Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environmental cleaning and disinfection, and particularly relates to a biological composite odor-removing bactericide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Under the current situation of industrialization and globalization, the requirements of people on the quality of life are continuously increased; but industrial pollution and environmental pollution are also reality that people have to face as one of the by-products of industrialization and globalization. And environmental odor and the diffusion of various germs caused by comprehensive pollution are the sanitary and clean problems often encountered in daily life of people.
With the improvement of the quality of life, when an unclean environment is met, the environment odor can be quickly and simply eliminated, common germs can be killed, and the effect is expected by people; meanwhile, in most cases, environmental odor and common harmful germs are often associated or even mutually promoted. Aiming at the phenomenon of bad symbiosis and according to the harmful working mechanism, a multifunctional composite odor-removing bactericide is urgently needed to rapidly eliminate the environmental odor and kill harmful germs at the same time, so as to realize lasting clean and comfortable environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a biological compound odor-removing bactericide which integrates biological safety, harmlessness, simple and easy operation and high-efficiency synergistic odor-removing, sterilizing and killing functions, and realizes double effects of quickly removing environmental odor and common odor and efficiently killing germs.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a preparation method of the biological composite odor-removing bactericide, which is simple and easy for mass production.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a biological composite odor-removing bactericide which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
1.0-3.0% of polyhydroxy alcohol natural plant extract;
0.05 to 0.15 percent of modified isothiazolinone derivative;
0.01 to 0.03 percent of fluorine-containing surfactant;
the balance being deionized water.
Preferably, the formulation of the biological composite odor-removing bactericide is a homogeneous aqueous agent or a spray.
Preferably, the polyhydroxy alcohol natural plant extract is a natural polyol substance separated and purified from honeysuckle or bitter chrysanthemum, can quickly adsorb common odor gas molecules or odor aerosol in the environment, is convenient for high-efficiency odor removal, and preferably has a mass percentage of 2%.
Preferably, the modified isothiazolinone derivative is a modified isothiazolinone compound containing a peroxide bond, and the chemical formula is C 10 H 9 ClN 2 O 4 S 2 Structural formula isThe odor removing and sterilizing agent is a high-activity compound containing peroxide groups and a high-efficiency germ-killing substance, can rapidly oxidize odor gas molecules into tasteless substances through an autocatalytic oxidation effect, and can also powerfully destroy body surface proteins of germs and base skeletons on DNA chains of the body surface proteins, thereby rapidly and efficiently removing odor and killing germs, and the mass percentage content of the odor removing and sterilizing agent is preferably 0.1%.
Preferably, the fluorine-containing surfactant is a perfluorohexyl polyoxyethylene ether compound with the structural formula of CF 3 -(CF 2 ) 5 -O-(CH 2 CH 2 O) 8 -CH 2 -OH, molecular formula C 23 H 35 F 13 O 10 In percentage by mass thereofThe amount was 0.02%. The surface tension of objects/organisms can be obviously reduced by adding a trace amount of the deodorant bactericide product, the surface tension of the body surface of pathogenic bacteria can be greatly reduced besides the product of the deodorant bactericide product is kept stable and homogeneous, the sterilizing component can be rapidly dissolved in the pathogenic bacteria, the efficient sterilization of the pathogenic bacteria is promoted, and the mass percentage of the sterilizing component is preferably 0.02%.
Preferably, the deionized water is high-purity deionized water and is a safe and environment-friendly carrier of active ingredients.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the biological composite odor-removing bactericide, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding the metered deionized water under ventilation condition by adopting a stainless steel stirring kettle with an emptying device and a stainless steel homogenizing kettle;
step 2, sequentially and slowly adding the polyhydroxy alcohol natural plant extract, the modified isothiazolinone derivative and the fluorine-containing surfactant into the stainless steel stirring kettle, and stirring for 10-20 minutes at the rotating speed of 100-300 rpm;
and 3, transferring the mixture obtained in the step 2 into the stainless steel homogenizing kettle, and homogenizing and reacting for 10-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 400-800rpm to obtain the product.
Preferably, in step 2, stirring is carried out at 200rpm for 15 minutes.
Preferably, in step 3, the reaction is homogenized for 20 minutes at a rotation speed of 600 rpm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) After the biological composite odor removing bactericide is sprayed into the air in large quantity, the plant extract, namely the polyalcohol substances can quickly and efficiently adsorb common odor gas molecules or odor aerosol in the environment, the modified isothiazolinone molecular structure contains active oxygen groups, oxygen in the air can be further combined in the polyalcohol molecular structure to generate high-activity free oxygen, and the odor gas molecules can be quickly oxidized into odorless molecules, so that the environmental odor can be quickly and efficiently removed.
(2) The modified isothiazolinone derivative is added, high-activity free oxygen is generated by combining oxygen in air, and meanwhile, under the synergistic permeation action of the fluorine-containing surfactant (the fluorine-containing surfactant can obviously reduce the surface energy of the body surface of pathogenic bacteria, so that the odor removal bactericide is rapidly dissolved into the body surface and even the body of the pathogenic bacteria), the modified isothiazolinone derivative can be rapidly combined, protein molecules on the body surface of pathogenic bacteria and organisms are oxidized to be damaged and inactivated, and meanwhile, the base skeleton of DNA of genetic materials of the pathogenic bacteria can be attacked and destroyed, namely: can destroy the biological structure and function of the pathogenic bacteria rapidly and irreversibly from the outside and the inside, thereby achieving the purpose of rapidly and efficiently killing harmful pathogenic bacteria.
(3) The biological compound deodorizing bactericide is sprayed on the surface of an object or in the air, can quickly adsorb and eliminate odor gas in the environment, quickly kill various harmful germs with a killing rate of over 99.5 percent, is safe and harmless to the body surface of a human body through tests, is suitable for deodorizing and killing operation in most human living environments under the condition of not sucking food in a large amount, and is an efficient multifunctional synergistic cleanser.
