本发明公开了一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,由按重量比例包括以下组分:基础油56‑69%;聚a烯烃28‑35%;聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯2‑7%;复合添加剂0.6‑1.2%;聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯0.1‑0.4%;辅助剂0.02‑0.04%;甲基硅油8‑10ppm;聚a烯烃为乙烯经聚合反应制成α烯烃,再进行多次聚合及氢化而制成;复合添加剂包括粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、复合抗磨剂的组合;辅助剂选自季戊四醇油酸酯、苯三唑衍生物酯、烯基丁二酸、咪唑啉衍生物或烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。本发明提供的液压油适用于液压与传动二用的特殊装备,且在满足备战需要与机械运行速度、能量传递要求的前提下,满足在‑40℃与高温环境下装备的正常运行。同时满足各项极压、防锈、减磨、抗氧化、抗泡沫、抗乳化等性能指标要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液压与传动二用的特殊装备技术领域,尤其涉及一种特殊装备上应用的液压油。
背景技术
液压油就是利用液体压力能的液压系统使用的液压介质,在液压系统中起着能量传递、抗磨、系统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用。对于液压油来说,首先应满足液压装置在工作温度下与启动温度下对液体粘度的要求,由于润滑油的粘度变化直接与液压动作、传递效率和传递精度有关,还要求油的粘温性能和剪切安定性应满足不同用途所提出的各种需求。
但随着现代装备技术进步,现代备战需要与机械运行速度、能量传递要求提高,以及需要适应更苛刻环境条件下运行,常规的产品在低温性能方面已经不能胜任。传统液压、传动二用装备油品,不具备超低温运行性能,一般不能满足在-40℃与高温环境下装备的正常运行。
因此,在常规液压、传动润滑油配方技术上,申请人对基础油与低温性能剂方面进行调整与优化,特别是超低温流动性能改善做了新的研究与改进。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种特殊装备上应用的液压油。由于液压油的低温流动性与基础油含蜡多少有关。因此,本发明目的在于对液压油高低温流动性能上的保持,即保证-40℃之60℃油品可流动性能指标。同时需要满足各项极压、防锈、减磨、抗氧化、抗泡沫、抗乳化等性能指标要求。同时需要兼顾高温下润滑油的油膜强度保持。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于,由按重量比例的以下组分组成:基础油 56-69%;聚a烯烃28-35%;聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯2-7%;复合添加剂0.6-1.2%;聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯0.1-0.4%;辅助剂0.02-0.04%;甲基硅油8-10ppm;
所述基础油为三类加氢基础油;所述聚a烯烃为乙烯经聚合反应制成α烯烃,再进行多次聚合及氢化而制成的合成基础油;所述复合添加剂包括粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、复合抗磨剂的组合;所述辅助剂选自季戊四醇油酸酯、苯三唑衍生物酯、烯基丁二酸、咪唑啉衍生物或烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,由按重量比例计数,所述液压油的用量为:基础油58-65%;聚a烯烃30-33%;聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯4-6%;复合添加剂0.8-1.1%;聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯0.2-0.3%;辅助剂 0.03-0.04%;甲基硅油8-9ppm。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘度调节剂、所述抗氧化剂、所述复合抗磨剂分别占所述液压油组分的0.4-0.8%、0.3-0.5%、0.2-1%。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘度调节剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃共聚物、氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物中的一种或几种混合物。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合抗磨剂选自烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫化物、三甲酚磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯和硼化油酰胺中的一种或几种。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合抗磨剂中含有锌和磷元素。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧化剂由二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和酚型抗氧化剂按质量比2:1复配而成。

本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的液压油适用于液压与传动二用的特殊装备,且在满足备战需要与机械运行速度、能量传递要求的前提下,满足在 -40℃与高温环境下装备的正常运行。
(2)本发明的液压油能够在高低温流动性能上的保持,即保证 -40℃之60℃油品可流动性能指标。同时液压油满足各项极压、防锈、减磨、抗氧化、抗泡沫、抗乳化等性能指标要求。同时液压油兼顾了高温下润滑油的油膜强度保持。
(3)本发明提供的液压油能够较好地填补国内在特殊装备上,适用于较苛刻环境下使用的液压传动润滑油产品;能够满足严寒地区、高山地区昼夜天气温差大的环境条件,为现代化装备发展与备战需要。

聚a烯烃为乙烯经聚合反应制成α烯烃,再进行多次聚合及氢化而制成的合成基础油。
复合添加剂包括粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、复合抗磨剂的组合。其中,粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、复合抗磨剂分别占液压油组分的0.4-0.8%、 0.3-0.5%、0.2-1%。粘度调节剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃共聚物、氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物中的一种或几种混合物。本发明中添加的粘度调节剂,具有长链状结构,与三类加氢基础油分子间相互作用力点较多,可以很好的改善其粘温性能。
复合抗磨剂选自烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫化物、三甲酚磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯和硼化油酰胺中的一种或几种。由于复合抗磨剂中含有锌和磷元素,因此,本发明中优选复合抗磨剂由三甲酚磷酸酯和二硫代磷酸锌混合制备而成,三甲酚磷酸酯与二硫代磷酸锌按比例5:8制备。
本发明中抗氧化剂由二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和酚型抗氧化剂按质量比2:1复配而成。本发明中抗氧化剂的使用能改善加氢基础油的氧化安定性能,显著的降低了基础油氧化粘度的增加,同时有效的控制了酸值的增加量,并且两种抗氧化剂复配使用在分解过氧化物的同时减慢自由基的链传递,提高液压油的抗氧化性能,减少抗氧化剂的使用量。
辅助剂选自季戊四醇油酸酯、苯三唑衍生物酯、烯基丁二酸、咪唑啉衍生物或烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。本发明中优选使用苯三唑衍生物酯。
一种特殊装备上应用的液压油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将三类加氢基础油、聚a烯烃、聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯、聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯、苯三唑衍生物酯和甲基硅油加入至反应釜中,搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为200-400r/min,搅拌时间为30-40min;
S2、向上述S1中依次加入调节剂、抗氧化剂、复合抗磨剂,在 60℃下反应1-2h;
S3、向上述S2中加入抗泡剂,继续搅拌30min,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,然后经4级过滤即得到超低温启动性能的液压油。
实施例一
由于液压油的低温流动性与基础油含蜡多少有关。因此,本实施例目的在于对液压油高低温流动性能上的保持,即保证-40℃之60℃油品可流动性能指标。同时需要满足各项极压、防锈、减磨、抗氧化、抗泡沫、抗乳化等性能指标要求。同时需要兼顾高温下润滑油的油膜强度保持。
在反应釜中加入三类加氢基础油60份(150N三类加氢基础油、 150SN三类加氢基础油、250N三类加氢基础油、250SN三类加氢基础油的混合物,且含量分别为10份、10份、20份和20份)、聚a烯烃 33份、聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯5份、聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯0.3份、苯三唑衍生物酯0.1份以及甲基硅油0.2份搅拌均匀,搅拌速度为 200-400r/min,搅拌时间为30-40min;再向上述反应物中加入复合添加剂1.3份(粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、抗磨剂,且含量分别为0.5 份、0.2份和0.6份),在60℃下反应1-2h;向上述加入抗泡剂0.2 份,继续搅拌30min,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,然后经4级过滤冷却后即得到本实施例中超低温启动性能的柴油机油。经测试得到的超低温启动性能的液压油的理化性能如表1所示:

本实施例能够较好地填补国内在特殊装备上,适用于较苛刻环境下使用的液压传动润滑油产品;能够满足严寒地区、高山地区昼夜天气温差大的环境条件,为现代化装备发展与备战需要。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

Claims (8)
1.一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于,由按重量比例的以下组分组成:基础油56-69%;聚a烯烃28-35%;聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯2-7%;复合添加剂0.6-1.2%;聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯0.1-0.4%;辅助剂0.02-0.04%;甲基硅油8-10ppm;
所述基础油为三类加氢基础油;所述聚a烯烃为乙烯经聚合反应制成α烯烃,再进行多次聚合及氢化而制成的合成基础油;所述复合添加剂包括粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、复合抗磨剂的组合;所述辅助剂选自季戊四醇油酸酯、苯三唑衍生物酯、烯基丁二酸、咪唑啉衍生物或烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:由按重量比例计数,所述液压油的用量为:基础油58-65%;聚a烯烃30-33%;聚甲基二丙烯酸多元酯4-6%;复合添加剂0.8-1.1%;聚乙基丙烯酸二元酯0.2-0.3%;辅助剂0.03-0.04%;甲基硅油8-9ppm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:所述粘度调节剂、所述抗氧化剂、所述复合抗磨剂分别占所述液压油组分的0.4-0.8%、0.3-0.5%、0.2-1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:所述粘度调节剂为聚异丁烯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃共聚物、氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物中的一种或几种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:所述复合抗磨剂选自烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫化物、三甲酚磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯和硼化油酰胺中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:所述复合抗磨剂中含有锌和磷元素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和酚型抗氧化剂按质量比2:1复配而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊装备上应用的液压油,其特征在于:所述三类加氢基础油为150N三类加氢基础油、150SN三类加氢基础油、250N三类加氢基础油、250SN三类加氢基础油的一种或多种。
