原水中有不同浓度的含盐量,同时循环冷却水系统在连续工作过程中会发生大量蒸发、风吹损失等,需要不断向循环系统补水,由此导致循环水系统中各种物质含量不断浓缩,如:结垢性离子和腐蚀性离子:钙离子、镁离子、硫酸根离子、氯离子、铁离子等,这些离子达到一定浓度就会在换热器设备和管道里结垢,同时也会对设备和管道造成腐蚀或垢下腐蚀,所以循环水系统需要进行排污处理,但排污水量大且属于工业废水,需处理达标后才能排放。另外,排放的同时还需不断补充新水,用以维持需要控制的浓缩倍数,补充的新水量等于排水及蒸发损失等,补充水量大约为循环水量的2-3%,由此看来水资源消耗量很大。循环水零排放技术可以很好的解决上述问题,达到更高效的节水目的。该技术的关键是设计一整套低费用水处理方案:降低循环水的浊度和总溶解固体量、减少系统补水量、提高浓缩倍数、改善整体循环水的状况、降低处理费用,最后实现零排放。在节约水资源的同时减少其对环境的污染,进而降低循环水处理成本。
蒸发结晶器是零排放系统中的主要工艺环节之一,起着至关重要的作用。蒸发结晶是采用蒸发容积,使浓缩溶液进入过饱和区结晶,并不断蒸发,以维持溶液一定的过饱和度进行结晶。但在连续运转过程中,蒸发结晶器会发生结垢现象,其结垢的原因大致有以下两点:
(1)蒸发结晶器由于大部分盐卤中都含有钙、镁等阳离子和硫酸根、碳酸根等阴离子,这些离子所组成的化合物,碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钠、氯化钠等会因浓度、温度变化,达到过饱和而结晶析出,进而在加热管内和蒸发室内壁附着而生成垢;特别是由于硫酸钙的负溶解度,即当温度超过40℃时,随温度升高其溶解度下降;
(2)由于操作的原因,在生产中容易出现假液面、低液面生产或者加热蒸汽突然暴涨,造成加热管出口处的静液位压力不足,使本应在加热管出口以上才沸腾的加热卤水,因静液位压力不足而在加热管内沸腾,这必然引起盐类的结晶析出,在加热内壁附着而形成盐垢。
形成的硫酸钙垢特点如下:
(1)由于硫酸钙垢在蒸发结晶器的高温、高压、高含盐量条件下形成,所以形成的垢类相对比碳酸钙垢类和其他垢类等更致密,更难去除,在工业清洗中是非常难处理的难溶垢;
(2)由于蒸发结晶器工艺装置的特点,导致在其内形成的垢类成分比较复杂,其中可能包含药剂成分的残留;
(3)蒸发结晶器内的硫酸钙垢的结垢速度快、清洗频繁,运行周期短;
(4)硫酸钙的生长形状呈规则的细长柱棒针状,其形态是由晶体在轴向和侧面生长速率的差异造成,螺旋错位生长;结构致密、表面光滑细密、粘附力强。
针对蒸发结晶器内发生结垢的问题,目前采用的清洗硫酸钙垢的方法有很多,但大多存在弊端,如
(1)用浓硝酸清洗,有强腐蚀性,存在较大的安全隐患;
(2)采用1400公斤的超高压水枪清洗,危险系数极高,对设备和操作人员有较大的风险,极易造成人员的伤害和设备的损坏;
(3)传统的机械清洗处理不彻底、效率低、对设备造成较大的损害。精密设备无法进行机械清洗,处理方式难以达到;
(4)采用酸、碱常规药剂交替清洗时,时间长,效果欠佳,且消耗药剂较多,增加清洗处理成本;
(5)EDTA是常用的硫酸钙清洗药剂,受市场影响价格波动不稳定,价格持续上涨,清洗成本高,且除垢率也较低,仅能达到1.5%左右。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有硫酸钙垢清洗方法存在的清洗耗时长、成本高、安全隐患大、效果不明显等问题,提供了一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂及制备方法。
第一方面,本发明提供一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,是采用以下技术方案得以实现的。
一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
螯合剂10-15%;
渗透剥离增效剂5-10%;
脱落剂5-10%;
增溶抑止剂5-15%;
表面活性剂10-15%;
缓冲剂1-5%;
多泡悬浮剂0.5-1%;
余量为去离子水。
进一步的,所述螯合剂包括聚苯乙烯磺酸、氨基三乙酸钠。本申请选用的螯合剂对钙、镁离子及钙、镁的无机盐有很好的螯合、增溶、络合分散等作用,使垢晶体结构改变,且螯合剂在较宽的pH值和120°高温下有极佳的水溶性和热稳定性。
进一步的,所述渗透剥离增效剂包括脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。本申请选用的渗透剥离增效剂有极好的附着力,能将药剂很好的渗透在污垢中。
进一步的,所述脱落剂包括正己烷-乙醚-冰醋酸。本申请选用的脱落剂具有较强的溶垢、分散钙垢的能力,使污垢快速脱落,排出装置。
进一步的,所述增溶抑止剂包括乙二醇单乙基醚。本申请选用的增溶抑止剂能够与表面活性剂分子间形成复杂的相互协同作用,溶解污垢效果更优,且能抑止垢类沉积。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷、脂肪族磺酸化物。本申请选用的表面活性剂在较低浓度下具有良好的去污能力和对污垢的分散力,而且抗硬水性能好、清洗污垢中有机物成分效果较明显。
进一步的,所述缓冲剂包括醋酸-醋酸钠。本申请选用的缓冲剂具有良好的润湿和乳化性能,对金属设备表面的腐蚀抑制性能优越,减少对药剂对设备的损害。
进一步的,所述多泡悬浮剂包括羟甲基纤维素钠、烷醇酰胺。本申请选用的多泡悬浮剂能够增加起泡能力,且具有泡沫稳定作用,使丰富的泡沫具有强有力的清刮能力,与污垢结合力强,能把污垢包围并悬浮分散在水中,防止污垢再沉积污染。
进一步的,所述硫酸钙垢清洗剂的投加浓度为30-50%,处理时间为6h-24h。本申请清洗剂可直接喷洒在垢的表面,一般处理时间为6h-24h,药剂使用浓度一般为30%-50%,具体清洗时间与用量根据垢样具体情况确定。可以实现瞬时反应,见效快,一次清洗即可,省时省力,效果明显。
第二方面,本发明提供一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂的制备方法,是采用以下技术方案得以实现的。
一种上述蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将规定量的脱落剂与去离子水混合均匀,再加入规定量的螯合剂和缓冲剂,充分混匀;
S2.将去离子水升温至40~50℃,加入规定量的多泡悬浮剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
S3.将步骤S2配置的溶液加入到步骤S1配置的溶液中,搅拌均匀;
S4.加入规定量的表面活性剂、渗透剥离增效剂和增溶抑止剂,搅拌均匀,得到硫酸钙垢清洗剂。
本申请具有以下有益效果。
本申请的硫酸钙垢清洗剂在水溶液中离散成具有螯合性的阴离子,主要通过表面活性剂对垢表面润湿、渗透,新型螯合剂对钙、镁等金属离子及钙、镁的无机盐有很好的螯合、增溶、分散等作用,使垢晶体结构改变;再利用清洗剂中脱落剂的作用使坚硬的垢逐渐膨化、疏松,转化成松散的粘泥状,便于水流携带或高压水冲出系统。本申请的硫酸钙垢清洗剂能够高效除垢、恢复流量、对设备无腐蚀且安全系数高,保证了整个零排放系统的安全、稳定、连续运行。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明。
按下表配置实施例1-5的硫酸钙垢清洗剂
制备得到的实施例1-5清洗剂均为黄色液体。
性能检测:相对饱和溶垢量的测定
采用本发明实施例1-5的清洗剂和参比清洗剂,在相同条件下,对硫酸钙垢进行溶解,用重量法分别测定出各自的饱和溶垢量,用其比值表示清洗剂的溶垢能力。

4、试验步骤
1)取6只l00mL的烧杯,编号1#~6#,称取硫酸钙垢样品,准确至0.01g;
2)在1#~5#烧杯中分别加入40mL实施例1-5清洗剂溶液,开始计时;
3)在6#烧杯中加入40mL参比清洗剂,开始计时;
4)在常压、25℃条件下,反应6h;
5)用105℃恒重的定量滤纸过滤烧杯中的反应物。将烧杯中的反应物完全转移到滤纸上后,再用蒸馏水清洗滤纸上的未溶解垢样,至洗出液中加入硝酸银溶液不出现浑浊为止;
6)将滤纸连同未溶解垢样置于105℃的烘箱中烘干,2h后取出,放入干燥器中,在室温下放置30min,称量。重复烘干、冷却和称量步骤,直至两次称量值小于0.002g。
5、试验结果的表述
未溶解垢样的质量G按下列公式计算:G1=G12-G11
式中:
G1一未溶解的剩余垢样的质量,单位为克(g);
G11一空白滤纸的质量,单位为克(g);
G12—滤纸与剩余垢样的质量,单位为克(g)。
饱和溶垢量P按下列公式计算:
P=(Go-G1)/Vo
式中:
P—饱和溶垢量,单位为克每升(g/L);
Go—烧杯中加入的垢样的总量,单位为克(g);
G1—烧杯中未溶解的剩余垢样的质量,单位为克(g);
Vo—清洗剂溶液或参比清洗剂的体积,单位为毫升(mL)。
两次测量值的误差小于5.0%时,取其平均值为测试结果。
相对饱和溶垢量按下列公式计算:
η=(P清/P参)*100%
式中:
η一相对饱和溶垢量,用百分数表示;
P清一清洗剂溶液的饱和溶垢量,单位为克每升(g/L);
P参一参比清洗剂的饱和溶垢量,单位为克每升(g/L)。
6、实施例1-5清洗剂与参比清洗剂试验比对结果见下表
经过试验比对,本发明清洗剂饱和溶垢量最高能够达到96.3%;参比清洗剂饱和溶垢量仅有68.2%。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比的组分:
螯合剂10-15%;
渗透剥离增效剂5-10%;
脱落剂5-10%;
增溶抑止剂5-15%;
表面活性剂10-15%;
缓冲剂1-5%;
多泡悬浮剂0.5-1%;
余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述螯合剂包括聚苯乙烯磺酸、氨基三乙酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剥离增效剂包括脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述脱落剂包括正己烷-乙醚-冰醋酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述增溶抑止剂包括乙二醇单乙基醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷、脂肪族磺酸化物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述缓冲剂包括醋酸-醋酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述多泡悬浮剂包括羟甲基纤维素钠、烷醇酰胺。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂,其特征在于:所述硫酸钙垢清洗剂的投加浓度为30-50%,处理时间为6h-24h。
10.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的蒸发结晶器硫酸钙垢清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1.将规定量的脱落剂与去离子水混合均匀,再加入规定量的螯合剂和缓冲剂,充分混匀;
S2.将去离子水升温至40~50℃,加入规定量的多泡悬浮剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
S3.将步骤S2配置的溶液加入到步骤S1配置的溶液中,搅拌均匀;
S4.加入规定量的表面活性剂、渗透剥离增效剂和增溶抑止剂,搅拌均匀,得到硫酸钙垢清洗剂。
