Description

Multipurpose brick using skeleton plate
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a multipurpose brick using a skeleton plate, and more particularly, to a multipurpose brick using a skeleton plate, in which one side surface of the skeleton plate is formed of loess bricks and the other side surface of the skeleton plate is formed of cement bricks, or both side surfaces of the skeleton plate are formed of loess bricks or cement bricks.
Background
In general, bricks used for constructing building walls, enclosing walls, and the like are building materials made by press molding cement mortar, and are classified into ordinary bricks, mortar bricks, firebricks, and the like according to materials, baking, drying, and applications.
The common brick is widely applied to buildings, and is formed by pressing raw brick materials by a vacuum pugging machine, cutting the raw brick materials into certain sizes by an iron wire or a cutter or a metal wire, and performing a drying process and a roasting process, wherein the raw brick materials consist of clay rich in iron oxide and sand.
At this time, for bricks made of brick raw materials consisting of clay and sand, the drying process completes drying by natural drying in a room and sunlight, or completes drying in a drying room using waste heat. In order to prevent the raw brick material from cracking or being damaged, it is necessary to dry the raw brick material for a sufficient time.
The lime-sand brick is formed by adding hydrated lime into sand, molding under high pressure, and curing in a high-pressure kettle filled with water vapor, and is mainly used for buildings.
The refractory brick is a brick made of an inorganic material, does not melt or deform at a high temperature, and is used in a heat treatment apparatus of 1,000 ℃ to 1,700 ℃.
The refractory bricks thus produced are used in boilers, furnaces, electric furnaces, spacecraft bodies, gas turbines, nuclear reactors, and the like, and either powdered irregular refractory materials are used in place of the refractory bricks or electrically fused refractory bricks are used in portions where erosion resistance is required.
In addition, modern people want to get rid of dry living environment mainly with cement and move to living environment mainly with natural environment-friendly loess.
The loess absorbs indoor moisture and is discharged, and thus, can automatically adjust humidity and prevent the wall from breeding mold, and emit far infrared rays to promote blood circulation and excretion of metabolites in the body.
In addition, the material emits negative ions, adsorbs and neutralizes positive ions discharged to the living environment due to various pollutants, so that the living environment is comfortable, and has excellent heat preservation and heat insulation effects, thereby being widely used as building materials of traditional houses.
Although the brick made of loess has the above-mentioned advantages, there are the following problems: the flexural strength is decreased, the water absorption rate is high, and the crack is a cause, so that the number of layers of the building is limited, and the firmness and durability are reduced even after the building is finished, so that it is difficult to attach facilities such as mirrors and picture frames, and it is necessary to separately construct an outer wall using cement, etc., so that the construction cost is increased.
In order to solve the above problems, many efforts have been made in the past.

Also, korean registered utility model No. 20-0246502 discloses a novel brick in which natural stone is embedded in the surface of the brick to provide a natural feeling.
The bricks thus manufactured by various methods have a problem that their functions are limited.
That is, the brick is liable to be damaged when it is lengthened, and the brick becomes heavy when it is enlarged in size, which causes inconvenience to the user.
In addition, the building block with a hollow inner space has the defects of weak impact strength and easy damage, and meanwhile, the building block has the structural problem that the heat preservation or sound insulation effect cannot be realized.
Further, since the heat insulating function, the sound insulating function, the waterproof function, and the function of the protective wall of the brick are insufficient, and the firmness and durability of the loess brick are reduced, it is difficult to use a fixing iron nail device or a nail for the wall surface, and thus there is a problem that not only the electric pipe cannot be installed or the structure such as the photo frame cannot be attached, but also the application to the living space cannot be realized and only the function of the partition plate is exerted.
For example, patent document 1 below discloses "an anti-aging loess house building and a built-in structure thereof using loess bricks containing a fibrous material".

Fig. 1 to 5 show a multipurpose brick according to the invention, fig. 1 showing a multipurpose wall tile 1, fig. 2 showing a skeleton plate 2, and fig. 3 schematically showing a wall formed by the multipurpose brick 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the multipurpose brick using the skeletal plate according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is constructed such that a loess layer 7 is formed on one side of the multipurpose brick using the isolation strip 3 formed on the skeletal plate 2 as a center, and a general cement layer 6 is formed on the other side thereof, wherein the loess layer is used for the inner wall of a house and a sauna room, and the cement layer is used for the outer wall.
Among the multipurpose brick, thickness is the same with traditional brick or building block, and through space portion 4, 5's function, can adjust the size of brick wantonly, consequently, both can still keep the space of traditional brick, also can form the loess wall of natural environmental protection to, can realize construction period's shortening effect.
Although the double-faced bricks in which the loess block is formed at one side and the cement block is formed at the other side are disclosed, the bricks of the conventional art simply combine the loess layer with the cement layer, and thus, thermal insulation, water resistance, sound insulation, fastening, functionality, etc. are lacking.
The skeleton plate body according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a multi-structure, that is, it is composed of a cement layer 6, fillers (16, a rhombohedral, loess, charcoal, etc.), a metal wall surface, and a loess layer with the outer wall as the center, so that it has a strong waterproof function, a heat insulating function, and a soundproof function, and can realize the technical effect of a protective wall function when used in a factory or a warehouse for construction.
Of course, the size and model of the multipurpose brick can be changed by changing the skeleton plate body 2 according to the use.
In order to create a living environment centered on loess, the present invention deforms the skeleton plate body 2 according to the use, and divides the multipurpose bricks into three types, the multipurpose bricks consisting of the multipurpose wall tiles 1, the multipurpose craft bricks 17, and the multipurpose heating bricks 28.

And, the multipurpose art brick is used for realizing the application of the wall surface in the space and increasing aesthetic factors, and builds the foundation brick with the receiving space 21 into the foundation of the wall surface to realize the application of the wall surface in the space. After the foundation bricks are constructed, the space for the loess bricks can be maximally used and the appearance can be improved by inserting the finishing members 26a, 26b, and 26c disposed in the housing space 21 to the parting line of the exposed portion 25.
And, the multipurpose heating brick forms a floor which can make the efficiency of the loess reach the best.
When the hot air of the boiler is used for heating the loess kang, the blood circulation and the excretion of metabolites in the body can be promoted, and far infrared rays and negative ions are emitted to create a comfortable indoor environment.
In the present invention, a common house uses heating bricks composed of a cement layer and a loess layer, and an apartment is laminated with a noise-proof plate 29 for preventing interlayer noise and loess powder 30 as an impact absorption layer, and then adopts heating bricks for floor heating composed of a loess layer 31 to realize complete harmony with wall loess.
In addition, the multipurpose brick is substantially composed of loess and cement layers and a skeletal plate.
In order to form the loess layer, coconut stalks, straw, etc. are first mixed with loess in order to enhance the cohesion of the loess bricks. And, a plant paste having a strong binding power, such as a flour paste or a glutinous rice paste, is mixed with loess, and the mixture is mixed with boiled water to render the loess in a semi-solid state.
In addition, when the cement layer is formed, silica sand, bottom ash (ash generated in a boiler room of a coal thermal power plant), or the like is mixed in the cement, or any material is used.
The frame plate body 2 is made of metal materials or plastic resins formed by coating synthetic resins on steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and the like. The frame plate 2 is provided with isolation strips 3, space portions 4, 5, duct grooves 8, an electric wiring board 9, a utility port 10, a projection 11, a grill net 12, an isolation groove 13, an isolation plate 14, a noise-proof plate 29, and the like, as means for solving the problems of the prior art.
The components of the skeleton plate 2 are not uniformly applied as in the case of multi-purpose wall tiles. Of course, it may be modified according to the use and structure like the multipurpose craft brick 22 or the multipurpose heating brick 28.
The manufacturing process of the multipurpose brick is described as follows.
After the framework slab 2 is inserted into a certain metal forming mold, the isolation strip 3 is abutted against the wall surface of the metal forming mold to which a rubber sheet (not shown) is attached to prevent the mixing of the loess layer and the cement layer.
On the contrary, the plurality of projections 11 are shorter than the metal mold wall surface by about 0.5 cm as the anti-drop member so as not to be exposed to the outside of the brick.
After the framework plate body 2 is fixed on the metal forming mould, one side surface is filled with semi-solid loess mixture, the other side surface is cast with cement mortar, after a certain period of curing, the metal forming mould is removed, and the multipurpose brick divided into a loess layer 7 and a cement layer 6 can be formed.
In order to prevent the drop of loess layer 7 and cement layer 6, the multipurpose brick is wrapped respectively around grid net 12 by loess and cement, this grid net 12 is used for the parcel to form between a plurality of protruding portions 11 and the protruding portion 11 of space portion 4, 5 outer wall, in order to realize leaning on the combination completely, thereby the defect of loess has been overcome, the firmness and the durability thereof have been promoted, and, because multiple structure, prevent the removal of outside air and moisture, still the removal of the inside steam of separation, thereby embody powerful waterproof, give sound insulation, thermal-insulated effect, the effect of protection wall function can be realized in department such as mill or warehouse.
The frame plate 2 is a core member constituting the multipurpose brick 1, and is made of a metal material such as steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, or a plastic resin. Fig. 6 is a schematic perspective view of a multipurpose technical foundation brick according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a schematic perspective view of a skeletal plate body of the multipurpose technical foundation brick according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic perspective view of a finishing member provided to the multipurpose technical foundation brick according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view of a construction state of a multipurpose process foundation brick according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, fig. 10 is a schematic perspective view of a finishing member provided to the multipurpose process foundation brick according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 11 is a schematic perspective view of a finishing member provided to the multipurpose process foundation brick according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, in order to create a natural environment-friendly living environment centered on a wall tile 1, the invention adopts the process bricks 17 and 26a formed by deforming the skeleton plate body 2, so that the wall surface is applied in space, and simultaneously, various finished decoration parts 26a, 26b and 26c are combined with the wall tile, thereby realizing beauty and harmony.
In addition, the floor tile also applies the same composition principle as the wall tile, and only the lower part of the framework plate body 2 is attached with the anti-noise plate 29, so that floor heating is realized while interlayer noise is reduced.
The space portions 4 and 5 are formed in the skeleton plate 2 and have three functional functions.
The protrusions 11 formed on the outer walls of the space parts 4 and 5, the loess layer 7 and the cement layer 6 are prevented from falling off, the cohesion is improved, and the far infrared rays and negative ions emitted from the fillers 16 inside the space parts 4 and 5 are discharged to the indoor through the multipurpose port 10 connected to the space parts, thereby creating a comfortable indoor environment.
The filler 16 formed in the dual space of the space parts 4 and 5 and the inside thereof blocks the cold air in summer and the hot air in winter from moving to the outer wall, and on the contrary, blocks the noise, moisture, hot air, etc. of the outer wall side from moving to the inner wall, and has excellent waterproof, soundproof, and heat insulation effects.
In addition, it is often seen that the wall surface is broken in order to install electric wires, water pipes, gas pipes, and the like after the wall surface is constructed in a home house, a factory, or the like, and thus, much time and labor cost are required to deal with the generated noise, dust, and incidental objects.
In view of this, the skeleton plate body 2 is formed with not only a duct groove 8 for disposing a duct but also an electric wiring board 8 implementing electric wiring.
In order to solve the problems, the invention forms an I shape, a T shape and a T shape on the wall tile 1 separately "

The protruding part 11 is perforated with a plurality of holes to allow loess or cement to be coagulated with each other. The grid net 12 is made of fine iron wire and is fitted over the projections of the loess and cement layers 6 to prevent the bricks from being damaged in a large scale and to maintain the strength.
In this way, loess or cement is combined with the outer walls of the space sections 4 and 5, the protruding section 11, and the grill 12, i.e., the corner Hu Dikao, and therefore, excellent protective wall effects are obtained in factories, warehouses, and the like.
The insulation slots 13 are formed by insulation strips 3, whereby the top and bottom of the finished brick will be exposed to narrow slots into which insulation boards 14 can be inserted.
In the isolation groove 13, when building the brick that comprises loess layer and cement layer, isolation groove 13 centre gripping division board 14 on the brick upper portion of lower extreme, then, loess mixture is put into to the loess layer, and cement mortar is put into in order being the gluing agent in the cement layer, then, separates the end building with upper portion brick centre gripping, just can make and combine between loess and the loess and between cement and the cement.
In addition, when bricks are laid by the partition plate 14, left and right bricks and upper and lower bricks can be connected to each other, thereby enhancing cohesion and rapidly and accurately aligning the laid bricks.
The housing space 21 ensures a part of the space (half of the brick thickness) inside the brick, and finished garnishes 26a, 26b, and 26c made of wood, stone, metal, glass, synthetic resin, or the like are disposed inside the space.
For example, when finished garnishes 26a having doors formed on both sides are disposed in the housing space 21 for wall-surface foundation bricks, the exposed portion 25 can be used as a television receiver and the space for the garnishes can be used as a simple housing cabinet.
As described above, the housing space 21 is formed in the multipurpose brick, and the wall tile can be effectively used. Of course, the skeleton plate body 2 as the core member of the present invention can be freely deformed according to the use.
The multi-purpose ports 10 serve two functions as structures formed in the space portions 4, 5 of the skeleton plate 2.
The space is filled with the clinoptilolite, loess, and charcoal 16. Far infrared rays and negative ions emitted from the clinoptilolite and loess are discharged to the indoor, and the deodorization effect and humidity adjustment of the charcoal are also achieved through the multi-purpose port 10, which multi-purpose port 10 plays a role of a passage for creating a comfortable environment.
Sometimes, a photo frame, a finishing member, and a wall-mounted air conditioner are installed on a wall surface, and in order to solve the problem, when a multi-purpose brick composed of the multi-purpose ports 10 is built up to a construction position, if a screw is screwed to a cross cover disposed at the multi-purpose ports 10 after the construction is completed, the finishing member can be installed on the wall surface without noise and without damaging the wall surface.
In particular, loess bricks have low solidity, and it is difficult to handle ingots or nails. In this case, since the multi-purpose port 10 is provided in the frame plate 2, there is no problem in operation.
Through the exposed portions 25, finished finishing members 26a, 26b, 26c can be inserted into the receiving spaces 21 formed in the process tiles 17.
The thickness of the process brick 17 is about 12 cm, and about 6 cm is a storage space. When the thickness of the finished decoration pieces 26a, 26b and 26c is about 8 cm, the exposed part 25 is about 2 cm protruded from the wall surface.
On the contrary, when the technical bricks 17 are used as a foundation, large technical bricks are used in order to apply the space at the bottom of the wall surface. At this time, the finished decoration pieces 26a, 26b and 26c are about 20 to 25 cm higher than the wall surface and are used as decoration cabinets and television storage racks, so that the use efficiency of space is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the noise-proof plate 29 is attached to the bottom plate of the frame plate 2 of the multipurpose heating brick 28 in order to prevent interlayer noise in advance, and the noise-proof plate 29 is made of synthetic resin which is environmentally friendly and non-combustible. The single dwelling does not generate interlayer noise and thus, may not be used.
The discharge port 34 is formed in the finished finishing member 26a inserted into the multipurpose handicraft brick for connecting the piping channel 8 and the piping of the brick laid on the upper portion thereof.
The purpose of this setting is: the hot air generated when the electric heater is started is placed in the finished decoration piece, and is exhausted by a micro exhaust fan arranged in a computer of the finished decoration piece on the upper part, so that the finished decoration piece is used for heating.
Along with will finished product fitment 26a is as TV set supporter and fitment cabinet, can use discharge port 34, realizes the effect of the stove of appearing at the same time.
The filler 16 is made of a mixture of a far infrared ray and negative ions, and is made of a mixture of a rhombohedral stone such as jade, germanium, medical stone, etc. and loess, which promote blood circulation and excretion of metabolites, and charcoal having humidity-adjustable and deodorizing effects is put into the space portions 4, 5 together, thereby creating a comfortable environment.
In particular, the sauna room emits strong far infrared rays and negative ions due to hot air and moisture, and delivers them to the human body.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be modified in various ways within a range not departing from the gist thereof.
Industrial applications
As described above, the multipurpose brick using the skeleton plate according to the present invention is composed of a cement layer, a filler, a metal wall surface, and a loess layer, has a strong waterproof function, a heat insulating function, and a soundproof function, and when used in construction in a factory or a warehouse, not only can obtain a function of a protective wall, but also can realize application of the wall surface in a space and obtain aesthetic factors through multipurpose process bricks, and when finished decoration pieces having doors formed on both sides of a storage space of a foundation brick are arranged, an exposed portion can be used as a television shelf, and a space of the decoration pieces can be used as a simple storage cabinet. Therefore, the present invention is extremely useful in industrial applications.
