本发明公开了一种缓释杀虫气雾剂,所述缓释杀虫气雾剂组分按照质量百分比为:天然除虫菊酯0.4‑0.6%、胺菊酯0.1‑0.2%、氯菊酯0.2‑0.3%、氧化胡椒基丁醚0.1‑0.2%、乳化剂0.5‑0.8%、氮酮0.1‑0.2%、硼砂0.1‑0.2%、聚乙烯醇1.5‑2%、脱臭煤油3‑5%、去离子水48‑50%、推进剂43‑45%。通过在气雾剂中使用喷砂和聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯醇溶于去离子水喷雾后易形成粘性膜,粘附在害虫的体表,可以将菊酯固定在膜上,达到缓释持久的杀灭效果,并防止菊酯快速的挥发,以保证气雾剂喷射后在72小时内蟑螂等爬行害虫持续摄入药剂,从而提升杀虫效果。

技术领域
本发明属于杀虫气雾剂技术领域,具体地涉及一种缓释杀虫气雾剂及制备方法。
背景技术
气雾剂是将功能液与喷射剂充装在罐体中方便使用的一类技术产品。其具有优异的分散性,使用方便。随着气雾剂技术的逐步成熟,目前气雾剂技术产品已在喷涂涂料、日化品、医药领域广泛使用。
将杀虫药剂制备成气雾剂,其强力的雾化分散可以快速与蚊子、苍蝇、蟑螂等害虫接触,从而达到杀灭效果。目前,杀虫气雾剂大都由菊酯类药剂如胺菊酯、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯与喷射剂罐装而成。在使用时通过喷射在空气中形成悬浮气雾,从而与蚊子、飞蝇等接触,使蚊子、飞蝇丧失活动落地甚至杀灭。
而杀虫气雾剂在实际应用时,悬浮的气雾对空中飞舞的蚊子、飞蝇有杀灭效果,但对于蟑螂等爬行害虫,空中悬浮的气雾剂效果并不明显,需要直接对中蟑螂等喷射才有效果。这不但造成大量气雾剂的浪费,而且会过度污染环境。在使用气雾剂杀灭蟑螂等爬行害虫时,需要更大的气雾粒径,以此达到与蟑螂等的接触。一般气雾粒径要求在80μm上下,这种大粒径的气雾一方面可以很好的裹覆蟑螂。但是,在高气压抛射时,很难获得大粒径的气雾,而且杀灭爬行害虫需要的菊酯类杀虫剂剂量大,菊酯类杀虫剂易挥发,这也是目前杀虫气雾剂难以对付蟑螂等爬行害虫的原因。
再一方面,由于蟑螂等爬行害虫的身体表面存在油脂,为了使菊酯类的气雾剂黏附在蟑螂身体表面,大部分使用油溶剂型气雾剂,油溶剂型气雾剂可以更好的浸湿害虫的体表,增强杀伤力。但油溶型气雾剂挥发更快,时效性短,而且油溶型气雾剂容易产生污渍。
发明内容
为了使杀虫气雾剂更有效的接触爬行害虫,并产生持久的杀灭作用,本发明提出一种缓释杀虫气雾剂;进一步提出一种缓释杀虫气雾剂的制备方法。
为实现上述的技术目的,本发明提供以下具体技术方案:
一种缓释杀虫气雾剂,其特征为所述缓释杀虫气雾剂组分按照质量百分比为:天然除虫菊酯0.4-0.6%、胺菊酯0.1-0.2%、氯菊酯0.2-0.3%、氧化胡椒基丁醚0.1-0.2%、乳化剂0.5-0.8%、氮酮0.1-0.2%、硼砂0.1-0.2%、聚乙烯醇1.5-2%、脱臭煤油3-5%、去离子水48-50%、推进剂43-45%;其中:
所述天然除虫菊酯为除虫菊的萃取物,是一种安全有效的天然植物源杀虫剂,具有活性高、作用范围广,高效广谱等优点,对蚊、蝇、臭虫等具有杀死、击倒、驱赶作用。选用的天然除虫菊酯质量浓度为50%。
所述乳化剂选用吐温-20、吐温-40、吐温-60中的一种与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的配合物,优选吐温-20、吐温-40、吐温-60中的一种与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1配合使用。
所述氮酮具有良好的渗透作用,用于辅助气雾剂在害虫体表面成膜后,促进菊酯的渗透,从而提升杀虫效果。
所述硼砂易溶于水,一方面具有杀虫作用,另一方面用于聚乙烯醇的交联剂,促进聚乙烯醇喷雾后在害虫体表面牢固的附着,实现菊酯缓释,对害虫的持久的作用。
所述聚乙烯醇常温下易溶于水,无毒无害,安全环保,喷雾后易形成粘性膜,粘附在害虫的体表,同时将菊酯固定在膜上,达到缓释持久的杀灭效果,防止菊酯快速的挥发。为了保证生产时聚乙烯醇完全溶解,进一步优选的,选用醇解度为87-89%的聚乙烯醇。

S1.按照质量百分比将0.4-0.6%的天然除虫菊酯、0.1-0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2-0.3%的氯菊酯、0.1-0.2%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3-5%的脱臭煤油加入均质机均质搅拌,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.1-0.2%的硼砂、1.5-2%的聚乙烯醇、48-50%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5-0.8%的乳化剂、0.1-0.2%的氮酮加入均质机,均质乳化处理10-15min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装43-45%的推进剂,得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
根据GB24330-2020《家用卫生杀虫用品安全通用技术条件》的标准,杀虫气雾剂使用时要求50%蚊蝇被击倒的中时KT50小于5min,24小时的死亡率大于95%;要求50%蟑螂被击倒的中时KT50小于9min,72小时的死亡率大于95%。由于气雾剂的悬浮性和内含菊酯的挥发性,击倒中时KT50指标容易达到。但是在后期随着菊酯的挥发,药效减弱,难以保证蟑螂在72小时的死亡率大于95%。
正是基于目前存在的问题,本发明一种缓释杀虫气雾剂通过在气雾剂中使用喷砂和聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯醇溶于去离子水喷雾后易形成粘性膜,粘附在害虫的体表,可以将菊酯固定在膜上,达到缓释持久的杀灭效果,并防止菊酯快速的挥发。同时,使用的氮酮促进菊酯渗透,以保证在72小时内蟑螂持续摄入药剂,从而提升杀虫效果。
本发明一种缓释杀虫气雾剂及制备方法,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点和有益的效果在于:
1、本发明将硼砂和聚乙烯醇用于杀虫气雾剂,通过成膜增加气雾剂在蟑螂等害虫体表面的附着,防止菊酯药剂快速挥发,增强蟑螂等害虫对药剂的摄入量,从而保证72小时内的死亡率。
2、本发明使用硼砂,不但具有一定的杀虫效果,而且可以辅助聚乙烯醇交联,保证在害虫体表形成的交联聚乙烯膜吸附性良好,更好的固定菊酯药剂,防止快速挥发流失。
3、本发明协同使用氮酮,以促进固定在聚乙烯醇膜的菊酯在蟑螂体表渗透,从而提升杀虫效果。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明的范围仅限于以下的实例。在不脱离本发明上述方法思想的情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段做出的各种替换或变更,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
实施例1
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.1%的硼砂、1.5%的聚乙烯醇(牌号1788)、49.9%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5%的乳化剂(吐温-60与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物)、0.1%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
实施例2
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.1%的硼砂、2.0%的聚乙烯醇(牌号1788)、49.4%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5%的乳化剂(吐温-40与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物)、0.1%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
实施例3
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.2%的硼砂、1.5%的聚乙烯醇(牌号1788)、49.5%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.8%的乳化剂(吐温-60与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物)、0.1%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
实施例4
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;

S3.将A液、B液、0.5%的乳化剂(吐温-60与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物)、0.2%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
对比例1
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.1%的硼砂、51.4%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5%的乳化剂(吐温-60与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物)、0.1%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种杀虫气雾剂。
对比例2
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将1.5%的聚乙烯醇(牌号1788)、50%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5%的乳化剂(吐温-60与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物)、0.1%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
对比例3

对比例4
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4%的天然除虫菊酯(质量浓度为50%)、0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2%的氯菊酯、0.1%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3%的脱臭煤油加入均质机,在3000rpm转速下均质搅拌3min,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.1%的硼砂、1.5%的聚乙烯醇(牌号1788)、49.9%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5%的乳化剂吐温-60、0.1%的氮酮加入均质机,在15000rpm转速下均质乳化处理10min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装44%的推进剂(丙烷与丁烷质量比3:1混合),得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
参考国家标准GB 24330-2020《家用卫生杀虫用品安全通用技术条件》中对杀虫气雾剂的技术要求和相关测试标准进行测试。通过测试数据(如表1),本发明缓释杀虫气雾剂的内压力在0.72-0.75Mpa,内压稳定,实施例与对比例的气雾剂测试时喷雾基本一致。通过对蟑螂击倒50%的用时和死亡率的检测,显著的效果表现在:本发明缓释杀虫气雾剂在24小时对蟑螂的死亡率均超过95%,持久性杀灭效果良好。通过对比例1-3的对比,显著的区别在于,对比例1没有使用聚乙烯醇,不能在蟑螂体表形成黏附的缓释层,持久杀伤力弱,大部分菊酯在前期挥发,击倒所需时间少,但死亡率低。对比例2没有使用硼砂交联聚乙烯醇,使得喷雾膜的吸附能力变弱,在后期固定的菊酯变少,对蟑螂的致死效果有一定的减弱。对比例3没有使用氮酮,被聚乙烯醇固定的菊酯不能有效的渗透蟑螂的体表,死亡率有一定的下降。对比例4乳化时只使用吐温-60,乳化效果一般,存在一定的分层,影响喷雾时的雾化效果,初期击倒效果较差。

Claims (2)
1.一种缓释杀虫气雾剂,其特征在于:所述缓释杀虫气雾剂组分按照质量百分比为:天然除虫菊酯0.4-0.6%、胺菊酯0.1-0.2%、氯菊酯0.2-0.3%、氧化胡椒基丁醚0.1-0.2%、乳化剂0.5-0.8%、氮酮0.1-0.2%、硼砂0.1-0.2%、聚乙烯醇1.5-2%、脱臭煤油3-5%、去离子水48-50%、推进剂43-45%;其中:
所述天然除虫菊酯质量浓度为50%;
所述乳化剂为吐温-20、吐温-40、吐温-60中的一种与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚按照质量比2:1的配合物;
所述聚乙烯醇选用醇解度为87-89%的聚乙烯醇;
所述推进剂为丙烷、丁烷的至少一种。
2.权利要求1所述一种缓释杀虫气雾剂的制备方法,其特征为:
S1.按照质量百分比将0.4-0.6%的天然除虫菊酯、0.1-0.2%的胺菊酯、0.2-0.3%的氯菊酯、0.1-0.2%的氧化胡椒基丁醚、3-5%的脱臭煤油加入均质机均质搅拌,得到A液备用;
S2.按照质量百分比将0.1-0.2%的硼砂、1.5-2%的聚乙烯醇、48-50%的去离子水在搅拌釜中搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,得到B液备用;
S3.将A液、B液、0.5-0.8%的乳化剂、0.1-0.2%的氮酮加入均质机,均质乳化处理10-15min,过滤,得到罐装液,送入罐装釜;
S4.将检验无分层、合格的罐装液送入罐装流程,灌入气雾罐,并充装43-45%的推进剂,得到一种缓释杀虫气雾剂。
