Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of herbicides, and in particular relates to a weeding composition containing topramezone and glyphosate.
Background
Topramezone, chemical name: 4- [3- (4, 5-dihydroisoxazol-3-yl) -2-methyl-4-methylsulfonyl]-1-methyl-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazole; the molecular formula is as follows: c 16 H 17 N 3 O 5 S; the structural formula is as follows:
topramezone belongs to the class of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) inhibitor herbicides, the HPPD catalyzes the oxidation of p-Hydroxyphenylpyruvate (HPPA) to form Homogentisate (HGA), which is an aromatic precursor for the formation of tocopherols and plastoquinones, which are further decarboxylated, polyglutarinylated and alkylated to synthesize tocopherols and plastoquinones. This process is inhibited, meaning that tocopherols and plastoquinones responsible for the photosynthetic electron transport mission cannot be synthesized. In addition, plastoquinone is an essential cofactor for the catalytic action of phytoene desaturase during the synthesis of carotenoids, and thus the reduction of plastoquinone affects the synthesis of carotenoids. The absence of carotenoids, as a protector of light absorbers and of the photosynthetic system, leads to oxidative degradation of chlorophyll and photosynthetic membranes in plant stem tissues, eventually leading to albinism of the germinating sensitive weeds. With growth inhibition, this stressed symptom resembles chlorosis, necrotizing plant tissue, bleaching symptoms occurring within 2-5 days after treatment of sensitive target weed plants, and plant death within 14 days.
Glyphosate, chemical name: n- (phosphonomethyl) glycine; the molecular formula is as follows: c 3 H 8 NO 5 P; the structural formula is as follows:
the glyphosate inhibits the conversion of shikimic acid to aromatic amino acid by blocking 5-enol pyruvoyl shikimic acid-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS enzyme) in plants, so that shikimic acid and other intermediate metabolites (particularly, phosphate compounds such as NADP and the like) are accumulated in the plants in large quantity, and the nitrogen metabolism disorder of the plants is promoted.
The conventional herbicide is limited by the safety of crops, has a limited weed control spectrum, is easy to cause the generation of drug resistance of weeds after being singly used for a long time, and causes pollution to the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems described above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a herbicidal composition comprising topramezone and glyphosate: by reasonably compounding the topramezone and the glyphosate to prepare the weeding composition, the problems that the existing herbicide is limited by the safety of crops, has a limited weed control spectrum, and is easy to cause the drug resistance of weeds and pollute the environment after being singly used for a long time are solved.

Example 1:
this example is an indoor activity assay for a herbicidal composition comprising topramezone and glyphosate:
according to the mass ratio of active ingredients, namely topramezone to glyphosate, of 25: 1. 20: 1. 15: 1. 10: 1. 5:1. 1: 1. 1: 5. 1: 10. 1: 15. 1: 20. 1:25, carrying out an experiment to determine the co-toxicity coefficient of the compound herbicide on common weeds in the paddy fields, namely barnyard grass.
The test method comprises the following steps: respectively sowing quantitative barnyard grass seeds in disposable paper cups of 10cm, sowing 20 seeds in each cup, covering soil of 1cm after sowing, culturing in an illumination incubator, carrying out soil spraying treatment on a crawler-type crop sprayer when the barnyard grass is in a 1-4 leaf period, continuously culturing in a greenhouse after test material treatment, regularly observing the control effect of each treatment on weeds, weighing the fresh weight of each treated weed after 30 days, and calculating the toxicity regression curve and the co-toxicity coefficient of the weed.
The co-toxicity coefficient is greater than 100, which shows that topramezone and glyphosate have synergistic effect, the co-toxicity coefficient is greater than 120, which shows that topramezone and glyphosate have significant synergistic effect, and the co-toxicity coefficient is less than 100, which shows that topramezone and glyphosate have antagonistic effect.
The results are shown in the following table:
sample (I) | Regression curve of virulence | Co-toxicity coefficient |
Topramezone | Y=3.524+1.754X | / |
Glyphosate | Y=2.088+1.986X | / |
Topramezone: glyphosate =25:1 | Y=2.954+2.135X | 132.33 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =20:1 | Y=2.147+2.859X | 154.24 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =15:1 | Y=3.111+2.263X | 177.03 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =10:1 | Y=2.376+2.635X | 166.29 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =5:1 | Y=1.958+2.986X | 182.93 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =1:1 | Y=2.055+3.105X | 171.39 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =1:5 | Y=2.185+2.584X | 176.52 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =1:10 | Y=1.997+3.006X | 155.38 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =1:15 | Y=3.122+2.853X | 147.79 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =1:20 | Y=2.747+1.688X | 139.21 |
Topramezone: glyphosate =1:25 | Y=2.554+1.769X | 125.3 |
Referring to the data in the table, it can be seen that the mass ratio of topramezone to glyphosate is 1-25: when the co-toxicity coefficient is 1-25, the values are all more than 120, which shows that the topramezone and the glyphosate have obvious synergistic action, and particularly, the mass ratio of the topramezone to the glyphosate is 1-15: when the mass ratio of topramezone to glyphosate is 5: when the toxicity coefficient is 1, the maximum value of the co-toxicity coefficient is 182.93, which shows that topramezone and glyphosate have obvious synergistic action.
