随着科学技术的发展和国民生活水平的提高,生活压力越来越大,人们对衣着服饰的功能性需求也越来越呈多量化和高标准化,因此,研发出一种多功能面料以满足人们日益高要求的衣着服饰是本领域技术人员亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能面料,本发明的面料及由其制备而成的衣着服饰等具有抗菌防霉防螨防晒防静电且透气干爽舒适、缓解皮肤不适、维持身心健康、增强体抗力等多功能效用。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
本发明公开了一种多功能面料,其由所述多功能面料由纱线编织而成,所述纱线负载有占质量比为3.5~5.5%的功能粉末,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:25~40%纳米玉石粉、22~35%纳米天青石矿粉、20~30%纳米二氧化钛、0.5~1.5%纳米氧化锌粉、4~10%抗静电剂和2~4%的分散剂。
优选地,所述纱线负载有占质量比为4~5.5%的功能粉末;或,
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4.2~5%的功能粉末;或,
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4.5~4.9%的功能粉末;或,
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4.8%的功能粉末。
优选地,所述纳米天青石矿粉中以质量占比计算包括:0.3~0.6%锶化合物、90.5~94%钡化合物、2.7~3.5%钙化合物、3~5.4%锆化合物。
优选地,所述纳米玉石粉以质量占比计算包括:89~93.5%氧化镁、2~4%三氧化二铝、3~5.5%二氧化硅、0.3~1.5%三氧化二铁。
优选地,所述纳米玉石粉以质量占比计算包括:90~92%氧化镁、3~4%三氧化二铝、4~4.5%二氧化硅、1~1.5%三氧化二铁。
优选地,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:30~40%纳米玉石粉、22~35%纳米天青石矿粉、20~30%纳米二氧化钛、0.5~1.5%纳米氧化锌粉、4~10%抗静电剂和2~4%的分散剂。

本发明提供的一种多功能面料,能够带来以下至少一种有益效果:
镁元素在人体和玉石粉中均存在,因此,玉石粉散发启动波和人体细胞启动波能够产生共鸣和共振,从而使得人体细胞组织更具有活力,并促进血液循环,增强新陈代谢、及时排除体内废物,达到健康保健的目的;且玉石粉本身具有抗菌抑菌的效果,吸湿透气性好。此外,玉石粉和天青石粉均含有人体所需的微量元素,通过将其纳米级化,使得这些微量元素可通过皮肤被人体吸收,从而提高人体机体免疫力和健康。
更优的,天青石具有提高衣着品质、洞察力和集中注意力,缓解焦虑情绪以保持平心静气,缓解失眠症状,对头痛和眩晕也具有良好的治疗效果,有效缓解呼吸系统疾病,降血压等功能作用。更优的,氧化锌具有收敛、止痒和干燥,可有效缓解皮炎、湿疹、痱子及轻度小面积的皮肤溃疡,保证皮肤表面干燥、润滑、减少摩擦且凉爽。
更优的,二氧化钛具有屏蔽紫外线的功能,同时,氧化锌也具有防晒作用,同时,天青石矿粉也具有吸收射线的功能,从而保护肌肤不被晒伤。
更优的,通过抗静电剂保证了面料不会起静电,提高了衣着服饰的舒适感和质感。更优的,通过分散剂将以上抗静电剂以及纳米级的玉石粉、天青石矿粉、二氧化钛粉和氧化锌粉进行均匀负载于纱线上,从而确保了整个面料功能的稳定性、一致性和高品质,使得本发明的面料及由其制备而成的衣着服饰等具有抗菌防霉防螨防晒防静电且透气干爽舒适、缓解皮肤不适、维持身心健康、增强体抗力等多功能效用。从而满足人们不同需求,提高产品性能和竞争力。
更优的,本发明能够产生远红外线,具有温控效应和共振效应,远红外线易被吸收并转化为人体的内能。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,以下深层温度上升,产生的温热由内向外散发。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。

在本发明的另一实施例中,基于但不限于上述实施例,所述纳米天青石矿粉中以质量占比计算包括:0.3~0.6%锶化合物、90.5~94%钡化合物、2.7~3.5%钙化合物、3~5.4%锆化合物。
在本发明的另一实施例中,基于但不限于上述实施例,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:35%纳米玉石粉、29%纳米天青石矿粉、24%纳米二氧化钛、1%纳米氧化锌粉、8%抗静电剂和3%的分散剂。其中,纳米玉石粉中以质量占比计算包括:92%氧化镁、3%三氧化二铝、4.5%二氧化硅、0.5%三氧化二铁;纳米天青石矿粉中以质量占比计算包括:0.4%锶化合物、92.3%钡化合物、3.1%钙化合物、4.2%锆化合物。本实施例中,本发明的多功能面料的防霉等级进行检测,得出其防霉等级为0级(0级:在放大镜下无明显长霉;1级:霉菌生长稀少或局部生长,在样品表面的覆盖面积小于10%;2级:霉菌在样品表面的覆盖面积小于30%(10~30%);3级:霉菌在样品表面的覆盖面积小于60%(30~60%);4级:霉菌在样品表面的覆盖面积达到或超过60%。),检测所采用的菌种有:黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)ATCC16404,绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)CGMCC3.2941,绳状青霉(Penicillium funiculosum)CGMCC3.3875,球毛壳霉(Chaetomium globosum)CGMCC3.3601。可见,本发明多功能面料具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果。
本发明的多功能面料的抗病毒检测,得出结果如下表所示:
本发明的多功能面料的抗菌效果符合FZ/T 73023-2006标准的A级要求。具体检测结果如下表所示:

本发明的多功能面料符合CAS 115-2005《保健功能纺织品》,其远红外波长检测结果如下表所示:
可见,本发明多功能面料能够产生远红外线,具有温控效应和共振效应,远红外线易被吸收并转化为人体的内能。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,以下深层温度上升,产生的温热由内向外散发。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。

在本发明的另一实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:36%纳米玉石粉、28%纳米天青石矿粉、25%纳米二氧化钛、1%纳米氧化锌粉、7%抗静电剂和3%的分散剂。
在本发明的另一实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:35%纳米玉石粉、30%纳米天青石矿粉、25%纳米二氧化钛、1%纳米氧化锌粉、7%抗静电剂和2%的分散剂。
在本发明的另一实施例中,与上述实施例不同的是,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:39%纳米玉石粉、28%纳米天青石矿粉、25%纳米二氧化钛、1%纳米氧化锌粉、5%抗静电剂和2%的分散剂。
在本发明的另一实施例中,基于但不限于上述实施例,本发明的纱线可为植物纤维(麻纤维、棉纤维、竹纤维等)、动物纤维(蛋白纤维、蚕丝等)和化学纤维(腈纶、维纶、涤纶、棉纶、黏胶、醋纤维、氨纶等)中的一种或多种混纺形成。纱线在形成过程还可通过中药浸泡以达到中药调理疗效。纱线在编织形成本发明的多功能面料时,优选经纱线和纬纱线编织而成。在本发明的另一实施例中,本发明的多功能面料也可由其他方式编织形成。
在实际应用中,分散剂、抗静电剂以及纳米级的玉石粉、天青石矿粉、二氧化钛粉和氧化锌粉可在纱线(经纱线和/或纬纱线)形成过程中进行添加,从而通过挤压法生产出具有多功能功效的纱线,然后通过纱线编织成本发明面料。也可为纱线形成后通过浸渍法将纱线浸泡于其形成的浆料中进行负载。也可通过胶体法将以上成分和胶体混合配成胶体溶液,然后经喷吹、拉丝成型,最后干燥烧结成纤维,再与纱线进行混纺形成本发明多功能面料。甚至于,本发明的纱线部分含以上成分,部分不含,从而编织形成本发明的多功能面料也可,可见,本发明的多功能面料形成方式较多,这里不再一一赘述。
优选地,天青石矿粉为钡天青石矿粉(即天青石矿粉中钡含量大于锶含量)。优选地,本发明的多功能面料制备而成的衣着服饰可为单层结构,也可为多层结构;当其为多层结构且仅其中一层为本发明的多功能面料时,本发明的多功能面料优选贴身设置。当然,衣着服饰为多层结构时,本发明的多功能面料可为任一一层或多层,多层结构之间可通过粘结方式进行粘合,也可通过纺织方式进行结合。
应当说明的是,上述实施例均可根据需要自由组合。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种多功能面料,其特征在于:
所述多功能面料由纱线编织而成,所述纱线负载有占质量比为3.5~5.5%的功能粉末,所述功能粉末以质量占比计算包括:25~40%纳米玉石粉、22~35%纳米天青石矿粉、20~30%纳米二氧化钛、0.5~1.5%纳米氧化锌粉、4~10%抗静电剂和2~4%的分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料,其特征在于:
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4~5.5%的功能粉末;或,
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4.2~5%的功能粉末;或,
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4.5~4.9%的功能粉末;或,
所述纱线负载有占质量比为4.8%的功能粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料,其特征在于:
所述纳米天青石矿粉中以质量占比计算包括:0.3~0.6%锶化合物、90.5~94%钡化合物、2.7~3.5%钙化合物、3~5.4%锆化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能面料,其特征在于:
所述纳米玉石粉以质量占比计算包括:89~93.5%氧化镁、2~4%三氧化二铝、3~5.5%二氧化硅、0.3~1.5%三氧化二铁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能面料,其特征在于:
