背景技术
目前,道路两旁的景观树、绿化带中的树坑美化逐步流行。常用的方法有三类,一是碎木块、鹅卵石填充美化,二是塑料格栅美化,三是铁艺美化(包括铸铁格栅和焊接格栅),但这些美化手段都有一定的弊端,最大的问题就是容易留存落叶和垃圾,不易清扫,增大了环卫工人的工作压力,碎木块、鹅卵石填充还有填充物不固定,经常出现局部缺失的现象,影响美观。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种树坑表面平整美观,不纳垢易清扫,透水透气的树坑美化的废旧聚氨酯组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为一种用于树坑美化的废旧聚氨酯组合物,包括以下重量份的组分,
废旧聚氨酯颗粒70-95份
聚氨酯预聚体3-25份
固化体系1-10份;
所述固化体系由扩链剂,催化剂,发泡剂,色浆,稳定剂组成。
优选的,所述废旧聚氨酯颗粒是由废旧聚氨酯制品或聚氨酯边角料经切割造粒制得,且所述聚氨酯颗粒的粒径为0.5-3cm。
优选的,所述聚氨酯预聚体是聚醚多元醇合成的预聚体,且NCO值在3%-15%之间。
优选的,所述扩链剂包括低分子醇类或低分子胺类,所述分子醇类包括乙二醇、二乙二醇;所述低分子胺类包括二乙基甲苯二胺(E-100)、3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E-300)。
优选的,所述催化剂包括有机锡类或汞盐类,所述有机锡类包括辛酸亚锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡;所述汞盐类异辛酸汞、新癸酸汞。

组份C:二乙二醇 0.65份、辛酸亚锡 0.25份、环戊烷 0.05份、绿色浆 1.5份、抗氧剂264 4.25份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 3.3份;
将以上三组份混合,搅拌均匀,倒入树坑中,摊平,约40min后表干,125min后基本固化。
实施例2
组份A,粒径2-2.5cm的废旧聚氨酯颗粒,75份;
组份B;由聚醚多元醇N210和MDI合成的—NCO含量为5%的预聚体,15份;
组份C:二乙基甲苯二胺(E-100) 1.35份、异辛酸汞 0.02份、水 0.03份、紫色浆 1份、抗氧剂1010 4.5份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 3.1份;
将以上三组份混合,搅拌均匀,倒入树坑中,摊平,约20min后表干,105min后基本固化。
实施例3
一种用于树坑美化的废旧聚氨酯组合物,包括以下重量份的组分,
组份A,粒径0.5-1cm的废旧聚氨酯颗粒,80份;
组份B;由聚醚多元醇N210和MDI合成的—NCO含量为8%的预聚体,15份;
组份C:3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E-300) 2.7份、催化剂新癸酸汞 0.02份、氢化氯氟烃HCFCS-141b 0.05份、红色浆 0.5份、抗氧剂264 1份、紫外线吸收剂UV-196 0.73份;
将以上三组份混合,搅拌均匀,倒入树坑中,摊平,约30min后表干,120min后基本固化。
实施例4
组份A,粒径1-1.5cm的废旧聚氨酯颗粒,85份;
组份B;由聚醚多元醇N210和MDI合成的—NCO含量为9%的预聚体,10份;
组份C:3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E-300) 2.03份、催化剂异辛酸汞 0.02份、氢化氯氟烃HCFCS-141b 0.05份、黄色浆 0.5份、抗氧剂1010 1份、紫外线吸收剂UV-196 1.4份;
将以上三组份混合,搅拌均匀,倒入树坑中,摊平,约30min后表干,120min后基本固化。
实施例5
组份A,粒径1.5-2cm的废旧聚氨酯颗粒,90份;
组份B;由聚醚多元醇N210和MDI合成的—NCO含量为5%的预聚体,9份;
组份C:乙二醇 0.3份、催化剂辛酸亚锡 0.02份氢化氯氟烃HCFCS-141b0.05份、蓝色浆 0.23份、抗氧剂10100.2份、紫外线吸收剂UV-531 0.2份;
将以上三组份混合,搅拌均匀,倒入树坑中,摊平,约30min后表干,120min后基本固化。
实施例6
组份A,粒径1-1.5cm的废旧聚氨酯颗粒,95份;
组份B;由聚醚多元醇N210和MDI合成的—NCO含量为15%的预聚体,3份;
组份C:二乙二醇 0.55份、二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.3份、氯氟烃CFC-11 0.05份、黑色浆 0.4份、抗氧剂264 0.5份、紫外线吸收剂UV-196 0.2份;
将以上三组份混合,搅拌均匀,倒入树坑中,摊平,约50min后表干,130min后基本固化。
