技术领域

发明内容

为了操纵分离式离合器5存在液压的操纵系统19。操纵系统19也构成为液压的从动缸系统。操纵系统19具有可轴向移动的压力罐16。压力罐16与携动盘15构成液压的压力室17,所述携动盘与转子承载件4进一步连接。根据压力室17内的液压压力,压力罐16可以从所有摩擦板9a、9b的(第二)轴向侧12b挤压到所述摩擦板上。在闭合位置中,摩擦板9a、9b在所有摩擦板9a、9b的轴向背离压力罐16的(第一)轴向侧12a压紧在直接通过第一摩擦板承载件11构成的支撑区域13处。所述支撑区域13例如具有轴向伸展出(ausgestellt)的卷边轮廓。
此外,第一摩擦板承载件11在第二轴向侧12b支撑在携动盘15上。因此,所述携动盘15形成与转子承载件4抗扭地连接的组成部分并且也用于轴向支撑第一摩擦板承载件11(抵抗通过压力罐16施加的挤压力)。第一摩擦板承载件11经由固定环14支撑在携动盘15上、即在轴向背离所有摩擦板9a、9b的一侧上支撑在携动盘上。
从图1中也获知,第二摩擦板承载件20轴向设置在携动盘15与输入轴22之间。
因此,整体上,在容纳第一摩擦板9a的情况下,第一摩擦板承载件11沿径向方向向内与转子承载件4的套筒部段10间隔开地设置。
即使在所述实施方案中,第一摩擦板承载件11经由铆接装置18紧固在转子承载件4上,在其他实施方案中也可以以其他方式实现所述紧固。在一个特别优选的实施方案中,第一摩擦板承载件11例如借助于焊接连接/焊接紧固在转子承载件4上。
换言之,可以借助于根据本发明的离合器装置(混合动力模块1)实现以下特征:
转子承载件4是罐,所述罐优选地可以借助于简单的深冲工具制造。
转子承载件4仅承担电动机(/电机2或其转子3)的引导。
扭矩经由外摩擦片承载件(第一摩擦板承载件11)传递到离合器组(所有第一摩擦板和第二摩擦板9a、9b)中。
从转子承载件4到外摩擦片承载件的扭矩传递经由铆接装置18(在此替选地,其他连接类型、例如焊接连接也是可行的)来实现。
离合器(分离式离合器5)的夹紧力从压力罐16经由离合器组传递到外摩擦片承载件上,并且从所述外摩擦片承载件经由(具有固定环14的)固定环连接装置传递回至携动盘15。在此转子承载件4不在力流中。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于机动车辆的动力总成的混合动力模块(1),所述混合动力模块具有电机(2)、容纳所述电机(2)的转子(3)的转子承载件(4)和与所述转子承载件(4)有效连接的分离式离合器(5),其中所述分离式离合器(5)的第一离合器组成部分(6)与所述转子承载件(4)连接,并且所述分离式离合器(5)的能够与所述第一离合器组成部分(6)选择性地耦联的第二离合器组成部分(7)设置用于与耦联轴(8)抗扭地连接,并且其中两个离合器组成部分(6,7)的多个可摩擦力配合地彼此连接的摩擦板(9a,9b)径向地设置在所述转子承载件(4)的容纳所述转子(3)的套筒部段(10)内,
其特征在于,所述第一离合器组成部分(6)具有径向地设置在所述套筒部段(10)内的、容纳多个第一摩擦板(9a)的摩擦板承载件(11),其中所述摩擦板承载件(11)紧固在所述转子承载件(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离式离合器(5)构成和设置为,使得所述两个离合器组成部分(6,7)的所有摩擦板(9a,9b)在闭合位置中在第一轴向侧(12a)通过所述摩擦板承载件(11)的支撑区域(13)支撑。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离式离合器(5)构成和设置为,使得所述两个离合器组成部分(6,7)的所有摩擦板(9a,9b)在所述闭合位置中在第二轴向侧(12b)经由固定环(14)支撑在与所述转子承载件(4)进一步连接的携动盘(15)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,在所述闭合位置中施加挤压力的压力罐(16)在所有摩擦板(9a,9b)的第二轴向侧(12b)设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述压力罐(16)与所述携动盘(15)包围确定所述挤压力的液压的压力室(17)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述摩擦板承载件(11)借助于铆接装置(18)紧固在所述转子承载件(4)上。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述摩擦板承载件(11)焊接在所述转子承载件(4)上。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述第二离合器组成部分(7)具有至少部分地轴向地设置在所述分离式离合器(5)的液压的操纵系统(19)与所述耦联轴(8)之间的摩擦板承载件(20)。
