Abstract
The invention relates to a winding device with an automatic doffing device, which comprises a winding device, a thread suction device, a thread leading gun and a doffing device, wherein the doffing device and the thread suction device are respectively positioned at two sides of the winding device, and the thread leading gun is positioned below the winding device. After the automatic doffing device is applied to the elasticizer, the automatic doffing of the winding device is realized, the accurate butt joint of the winding drum is realized, and the production efficiency is also improved.

Background
The texturing machine is a textile machine which can process raw yarns of terylene, polypropylene and the like into elastic yarns with medium elasticity and low elasticity through false twist texturing. The protofilament is heated, cooled, false twisted and shaped and finally recovered by a winding device. The winding device comprises winding drums, when a winding drum is fully wound with a full silk thread, the next winding drum needs to be replaced to continue winding, the operation of the winding drum in the prior art can be realized only through manpower, workers need to pay attention to the winding progress all the time, accurate butt joint cannot be realized, the improvement of the production efficiency is not facilitated, and the market prospect requires that the high-speed elasticizer has multiple functions. Therefore, the realization of the automatic doffing of the elasticizer is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
