Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating mainly comprises materials such as softening oil, petroleum resin, rubber and the like, and has good high-temperature and low-temperature performances, but the waterproof product has certain defects in extensibility and aging resistance, and the non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating has good extensibility due to good extensibility of asphalt compared with the conventional asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating, and has no material with excellent extensibility in the non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof product, so that the non-asphalt-based waterproof coating has certain defects in extensibility. Meanwhile, in the existing non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating, in order to enable a high polymer material to realize a creep state, more small-molecule oil is required to be added to soften the high polymer material, and the small-molecule oil volatilizes during thermal aging, so that the elongation performance is reduced rapidly, and the aging resistance is poor.
Therefore, the development of the non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating with high extension and high stability (with thermal aging resistance) is of great significance for improving the waterproof reliability of the non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating in a long-term service process and realizing the waterproof requirement with the same service life as a building.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a non-asphalt-based non-cured waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, so that the prepared waterproof coating has high extensibility and heat aging resistance.

According to the present invention, preferably, the cross-linking agent is 1-p-toluenesulfonylimidazole.

wherein step (5) is an optional step.

In the step (3), the time of the crosslinking reaction is preferably 60 to 90min.
