The combined floating ring oil collector and center chain drive type tank bottom mud scraper of claim 1, wherein: the sealing device is arranged on the wall of the tank, the central fluted disc or the worm gear device is arranged on a central rotating device in the tank, the two sides of the central rotating device are fixedly provided with symmetrically arranged scraping arm assemblies or mud scraping and sucking devices, the central chain driving type tank bottom mud scraper comprises a transmission gear device, a chain and a chain track riding wheel guide mechanism which are arranged in the tank, the transmission gear device in the tank is driven by the power of a speed reducer through the shaft of the sealing device on the wall of the tank, the chain is driven through the transmission gear device, the chain is ensured to stably run through the track riding wheel guide mechanism, the central rotating device is driven by the chain to drive a central fluted disc arranged on the central rotating device or a chain wheel arranged on the worm gear device, and the central rotating device drives a scraper plate on the scraping arm assembly or a scraper plate on the scraping arm of the mud scraping and sucking device and a mud sucking nozzle to circularly move at the bottom of the tank to clean the sludge at the bottom of the tank; the chain is a roller chain, and the chain track riding wheel guide mechanism consists of a bracket, an upper chain track and a lower chain guide riding wheel, wherein the bracket is connected with the tank wall and the central support, and the upper chain track and the lower chain guide riding wheel are arranged on the bracket; the output end of the chain is connected with a central fluted disc or a chain wheel on a worm gear device, the output end of the chain wheel is connected with a small gear on the worm gear device, the rotating ring of the worm gear device is provided with internal teeth, and the small gear on the worm gear device is meshed with the internal teeth of the rotating ring; the upper part of the central rotating device is connected with a water inlet pipe of the floating circular current oil collector, a water inlet pipe is connected with a water inlet tank, the water inlet tank is connected with a water distribution pipe system, the water distribution pipe system is connected with a ring pipe, and the ring pipe is supported by a support arranged on the inner wall of the tank.

A combined floating circulation oil receiver and centre chain drive tank bottom mud scraper apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that: the floating circulation oil collector comprises an oil collecting device, a liquid level adjusting system, a ring pipe, a water inlet tank, a water outlet and an oil outlet which are arranged at the lower part of the oil collecting device and are connected with a water outlet pipe and an oil outlet pipe, wherein the bottom of the oil collecting device is provided with the liquid level adjusting system which can realize accurate adjustment of the liquid level of oil collection, the ring pipe is provided with a ring pipe buoy and a water ejector, the ring pipe is connected with a pulley on a guide rod, the lower part of the liquid level adjusting system is provided with a water distributing device, the water distributing system is connected with the ring pipe, the water distributing system and the oil collecting device are fixed and positioned through the guide rod, the water distributing system is provided with a rotary joint, the articulated arm of the water distributing system can rotate relatively, the water distributing system is connected with a water inlet tank, the water inlet tank is connected with a water inlet pipe, and the buoys are fixed on the ring pipe at intervals.

A combined floating ring oil collector and center chain drive type tank bottom mud scraper as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the central chain drive type tank bottom mud scraper comprises a central rotating device arranged at the bottom of the tank body, and two truss scraping arm assemblies or mud scraping and sucking devices are hinged on the central rotating device; when the scraping arm assemblies are used for independently scraping mud, the lower parts of the trusses of each group of arm assemblies are respectively connected with scraping plates, and the scraping plates scrape the mud into a mud collecting groove and discharge the mud in the tank through a mud discharge pipeline; when the sludge scraping and absorbing device is adopted to independently absorb sludge, a sludge absorbing pipeline is arranged on a truss of each group of sludge scraping and absorbing devices of the sludge scraping and absorbing device, independent V-shaped or W-shaped scrapers are respectively connected below the truss, a central sludge absorbing nozzle is arranged in each V-shaped or W-shaped scraper, the sludge absorbing nozzle is connected with a rotating barrel of a central rotating device through a sludge absorbing pipeline on the truss, the upper part and the lower part of the central rotating device are connected with a fixed central pier barrel through rotating sealing parts, the central barrel of the central rotating device collects sludge of the sludge absorbing nozzle and then stores the sludge into the fixed central pier barrel, and sludge in the central pier barrel is periodically discharged out of a tank body through a sludge discharging pipeline; when the synchronous operation of mud scraping and mud sucking is adopted, two groups of truss scraping arm assemblies and two groups of truss scraping and mud sucking devices can be hinged on the central rotating device, the scheme is adopted to arrange the scraping plates and the mud sucking nozzles, and the operation is carried out simultaneously to thoroughly discharge the mud.
