2.3.1 Tibetan medicine symptom curative effect determination criterion

2.3.2 Single symptom efficacy assessment criteria
According to the clinical symptom improvement condition, the score after single symptom treatment is changed to 0 score, the score after treatment is changed to 1-3, and the score after treatment is not changed to 4-10. The score of hair growth was assumed to be 10 points before treatment, significantly 0 points after treatment, significantly 1-3 points, and not changed to 4-10 points. Those without single symptoms have no score.
2.3.3 statistical analysis
All data are recorded in Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and are uniformly arranged, R64 statistical analysis software is imported to conduct data management and statistical analysis, and technical data adopt chi-square (chi-square) 2 ) The statistical data in the case report table are the age, sex, alopecia, hair growth, hair quality deterioration, hair root weakness, hair sparseness, hair greasiness, subjective pruritus, dandruff and other symptoms of the subject, and the improvement condition scoring and the Tibetan medicine comprehensive symptom curative effect judgment of each symptom during the treatment follow-up, and the picture is collected.
3. Safety evaluation
3.1 ethical examination

Results 4 results
4.1 basic case
As a result of the study, the number of men and women was greater than that of the patients, P > 0.05, and there was no statistical significance for the age distribution, whereas the number of patients with age distribution between 26 and 35 years was the largest, the number between 36 and 45 years was relatively small, and the number between 18 and 25 years was the smallest, and P > 0.05 (see Table 1).

4.2 curative effect on Tibetan medicine symptoms
The comprehensive judgment of the curative effects of Tibetan medicine symptoms (Table 2) shows that the curative effects of 3 cases of the effective cases of the subjects are 4.8%, the effective effects of 36 cases are 57.1%, the effective effects of 21 cases are 33.3%, and the ineffective effects of 3 cases are 4.8%, and the scores of symptoms such as alopecia, hair quality deterioration, hair root weakness, hair thinning, hair greasiness, subjective pruritus and dandruff are improved. The significant effect and effectiveness are significant results (see fig. 1).

4.3 improvement of the individual symptoms
The symptoms such as single symptom alopecia, poor hair quality, loose hair roots, sparse hair, greasy hair, subjective itching, dandruff and the like are all improved (table 3), and the disappearance and improvement of the symptoms are most obvious in 63 effective cases (see figure 2).

4.4 conditions for fertility
In 63 effective cases (Table 4) of the study, the number of the effective cases is shown to be 0, the number of the effective cases is obviously up to 65.1% in 41, the number of the effective cases is not changed into 22 cases, 34.9%, and the number of the effective cases is 4-10, so that the effective cases are calculated to be unchanged in hair growth (see figure 3).

4.5 mean value per treatment course
The single symptom score is analyzed to change from the first visit to the 3 rd visit by each visit data (table 5), the score of each symptom (hair-growing) at the 3 rd visit is about 1 minute, the score is improved from obvious and serious 4-6 minutes to 0 < to less than or equal to 3, the average score of the first visit of hair-growing is assumed to be 10 minutes, and the average value is reduced to 3.7 minutes at the 3 rd visit, which shows that the effect is achieved. The statistical significance before and after treatment was analyzed by R64 statistical software (p=0.0345 < 0.05).

4.5 Picture analysis of representative fertility cases
The first visit of 10 representative hair-growing cases in the study is compared with the third follow-up picture after 3 treatment courses, the first visit is scored by a vegetation coverage measuring method, the first visit is assumed to be the head hair-free percentage of 0 percent, the percentage scoring is carried out after three months (table 6), and the average hair-growing value of 10 subjects is calculated by R64 to reach 21.55 percent.

Conclusion:
with more and more patients suffering from seborrheic alopecia, various germinants are developed on the market, and at least 122 classical proved formulas for preventing alopecia and developing are recorded in Tibetan medicine. The Tibetan medicine emblic leafflower fruit spray of the invention also has certain curative effect on preventing and curing alopecia and hair-growing. The comprehensive determination result of the curative effect of the Tibetan medicine symptoms shows that the curative effect of the Tibetan medicine symptoms in 63 cases of effective cases of the subjects is that the curative effect of the Tibetan medicine symptoms is cured by 3 cases and is 4.8%, the effective rate is 57.1% for 36 cases, the effective rate is 33.3% for 21 cases, the ineffective rate is 4.8% for 3 cases, and the effective rate are obvious. The symptoms are eliminated and improved most obviously in the improvement situations of single symptom alopecia, poor hair quality, loose hair roots, sparse hair, greasy hair, subjective pruritus, dandruff and the like. The average score of the first visit of the hair care is assumed to be 10 minutes, the average value is reduced to 3.7 minutes at the 3 rd follow-up visit, and 65.1 percent of the hair care occurrence is obvious, thus indicating the effect. The representative picture scores are collected by a biological vegetation coverage measurement method, the average breeding of the subjects is developed to 21.55%, and adverse reactions are not found in the research process. Three of the 63 additional cases (numbers 0118, 0119, 0140) fed back this drug also had a hair darkening effect, which could be further studied for patients with white hair. Therefore, the Tibetan medicine emblic leafflower fruit spray can be applied to clinically treating alopecia and hair growth, and can solve a certain amount of seborrheic alopecia patients.

Claims (1)

1. An emblic leafflower fruit spray for preventing and curing alopecia and fertility, which is characterized in that: the phyllanthus emblica spray is prepared from solute and solvent according to the proportion of 1:4; the solute is composed of phyllanthus emblica, fructus Terminaliae Billericae, fructus Chebulae, multi-pulse cat milk and fructus Zanthoxyli, and the ratio of phyllanthus emblica, fructus Terminaliae Billericae, fructus Chebulae, multi-pulse cat milk and fructus Zanthoxyli is 5:2:1:0.5:0.25; the solvent is brewed white spirit with the alcohol content of more than 45 degrees;

a. cleaning the plaster material for 3 times;
