seal 3225 to the lens 322 by way of a clip connection; the second sealing member 3225 may also be fixedly connected to the lens 322 by means of an adhesive bonding connection structure, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 8, the second seal 3225 is bent upward along the automobile fender 1 toward one side of the automobile fender 1 and abuts against the side surface of the automobile fender 1. In general, the seals have a certain elasticity, and with the above arrangement, the side of the second seal 3225 against the automobile fender 1 has a tendency to deform downward, so the second seal 3225 can be made to abut closely against the side of the automobile fender 1, so that the seal between the second seal 3225 and the automobile fender 1 can be maintained. It should be noted that if the bending deformation of the second seal 3225 toward the side of the automobile fender 1 is large, the service life of the second seal 3225 may be shortened, so that it is also not preferable to set the amount of interference between the second seal 3225 and the automobile fender 1 large, and for example, the amount of interference between the second seal 3225 and the automobile fender 1 may be set to 0 to 1mm, so that the seal between the second seal 3225 and the automobile fender 1 may be maintained, while ensuring that the deformation amount of the second seal 3225 is moderate, and that the second seal 3225 has a long service life.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 8, the side of second seal 3225 facing automobile fender 1 may be machined into a pointed structure, so that when second seal 3225 abuts against automobile fender 1, the contact area between second seal 3225 and automobile fender 1 may be increased, and thus the seal between second seal 3225 and automobile fender 1 may be further ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a wiper 4 is generally further disposed on a front windshield 2 of a current automobile, the wiper 4 is generally located at the lower end of the front windshield 2 when not in use, and when in use, the wiper 4 swings back and forth along the front windshield 2 from the position to remove rainwater on the front windshield 2, so that the front windshield 2 is kept clean. In order to ensure the normal operation of the wiper blade 4, and prevent the wiper blade 4 from interfering with the housing 321 of the headlight assembly 32, referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the housing 321 is provided with a relief groove 326 near the wiper blade 4, and the relief groove 326 is provided to ensure the normal operation of the wiper blade 4, specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a concave structure may be provided on a side of the housing 321 near the wiper blade 4 to form the relief groove 326. Of course, the avoidance groove 326 with other shapes can be provided according to the specific arrangement of the wiper 4 and the housing 321, so long as the normal operation of the wiper 4 can be satisfied. In order to further prevent the wiper blade 4 from interfering with the headlight assembly 32, a gap may be provided between the headlight assembly 32 and the wiper blade 4 and the movement path of the wiper blade 4, for example, the gap may be set to 12 mm or more in some embodiments of the present application.
Note that, referring to fig. 8, since the specific manner of installation of the fender 1 of different automobiles is different, in the case where the housing 321 of the headlight assembly 32 is closer to the fender bracket 11, the headlight assembly 32 may be further clamped to the fender bracket 11 by the second connection portion 324. .
In addition, some of the drawings in the present application are merely schematic representations, which do not have inconsistent shapes of the related structures in the different drawings and should not misunderstand the description of the present application, and it should be noted that the drawings generally illustrate the different structural elements of the various embodiments discussed herein by way of example and not limitation.
