本发明公开了属于农业林业害虫防治技术领域的利用性信息素迷向剂防治美国白蛾的方法。所述美国白蛾迷向剂组分为(9Z,12Z,15Z)‑9,12,15‑十八碳三烯醛。本发明的迷向剂将5~20mg的(9Z,12Z,15Z)‑9,12,15‑十八碳三烯醛溶解于葵花籽油中,并加入聚乙烯毛细管。田间应用时,每公顷设置450~600根迷向丝,(9Z,12Z,15Z)‑9,12,15‑十八碳三烯醛含量大于10mg,迷向率超过90%。本发明的迷向剂对环境友好,对天敌安全,大面积应用可显著干扰雌雄之间交配,显著降低子代幼虫数量,对美国白蛾的防治有重要的意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及林业农业害虫防治技术领域,具体涉及一种用于防治美国白蛾的迷向剂及应用。
背景技术
美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea(Drury)属鳞翅目灯蛾科,又称秋幕毛虫、秋幕蛾、美国白灯蛾、色狼虫,是世界检疫性害虫。该虫原产于北美洲,目前已蔓延至欧洲、亚洲等的32个国家。1979年首次传入我国辽宁省,逐步扩散至北京、河北、河南、内蒙古等14个省(区、市)。2003年被列入《中国第一批外来入侵物种名单》。美国白蛾是杂食性害虫,可危害杨树、榆树、泡桐、刺槐、苹果、梨、桃等树木,有研究发现,美国白蛾也可危害蔬菜及农作物。其次,美国白蛾适应性极强,在-16~40℃环境也可生存,幼虫在缺少食物的条件下也可存活数日,因此对我国的农林业造成极大的威胁。
目前针对美国白蛾的防治采用化学防治、物理防治、生物防治等措施,如在卵期人工摘除带卵叶片或利用美国白蛾的趋光性设置黑光灯进行诱杀,其缺点是成本高、效率低,不适合规模化实施。由于美国白蛾具有时代重叠性,因此化学农药仍然是防治美国白蛾的主要手段,但化学农药极易使美国白蛾产生抗药性等问题。在大力提倡绿色植保的环境下,利用性信息素干扰或诱杀害虫已是常见的绿色防控手段,尤其是利用迷向方法,干扰美国白蛾雌雄虫之间的交配,降低其种群数量,从而达到防治效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于防治美国白蛾的迷向剂及应用。
一种用于干扰美国白蛾交配的迷向剂,其组分为(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛。
可选地,(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛剂量为5~20mg,每公顷设置400~600根迷向丝;
优选地,(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛剂量为10~20mg,每公顷设置450根迷向丝;
最佳地,(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛剂量为10mg,每公顷设置450根迷向丝;
本发明的目的在于将人工合成的(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛加入到聚乙烯管中制备成迷向丝,并将其悬挂于美国白蛾发生的区域。(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛在空气中进行缓慢释放,当空气中的(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛量达到一定程度时,即可达到干扰阻断美国白蛾种内的化学通讯,降低其交配率,减少子代种群数量的目的。
田间测试表明,本发明的迷向剂具有良好的干扰交配效果,当迷向丝的有效含量大于5mg,迷向率均高于80%。同时,(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛溶解于葵花籽油加入中空的聚乙烯管中,持效期大于90天。
本发明的本发明的迷向剂对环境友好,对天敌安全,同时原料廉价易得,持效期长,大面积应用可显著干扰雌雄之间交配,显著降低子代幼虫数量,对美国白蛾的防治有重要的意义。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,对但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1美国白蛾迷向剂缓释装置的制备
诱芯类型选择中空的聚乙烯管,溶剂选择葵花籽油。将一定量的(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛溶解在葵花籽油中,并加入1~5%的2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT),而后加入到中空的聚乙烯管中,并热封聚乙烯管两端,即可制备成美国白蛾迷向剂缓释装置。
实施例2田间迷向试验
试验地点选择美国白蛾发生的区域,将实施例1制备的迷向丝直接缠绕在杨树枝条上,每公顷田间设置的迷向剂缓释装置450~600个,放置60天后进行检测。
试验结果表明,当每公顷设置迷向丝数量大于400根,(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛含量大于5mg时,对美国白蛾的抑制交配率超过80%,且随着含量及每公顷设置数量的增加,抑制交配最明显。当(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛含量大于10mg,每公顷设置迷向丝数量大于450根时,美国白蛾抑制交配率高于90%。因此,为进一步节约成本,认为(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛剂量为10mg,每公顷设置450根迷向丝时可大面积应用。
本发明的迷向剂对环境友好,对天敌安全,对人畜无害,操作简单。同时持效期长,干扰交配效果明显,可准确应用于大面积干扰雌雄成虫之间的交配,降低子代种群数量,对美国白蛾的防治有重要的意义。

1.一种用于干扰美国白蛾交配的迷向剂,其特征在于,迷向剂组分为(9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛。
2.根据权利要求1所述美国白蛾的迷向剂,其制备方法为,将5~20mg的 (9Z,12Z,15Z)-9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛溶解于葵花籽油中,并加入聚乙烯管,制备成迷向丝。
