Abstract
The invention provides a degradable bamboo fiber coffee grounds paper cup and a preparation method thereof, and solves the technical problems that a coated paper cup in the prior art can have adverse effects on human health and harm to the environment after being used for a long time. The raw materials for preparing the coffee bean curd comprise bamboo fiber pulp, coffee grounds and food-grade adhesive, wherein the addition amount of the coffee grounds is 20% -70% of the absolute dry weight of the bamboo fiber pulp; the addition amount of the food-grade adhesive is 0.2-0.5% of the oven-dried weight of the bamboo fiber pulp. The degradable bamboo fiber coffee grounds paper cup and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention take bamboo fiber pulp and coffee grounds as main raw materials, and are all natural degradable organic matters; the degradable environment-friendly paper cup prepared by mixing the coffee grounds and the bamboo fibers can reduce the generation of white pollution, realize the resource utilization of coffee grounds wastes, is beneficial to the environment and has low production cost.

Technical Field

(4) sending the mixed pulp obtained in the step (3) into a paper mold former for pressing to obtain a pressed blank;
(5) and (4) drying the pressed blank obtained in the step (4), and obtaining the degradable bamboo fiber coffee grounds paper cup after drying.
Further, in the step (5), the drying temperature is 150-220 ℃ and the drying time is 15-20 s.
