As shown in fig. 7, two lifting frames 42 are installed on the side surface of the air injection cleaning mechanism 4, one ends of the lifting frames 42 are connected with the outer walls of the two dust bag frames 32 in a sliding mode, the lifting frames 42 are convenient to be connected with the dust bag frames 32 in a sliding mode, so that stable guiding effect is provided when the lifting frames are in threaded lifting, meanwhile, the air injection cleaning mechanism 4 is connected with the lifting threaded rod 43 in a threaded mode through bearings, and therefore normal lifting operation cannot be influenced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the bottom of the air pump 47 is fixedly provided with a support seat, the support seat is fixedly arranged at the top of the top cover 13, the stability of the air pump 47 can be improved through the support seat, and the stable air supply effect is further ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the storage bin 14 is provided with a removable cover plate, the bottom of the dust removing device 1 is communicated with the top of the storage bin 14, and the removable cover plate facilitates cleaning after a certain amount of dust is stored in the storage bin 14.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the dust removing device 1 is fixedly provided with a supporting leg 12, a plurality of inclined supporting rods are uniformly distributed on the side surface of the supporting leg 12, the bottom of the supporting leg 12 provides a stable supporting effect for the whole body, and meanwhile, the inclined supporting rods further improve the stability.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a display screen is fixedly mounted on the side surface of the hydraulic separation mechanism 5, a plurality of control buttons are arranged on the side surface of the hydraulic separation mechanism 5, the control buttons are arranged below the display screen, the display screen facilitates the work loading of the checking equipment, and meanwhile, the control buttons can control and adjust the lifting of the hydraulic lifter 53.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of filtering holes are uniformly formed in the side surface of the filtering plate 22, the outer side of the mounting frame 21 is attached to the inner wall of the dust removing device 1, and the filtering holes are beneficial to effective filtering.
In the invention, when the environment-friendly dust removing device for mining is used, firstly, the mine field is sucked into the dust removing device 1 through the air inlet 11 at one end of the dust removing device 1, the sucked dust is primarily filtered through the filtering mechanism 2, then the dust falls into the storage bin 14 through vibration for temporary storage, the filter plate 22 can be stably installed through the installation frame 21, meanwhile, the internal sealing performance can be improved, so that the dust of the passing gas can be filtered through the filtering device, meanwhile, the dust is filtered again through the dust removing bag 33, the bearing is arranged on the inner side of the air injection cleaning mechanism 4 and is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the lifting threaded rod 43, the air injection nozzle 41 is arranged on the outer wall of the air injection cleaning mechanism 4, the guide lifting frame 42 is connected with the outer wall of the dust removing bag frame 32 to provide a guide, the lifting frame 42 is conveniently connected with the dust removing bag frame 32 in a sliding manner, so that the stable guide effect is provided while the screw thread lifting and lifting of the air injection cleaning mechanism 4 and the lifting threaded rod 43 are carried out, thereby the normal lifting operation of the air injection cleaning bag 4 is not influenced, the lifting and the air injection hose 44 is driven by the air injection cleaning air pump 44 and the lifting hose 46, the air injection hose 44 and the lifting hose 46 are driven by the air injection cleaning mechanism 44 and the lifting hose 46, the lifting hose 44, the dust on the dust bag 33 is effectively blown down to the inner side of the storage bin 14 for storage, the dust cleaning effect is further improved by the method, more complete dust cleaning work is ensured, the dust cleaning effect of later-stage equipment is ensured, clean gas is discharged from the position of the exhaust pipe 31 by utilizing the exhaust effect of the exhaust fan 34, the hydraulic separating mechanism 5 is installed at one end of the dust cleaning equipment 1, the bottom of the hydraulic separating mechanism is connected with the hydraulic seats 52 installed at two sides of the dust cleaning equipment 1 through the hydraulic pipe 51, the top of the hydraulic seat 52 is connected with the bottom of the upper top cover 13 through the hydraulic lifter 53, the top cover 13 is movably connected with the top of the dust cleaning equipment 1, and therefore, after long-term dust cleaning work is carried out, some solidified dust accumulated inside the dust cannot be cleaned easily, hydraulic lifting can be carried out by controlling the hydraulic lifter 53 through the hydraulic separating mechanism 5, the top cover 13 can be driven to ascend, the top cover 13 and parts such as internal filters are exposed outside, manual cleaning and dust removal are facilitated, and the equipment can be effectively cleaned after long-term operation and use.
