Claims (2)
1. The vegetable oil compound soft capsule is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of sea buckthorn seed oil, 10 parts of grape seed oil, 50 parts of pomegranate seed oil, 100 parts of camellia seed oil, 50 parts of perilla seed oil, 10 parts of evening primrose oil, 300 parts of edible gelatin, 100 parts of edible glycerol, 200 parts of polyethylene glycol, 10 parts of titanium dioxide and 500 parts of water; the preparation method of the compound soft capsule comprises the following steps:
1) Measuring sea buckthorn seed oil, grape seed oil, pomegranate seed oil, camellia seed oil, perilla seed oil and evening primrose oil, controlling the temperature between 20 ℃ and 25 ℃, pouring the mixture into a reaction kettle, introducing ozone with the concentration of 40mg/L for sterilization and disinfection, and vacuumizing and defoaming after uniform stirring to obtain capsule contents;
2) Weighing edible gelatin, edible glycerol, purified water, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide, putting into a reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, heating at 40 ℃ for 3.0 hours, vacuumizing, and controlling the water content to be 20% -50%, thus obtaining a glue solution;
3) Pouring the capsule content prepared in the step 1) and the glue solution prepared in the step 2) into a soft capsule machine to prepare a soft capsule primary product;
4) And (3) drying the soft capsule primary product prepared in the step (3) in a roller dryer, washing, drying, bottling and packaging to obtain a vegetable oil compound soft capsule finished product, wherein the total water content is less than or equal to 0.5%.
2. The compound vegetable oil soft capsule according to claim 1, wherein the content in the soft capsule has a specification of 0.5g-1.0 g/granule.
