A fermentation liquor filtering and purifying device for plant fermentation comprises a fixed seat (1), wherein a collecting tank (2) is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat (1), fixing rods (9) are connected to two sides of the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat (1) through bolts, a box body (5) is connected between the outer walls of one side, opposite to the two fixing rods (9), of the box body, a liquid inlet is formed in the outer wall of the top of the box body (5), a liquid inlet hopper (14) is arranged on the inner wall of the liquid inlet, the device is characterized in that a liquid outlet is formed in the outer wall of the bottom of the box body (5), a liquid discharging plate (3) is connected to the inner wall of the liquid outlet through bolts, a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the outer wall of the liquid discharging plate (3), a filtering mechanism (10) is connected between the inner walls of two opposite sides of the box, and through bolted connection between backup pad (21) and filter screen (22), have fixed axle (23) through bolted connection between two adjacent backup pads (21), the mesh diameter of filter screen (22) reduces from top to bottom in proper order, the shape of filter screen (22) is ox horn shape, and the top outer wall of filter screen (22) sets up to the wave.

The filtering and purifying device for the fermentation liquid for plant fermentation according to claim 1, wherein springs (13) are connected to both sides of the inner wall of the top of the box body (5) through bolts, guide pipes (12) are connected to the outer wall of the bottom of the springs (13) through bolts, the guide pipes (12) are W-shaped, and corrugated pipes (15) are connected between the guide pipes (12) and the liquid inlet through flanges.

The filtering and purifying device for fermentation broth of plants as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of stirring mechanisms (26) are rotatably connected between the inner walls of the opposite sides of the duct (12), and the stirring mechanisms (26) comprise rotating rods and blades, the blades are connected with the rotating rods through bolts, and the blades are irregularly distributed on the rotating rods.

The filtering and purifying device for the fermentation liquid for plant fermentation according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the outer wall of the bottom of the conduit (12) is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the inner wall of each threaded hole is in threaded connection with a liquid discharge mechanism (11), each liquid discharge mechanism (11) comprises two hard pipes (25) and a hose (24), the hose (24) is positioned between the two hard pipes (25), and the hose (24) is connected with the hard pipes (25) through flanges.

The fermentation liquid filtering and purifying device for plant fermentation according to claim 1, wherein the outer walls of two sides of the box body (5) are both provided with a slag discharge port, the cross section of the slag discharge port is conical, and the inner wall of the slag discharge port is provided with a sealing plug (8).

The filtering and purifying device for the fermentation liquid for plant fermentation as claimed in claim 1, wherein a filter pressing groove is formed on the outer wall of the top of the liquid discharging plate (3), filter cotton (4) is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the filter pressing groove, and the pressing plate (20) is positioned inside the filter pressing groove.

The filtering and purifying device for the fermentation liquid for plant fermentation according to claim 1, wherein the drainage plates (6) are hinged between the inner walls of the two opposite sides of the box body (5), one side of the outer wall of the bottom of each of the two drainage plates (6) is connected with a pressing plate (20) through a bolt, and the cross section of each pressing plate (20) is T-shaped.
