本发明提供导热复合纤维材结构制作方法及结构,包括如下步骤:S1:将含有接着剂之纤维布与富有导热粒子之薄膜作堆栈;S2:将完成堆栈的纤维布置入真空热压机进行热压制程;S3:将所述纤维布置入模具内,且该模具有吸气孔将空气抽出,模具内具有加热系统对所述纤维布进行加热;S4:抽气完成后,将富有导热粒子之熔融塑胶或橡胶射入模具的腔内,冷却后开模取出产品。上述导热复合纤维材结构制作方法制作而成的结构,其包括纤维布,纤维布上富有接着剂,纤维布上热压有橡胶层或塑胶层,所述橡胶层或塑胶层内富有导热粒子。本发明的有益效果是,1.能够提高塑料机械强度。2.能够提高塑料散热效果。3.能够提供良好的纤维外观。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及导热复合纤维材结构制作技术领域,尤其是涉及导热复合纤维材结构制作方法及结构。
【背景技术】
随着5G时代的到来,对于手机等电子产品而言,塑料件虽可以避免金属件的讯号屏蔽问题,但是强度和散热效率上却低于金属。所以需要技术方案来解决这样的技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决提升塑料强度不足和导热效果不佳的问题。本发明提供了导热复合纤维材结构制作方法来解决上述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题的方案是:导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将含有接着剂之纤维布与富有导热粒子之薄膜作堆栈;
S2:将完成堆栈的纤维布置入真空热压机进行热压制程;
S3:将所述纤维布置入模具内,且该模具有吸气孔将空气抽出,模具内具有加热系统对所述纤维布进行加热;
S4:抽气完成后,将富有导热粒子之熔融塑胶或橡胶射入模具的腔内,冷却后开模取出产品。
进一步的,所述纤维布的材质能够为编织纤维布、单向纤维布或纳米纤维布(简称NCF布)。
进一步的,所述纤维布的纤维丝种类能够为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、石墨纤维、金属丝。
进一步的,所述导热粒子能够为金属粉、陶瓷粉或石墨烯粉等添加物。
进一步的,所述塑胶或橡胶为热塑性或热固性。
进一步的,所述薄膜的材料包括橡胶或者塑胶。
本发明还提供导热复合纤维材结构,其使用上述导热复合纤维材结构制作方法制作而成,其包括纤维布,所述纤维布上富有接着剂,所述纤维布上热压有橡胶层或塑胶层,所述橡胶层或塑胶层内富有导热粒子。
本发明的有益效果是,

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参图1至图4所示,本发明的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法及结构。
本发明提供了导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将含有接着剂2之纤维布1与富有导热粒子之薄膜3作堆栈;
S2:将完成堆栈的纤维布1置入真空热压机进行热压制程;
S3:将所述纤维布1置入模具4内,且该模具有吸气孔5将空气抽出,模具内具有加热系统对所述纤维布1进行加热;
S4:抽气完成后,将富有导热粒子之熔融塑胶或橡胶射入模具5的腔6内,冷却后开模取出产品。
所述纤维布1的材质能够为编织纤维布、单向纤维布或纳米纤维布(简称NCF布)。使用上述布料能够增加用户的使用体验感,更加令人舒适。
所述纤维布1的纤维丝种类能够为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、石墨纤维、金属丝。
所述纤维丝的材质如果采用上述利于导热的物质,则利于纤维布1具备良好的导热功能。所述纤维布1能够为1层或多层,所述薄膜3也能够1层为多层,优选的,纤维布1和薄膜3能够相互间隔的设置为多层结构,例如两层纤维布1和两层薄膜3相互间隔的设置。
所述导热粒子能够为金属粉、陶瓷粉或石墨烯粉等添加物。采用金属粉、陶瓷粉、石墨烯,是为了利用这些物质的导热性以实现导热的目的。
所述塑胶或橡胶为热塑性或热固性。当采用热塑性塑胶或橡胶时,利于二次成型。当采用热固性塑胶或橡胶时,利于使得产品的强度高。
所述薄膜3是通过橡胶或者塑胶与导热粒子混合形成。橡胶或者塑胶中加入导热粒子,能够使得薄膜3的导热性能增强,如果加入的导热粒子本身还能够增强强度,比如加入石墨烯,也能够使得薄膜3的强度增加,从而增加导热复合纤维材结构的强度。
本发明还提供导热复合纤维材结构,其使用上述方法制作而成,其包括纤维布,所述纤维布1上富有接着剂2,所述纤维布1上热压有橡胶层或塑胶层,所述橡胶层或塑胶层内富有导热粒子。
需指出的是,本发明不限于上述实施方式,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员基于本发明技术方案对上述实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,都落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将含有接着剂之纤维布与富有导热粒子之薄膜作堆栈;
S2:将完成堆栈的纤维布置入真空热压机进行热压制程;
S3:将所述纤维布置入模具内,且该模具有吸气孔将空气抽出,模具内具有加热系统对所述纤维布进行加热;
S4:抽气完成后,将富有导热粒子之熔融塑胶或橡胶射入模具的腔内,冷却后开模取出产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述纤维布的材质能够为编织纤维布、单向纤维布或纳米纤维布(简称NCF布)。
3.如权利要求1所述的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述纤维布的纤维丝种类能够为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、石墨纤维、金属丝。
4.如权利要求1所述的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述导热粒子能够为金属粉、陶瓷粉或石墨烯粉等添加物。
5.如权利要求1所述的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述塑胶或橡胶为热塑性或热固性。
6.如权利要求1所述的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法,其特征在于,所述薄膜3的材料包括橡胶或者塑胶。
7.导热复合纤维材结构,其使用权利要求1-6的导热复合纤维材结构制作方法制作而成,其特征在于,包括纤维布,所述纤维布上富有接着剂,所述纤维布上热压有橡胶层或塑胶层,所述橡胶层或塑胶层内设有导热粒子。
