In a conventional arrangement of the front hatch and the front windshield, the lower end of the front windshield is generally lower than the upper end of the front hatch. For ease of production, the front hatch and the front cover lamp 211 are produced, so in one possible implementation of the present application, the front cover lamp 211 extends in a hook-like configuration along the length of the vehicle. Specifically, one side of the front hood lamp 211 of the hook-like structure extends toward the front windshield, and the other side of the front hood lamp 211 of the hook-like structure extends toward the front hatch, so that the extending direction of the front hood lamp 211 and the extending direction of the front hatch and the front windshield can have the same appearance, and the front part of the automobile is better in aesthetic property. In addition, since the front cover lamp 211 is located above the water collecting member 22 and the water collecting member 22 is provided with a water collecting tank along the width direction of the vehicle, a drain hole may be provided at the lowest point of the front cover lamp 211 with a hook-shaped structure, so that it is possible to ensure that water accumulation or rainwater on the front cover lamp 211 can be discharged as soon as possible in rainy or snowy days or when the vehicle is cleaned.
In order to provide a certain support for the front cover lamp 211, a front cover support structure 231 is provided between the water collecting member 22 and the front cover lamp 211, respectively, to support and fix the front cover lamp 211 on the water collecting member 22.
In one implementation of the present application, to facilitate installation of the front cover lamp 211, the front cover support structure 231 is generally disposed at a location of the front cover lamp 211 proximate to its connection location. Since the front cowl lamp 211 is provided between the front cowl cover and the windshield of the automobile, the front cowl support structures 231 can be correspondingly distinguished according to the installation positions of the front cowl support structures 231, the front cowl support structure 231 near the front cowl cover side is referred to as a first front cowl support structure 2311, and the front cowl support structure 231 near the windshield side is referred to as a second front cowl support structure 2312.
On this basis, the first front cover support structure 2311 may be a fastening type support structure, or the first front cover support structure 2311 may be a fastening type support structure, which is not limited in this application. Since the first front cover support structure 2311 is located near one side of the front hatch of the automobile, and the front hatch of the automobile is provided on the front hatch 1 and rotates with respect to the front hatch 1, there is a certain installation space. The requirements for a fastening type support structure can be met. It should be noted that the first front cover support structure 2311 may be one or more, which is not limited in this application. In one implementation of the present application, the number of first front cover support structures 2311 is 6.
Specifically, the first front cover support structure 2311 includes a first front cover fixing hole provided on the front cover lamp 211, a second front cover fixing hole provided on the water collecting member 22, a front cover fastener 23111, and a front cover locking member 23112, an axis of the first front cover fixing hole is collinear with an axis of the second front cover fixing hole, and the front cover fastener 23111 passes through the first front cover fixing hole and the second front cover fixing hole to cooperate with the front cover locking member 23112 to support and fix the front cover lamp 211 on the water collecting member 22, thus facilitating rapid completion of the support and fixation of the front cover lamp 211 and the water collecting member 22.
It should be noted that, the first front cover fixing hole may not be provided, the front cover fastener 23111 may be directly fixed to the side of the front cover lamp 211 near the water collecting member 22, the front cover fastener 23111 may directly extend into the second front cover fixing hole, and the front cover locking member 23112 may be turned to support and fix the front cover lamp 211 to the water collecting member 22. Of course, the second front cover fixing hole may not be provided, the front cover locking member 23112 may be directly provided at a side of the water collecting member 22 adjacent to the front cover lamp 211, the front cover fastening member 23111 may be coupled with the front cover locking member 23112 through the first front cover fixing hole, and the front cover fastening member 23111 may be rotated to support and fix the front cover lamp 211 to the water collecting member 22. The present application is not limited with respect to how the fastening support is fixed.
In addition, during the use of the front cover lamp 211, the front cover lamp 211 is inevitably damaged, and the front cover lamp 211 needs to be repaired or replaced, so the front cover fastener 23111 may be a bolt or a screw that is convenient to detach. In one implementation of the present application, the front cover fastener 23111 is a hex flat head bolt and the front cover lock 23112 is a blind rivet nut of M6.
Similarly, the second front cover support structure 2312 may be a fastening type support structure, or the second front cover support structure 2312 may be a fastening type support structure, which is not limited in this application. Since the second front cover support structure 2312 is close to one side of the front windshield, there is insufficient installation space to provide a fastened type support structure. Therefore, a clamping type supporting structure is selected. It should be noted that the second front cover support structure 2312 may be one or more, which is not limited in this application. In one implementation of the present application, the second front cover support structure 2312 is four.
Illustratively, the second front cover support structure 2312 includes a first clamping member 23121 disposed on a side of the front cover lamp 211 facing the water collecting member 22 and a first clamping hole 23122 disposed on the water collecting member 22, and the first clamping member 23121 extends into the clamping hole to support and fix the front cover lamp 211 on the water collecting member 22.
On this basis, the first clamping piece 23121 may be a spherical connecting rod, and the position on the water collecting member 22 corresponding to the first clamping hole 23122 may be a plastic soft rubber head, so that when the front cover lamp 211 is pressed towards the water collecting member 22, the spherical connecting rod can be clamped into the first clamping hole 23122 under the external force. In addition, the plastic soft rubber head can also avoid the entry of outside water and air. Of course, the first fastening member 23121 may also be a V-shaped fastener, and two sides of the V-shaped fastener may be fastened to the side wall of the first fastening hole 23122 to support and fix the front cover lamp 211 on the water collecting member 22. Similarly, when the front cover lamp 211 is pressed toward the water collecting member 22, the V-shaped buckle moves toward the water collecting member 22, and at this time, both sides of the V-shaped buckle are directly engaged with the side wall of the first engaging hole 23122.
In some other embodiments provided herein, referring to fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the front cover assembly 21 further includes a decoration 212, where the decoration 212 may be a lampshade disposed along the periphery of the front cover lamp 211, may be a sealing strip disposed along the periphery of the front cover lamp 211, or may be other parts disposed for improving the appearance of the front cover lamp 211. In one implementation of the present application, a decorative piece 212 is provided between the front hood lamp 211 and the front windshield, and decorates the front hood lamp 211 here.
Since the garnish 212 is provided between the front hood lamp 211 and the front windshield, similarly, in order to provide a certain support for the garnish 212, a garnish support structure 232 is provided between the water collecting member 22 and the front windshield of the automobile, for fixing the garnish 212 to the water collecting member 22. It should be noted that the decorative and support structure 232 may be provided in one or more pieces, which is not limited in this application. In one implementation of the present application, the number of decorative support structures 232 is four.
Similarly, the decorative support structure 232 may be a fastening type support structure or a clamping type support structure, which is not limited in this application. Since the garnish 212 is located between the front cowl lamp 211 and the front windshield, there is not enough installation space to provide a fastened type supporting structure. In one implementation of the present application, the ornamental support structure 232 is a snap-fit support structure.
For example, the decoration support structure 232 includes a second clamping member 2321 disposed on a side of the decoration 212 facing the water collecting member 22 and a second clamping hole 2322 disposed on the water collecting member 22, and the second clamping member 2321 extends into the second clamping hole 2322 to support and fix the decoration 212 on the water collecting member 22.
On this basis, the second fastening member 2321 may be a V-shaped fastener, and two sides of the V-shaped fastener may be fastened to the side wall of the second fastening hole 2322, so as to support and fix the decoration 212 on the water collecting member 22. When the front cover lamp 211 is pressed toward the water collecting member 22, the V-shaped buckle moves toward the water collecting member 22, and at this time, both sides of the V-shaped buckle are directly engaged with the side wall of the second engaging hole 2322. Of course, the second fastening member 2321 may be a spherical connecting rod, and the position of the water collecting member 22 corresponding to the second fastening hole 2322 may be a plastic soft rubber head, so that the spherical connecting rod can be fastened into the second fastening hole 2322 by external force when the front cover lamp 211 is pressed towards the water collecting member 22. In addition, the plastic soft rubber head can also avoid the entry of outside water and air.
Further, the decorative support structure 232 may be provided either between the water collecting member 22 and the decorative member 212 on the side close to the front windshield or between the water collecting member 22 and the decorative member 212 on the side close to the front cowl lamp 211. Because the second front cover supporting structure 2312 is arranged between the water collecting member 22 and the front cover lamp 211, and when the second front cover supporting structure 2312 is a clamping type supporting structure, the decorative supporting structure 232 is also arranged between the water collecting member 22 and the decorative member and is close to one side of the front cover lamp 211, and when the decorative supporting structure 232 is also a clamping type supporting structure, the front cover lamp 211 and the decorative member 212 can be simultaneously pressed towards the direction of the water collecting member 22, so that the supporting and fixing of the decorative lamp, the decorative member 212 and the water collecting member 22 can be completed, and the time required for supporting and fixing is saved.

Claims (9)

1. A front housing water collection assembly, comprising:
the water collecting component is provided with a water collecting groove along the width direction of the automobile and is fixed between the automobile front cabin and the automobile front windshield;
the front cover assembly is positioned above the water collecting component and is fixed between the automobile front cabin cover and the automobile front windshield for interaction with the outside;
a support structure disposed between the water collection member and the front cover assembly for supporting and fixing the front cover assembly on the water collection member;
the front cover assembly comprises a front cover lamp, the supporting structure comprises a front cover supporting structure, and the front cover supporting structure is arranged between the water collecting component and the front cover lamp and used for supporting and fixing the front cover lamp on the water collecting component.
2. The front cover water collection assembly of claim 1, wherein the front cover support structure comprises a first front cover support structure and a second front cover support structure, the first front cover support structure is disposed between the water collection member and the front cover lamp and is adjacent to a side of the front windshield of the vehicle, and the second front cover support structure is disposed between the water collection member and the front cover lamp and is adjacent to a side of the front windshield of the vehicle.
3. The front cover water collection assembly of claim 2, wherein the first front cover support structure comprises a first front cover securing aperture provided on the front cover light, a second front cover securing aperture provided on the water collection member, a front cover fastener, and a front cover locking member, the axis of the first front cover securing aperture being collinear with the axis of the second front cover securing aperture, the front cover fastener passing through the first front cover securing aperture and the second front cover securing aperture and cooperating with the front cover locking member to secure the front cover light support on the water collection member.
4. The front housing water collection assembly of claim 2, wherein the second front housing support structure comprises a first clamping member disposed on a side of the front housing lamp facing the water collection member and a first clamping hole disposed on the water collection member, the first clamping member extending into the first clamping hole to support and fix the front housing lamp on the water collection member.
5. The front cover water collection assembly of claim 1, wherein the front cover assembly includes a trim piece, the support structure includes a trim support structure, the trim piece is disposed between the front cover light and the front windshield of the vehicle, the trim support structure is disposed between the water collection member and the trim piece for supporting and securing the trim piece to the water collection member.
6. The front housing water collection assembly of claim 5, wherein the decorative support structure comprises a second clamping piece arranged on one side of the decorative piece towards the water collection component and a second clamping hole arranged on the water collection component, and the second clamping piece stretches into the second clamping hole to support and fix the decorative piece on the water collection component.
7. The front cover water collection assembly of claim 6, wherein the decorative support structure is disposed between the water collection member and the decorative piece on a side proximate to the front cover light.
8. The front cover water collection assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the plurality of support structures are distributed in the vehicle width direction.
9. An automobile, comprising:
an automobile front cabin;
automobile front windshield;
the front cover water collection assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a water collection member in the front cover water collection assembly is fixed between the front cabin of the automobile and the front windshield of the automobile, and a front cover component in the front cover water collection assembly is fixed between a front cabin cover of the automobile and the front windshield of the automobile for covering the front cabin of the automobile.
