The harvester that this embodiment provided, compared with the prior art, through setting up foretell modularization cereal header, can be through the quantity of selecting different header modules, interval between the adjacent header module also can be adjusted, finally can constitute the header of different width, so that be suitable for the needs that the scene was reaped to the difference more nimble, this kind of cooperation form makes every header module all can independently dismantle the change simultaneously, the maintenance of whole header or harvester of being more convenient for, can reduce maintenance duration, and reduce the purchase, the cost of use and maintenance, production efficiency and benefit are improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A modularized coarse cereal header is characterized by comprising a supporting crossbeam (80) and a plurality of header modules, wherein the supporting crossbeam (80) is connected with a header rack; each header module includes:
a chassis (10);
the mounting and fixing assembly (20) is arranged on the case (10) and used for connecting the case (10) with the supporting cross beam (80);
the transmission shaft (30) penetrates through the case (10), the middle part of the transmission shaft is in running fit with the case (10), and two ends of the transmission shaft are positioned outside the case (10);
the outer transmission assemblies (40) are arranged at two ends of the transmission shaft (30) and are used for being connected with the transmission shaft (30) of the adjacent header module or a power transmission mechanism (93) of the harvester;
the inner transmission assembly (50) is arranged in the middle of the transmission shaft (30) and is positioned in the case (10);
and the cutting knife assembly (60) is arranged on the case (10) and is connected with the inner transmission assembly (50) so as to carry out cutting motion under the driving of the transmission shaft (30).
2. The modular coarse cereal header of claim 1, wherein: the outer drive assembly (40), when connected with the drive shaft (30) of an adjacent header module, comprises a coupling (41) to connect the drive shaft (30) of the adjacent header module; when connected with a power transmission mechanism (93) of the harvester, the external transmission assembly (40) comprises a chain wheel (42) so as to be connected with the power transmission mechanism (93) of the harvester; the internal transmission assembly (50) comprises a gear transmission assembly, and the cutting knife assembly (60) is connected with the gear transmission assembly through a power shaft (61).

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 2, wherein: both ends of the transmission shaft (30) are provided with splines to be connected with the coupler (41) or the chain wheel (42); the coupling comprises a chain coupling; the power shaft (61) extends into the case (10) and is vertical to the transmission shaft (30); the header module further comprises an axle joint baffle (70), the axle joint baffle (70) being connected with the chassis (10) to shield the outer transmission assembly (40); the machine case (10) is of a box-shaped structure, and the upper portion of the machine case (10) is provided with an oil injection assembly (11) used for injecting lubricating oil into the machine case (10).

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 1, wherein: the mounting and fixing component (20) comprises two connecting pieces which are respectively arranged at two ends of the case (10); each connecting piece comprises two screws (21) and a connecting plate (22), the two screws (21) are respectively connected with the case (10) and are respectively positioned above and below the supporting cross beam (80), and two ends of the connecting plate (22) are respectively connected with the screws (21) so as to be matched with the two screws (21) and the case (10) to fix the case (10) on the supporting cross beam (80).

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 1, wherein: the cutting knife assembly (60) comprises a power shaft (61), a cutter head (62) and a plurality of cutter heads (63), the power shaft (61) is rotatably arranged on the case (10), one end of the power shaft is positioned in the case (10) and is connected with the transmission shaft (30) through an external transmission assembly (40), and the other end of the power shaft extends out of the case (10); the cutter head (62) is connected with one end of the power shaft (61) outside the case (10) so as to be driven by the power shaft (61) to rotate; a plurality of tool bits (63) distribute and set up blade disc (62) edge, and stretch out blade disc (62) edge, the lateral part of tool bit (63) is equipped with cutting edge (65), is used for cutting when blade disc (62) are rotatory and gets into the crop stalk of blade disc (62) edge cutting scope.

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 5, wherein: two bracket mounting positions for mounting the reel chains (91) are arranged on the case (10) in parallel, a reel chain driving wheel (92) is arranged on the power shaft (61), the cutter head (63) protrudes out of the reel chain driving wheel (92), and the reel chain driving wheel (92) is connected with one reel chain (91) to drive the reel chains (91) to rotate; the other reel chain (91) is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft (30); the two reel chains (91) are arranged in a staggered way in order to mutually match and stir the crop stalks to the cutter head (62).

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 5, wherein: the cutting edges (65) are arranged on two sides of the cutter head (63), and the end part of the cutter head (63) extending out of the cutter head (62) is of a trapezoidal structure or a triangular structure; the cutting edge (65) is a straight cutting edge, a cutting edge with a concave middle part or a cutting edge with a convex middle part; the cutting edge (65) is obliquely arranged, and an included angle formed by the cutting edge and a connecting line of the rotating center of the cutter head (62) and the center of the cutter head (63) is 10-60 degrees; the cutter head (62) is provided with avoidance holes (64); the cutter head (63) is fixed on the cutter head (62) through a fastener; the fastener comprises two bolts (66) or rivets which are arranged on the cutter head (63) in parallel.

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 5, wherein: the modularized coarse cereal header further comprises a blade protector (67), the blade protector (67) is fixed on the chassis (10) and located on one side of the cutter head (62), a blade passing groove (68) for the end part of the cutter head (63) extending out of the cutter head (62) to pass through is formed in the blade protector (67), the blade passing groove (68) at least covers the front end and the middle part of the blade (65), and a fixed cutter (671) matched with the blade (65) is arranged on the blade passing groove (67); the blade protector (67) is used for blocking one side of the plant stalks and forming an included angle with a reel chain of the harvester; the cutting edge (65) forms an included angle with one side of the blade protector (67) used for blocking the plant stalks when entering the blade passing groove (68).

The modular coarse cereal header of claim 5, wherein: the modular coarse cereal header further comprises a knife protecting plate (69), wherein the knife protecting plate (69) is arranged on one side of the cutter head (62), is positioned below the cutter head (63) and is used for scraping impurities adhered to the cutter head (63); the cutter protecting plate (69) comprises a cutter cleaning part and a cutter protecting part, the cutter cleaning part is positioned below the cutter head (65) and used for scraping impurities adhered to the cutter head (65), and the cutter protecting part is positioned behind the cutter cleaning part and has an outer diameter larger than that of a cutting area of the cutter head (65); tool bit (63) all fix on the upper surface of blade disc (62), protect cutting board (69) orientation one side of blade disc (62) be equipped with blade disc (62) complex arc limit, protect the upper surface of cutting board (69) with the upper surface parallel and level of blade disc (62).
