a water tank (3) and a drying device (10) are arranged in the machine body (1), a second channel (4), a filter cavity (8), a workpiece cleaning cavity (12) and a transmission cavity (38) are arranged in the machine body (1), a fan (5) is arranged in the second channel (4), the upper end of the second channel (4) is communicated with a first channel (13), the lower end of the second channel (4) is communicated with the top wall of the filter cavity (8) through a third channel (7), a gas introducing pipe (71) is arranged on the top wall of the filter cavity (8), the upper end of the gas introducing pipe (71) is communicated with the third channel (7), the gas introducing pipe (71) is obliquely arranged, the drying device (10) is communicated with the filter cavity (8) through a first connecting pipe (9), and the drying device (10) is communicated with the workpiece cleaning cavity (12) through a second connecting pipe (11);
the water tank (3) is communicated with the second channel (4) through the first water outlet channel (6) and the second water outlet channel (28), the channel diameter of the first water outlet channel (6) is larger than that of the second water outlet channel (28), a first water outlet control mechanism for controlling the communication state of the second water outlet channel (28) is arranged on the side wall of the second channel (4), an automatic water discharging mechanism is arranged in the filter cavity (8), a second water outlet control mechanism for controlling the communication state of the first water outlet channel (6) and controlling the communication state of the air entraining pipe (71) is arranged in the transmission cavity (38), and the second water outlet control mechanism is connected with the automatic water discharging mechanism.

3. The plasma cleaning machine with the filtering mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein a limiting block (35) is further fixedly connected to the side wall of the second channel (4).
4. The plasma cleaning machine with the filtering mechanism as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom wall of the first outlet hole (32) is inclined.
