The production process of the full-paper rattan-like mat according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the following raw materials in parts by weight are prepared: 30-55 parts of vegetation waste, 50-98 parts of conifer wood pulp, 4-7 parts of silicon oil surface modified silicon dioxide particles, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 4-9 parts of perhydro polysilazane, 5-8 parts of chitosan, 3-5 parts of sodium polyphosphate, 4-11 parts of a zinc series mildew-proof antibacterial agent and 150-220 parts of water.

The production process of the full-paper rattan-like mat according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the following raw materials in parts by weight are prepared: 20-50 parts of vegetation waste, 40-90 parts of conifer wood pulp, 2-6 parts of silicon oil surface modified silicon dioxide particles, 2-4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-8 parts of perhydro polysilazane, 4-7 parts of chitosan, 2-4 parts of sodium polyphosphate, 3-9 parts of a zinc series mildew-proof antibacterial agent and 130-190 parts of water.

The process for producing the full-paper rattan-like mat according to claim 1, wherein in the step S5, a short-flow worsted yarn assembly line is adopted to produce the woven paper into the hollow mat with round and smooth hand feeling and 130 twists of twist completely according to the product requirement: the waterproof agent in the waterproof treatment is one or more of polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin, propionic acid, amino resin and polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin.
6. A process for producing a full paper artificial mat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the calendering treatment is carried out with a special calender at a calendering pressure of 145-236kgf/cm2, a calendering temperature of 115-166 ℃ and a calendering time of 20-40 seconds.
7. A process for producing a full paper artificial mat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the functional auxiliary agent is a softener, and the softener is an amino polysiloxane emulsion.
8. A process for producing a full paper artificial mat as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the mildew-proof antibacterial agent is at least one of 4, 5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, n-butylbenzisothiazolinone.
