本发明属于土壤改良技术领域,具体涉及一种酸性土壤改良肥料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,土壤酸化现象严重,酸化面积逐年增加。土壤酸化加速了土壤Ph的下降、土壤中一些有毒重金属元素的活化、大量营养元素的流失,导致土壤肥力下降,进而影响作物的正常生长发育。因此,土壤酸化已成为限制作物增产的重要因素之一。
酸性土壤是指Ph小于6.5的土壤的统称。导致土壤酸化的因素主要有两方面:一是随着我国工业的迅速发展,酸性气体大量排放,致使酸沉降增加。这些酸性气体主要是矿物燃料燃烧产生的二氧化硫以及氮氧化物,其中一部分酸性气体直接渗入地表,形成干沉降,而另一部分酸性气体则经过一系列化学反应,最终形成硫酸和硝酸,这些酸溶在雨水中从而形成酸雨。二是不当的农业措施,主要有:大量化学肥料的施用(特别是铵态氮肥)、牧草和豆科植物的种植、不当的施肥方式以及施肥量等。有关研究指出,自20世纪80年代以来我国主要农田土壤出现显著酸化的现象,20年Ph下降值约为0.5个单位,这相当于土壤中的酸量(H+)20年增加了2.2倍,并且发现导致农田土壤酸化的最主要原因是氮肥的过量施用。有研究指出,因施用化学肥料而产生的单位面积酸性物质的量远高于单位面积的酸沉降量。还有研究发现,氮肥的施用对土壤酸化的影响远大于酸沉降,前者是后者的25倍。徐仁扣等研究也发现,每公顷施80公斤的铵态氮肥明显加速土壤酸化进程。因此,现代农业亟需研制出对土壤不会产生破坏的肥料,提高农业生产力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种酸性土壤改良肥料,增加土壤养分、优化土壤结构,有效降低土壤酸度,并修复酸化土壤,实现作物提质增收和促进绿色农业发展。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种酸性土壤改良肥料,包括以下重量份数的组分:小苏打:1-4份;草木灰:3-7份;南非叶:4-8份;青蒿:4-9份;煅牡蛎:1-6份;菊花:2-6份;甘草:1-3份;桔梗:5-9份;人中黄:6-9份;黑豆:2-7份;杜仲:3-7份;糖化酶1-3份。

步骤四、取桔梗段放入锅中,用文火炒制炒至微黄,取出晾凉后密封保存;
步骤五、取干燥的杜仲方块,用食盐加适量开水溶化,取杜仲块使与盐水充分拌透吸收、闷润、然后置锅内,用文火炒至微有焦斑、表面断丝为度取出晾干后保存备用;
步骤六、将青蒿和南非叶粉碎经超声波水解,固液分离,得到液体Ⅰ和滤渣Ⅰ,保存备用;
步骤七、将上述步骤一至六所得粉末、滤渣Ⅰ、糖化酶和草木灰混合均匀后放入发酵池中密封发酵7~15天,温度控制在25~35℃;
步骤八、向步骤七所得发酵物中加入液体Ⅰ、小苏打混匀进行干燥,粉碎得到土壤改良制剂。

(2)本发明配方中,小苏打和草木灰都呈碱性,能有效提高土壤Ph值;杜仲、草木灰、煅牡蛎、桔梗含有各种大中微量元素给土壤补充各种养分,为植物的生长提供丰富的营养元素,叶菜类作物使用本配方肥料后,在植物上表现在叶片较厚、根须较多较长、茎杆更粗壮;
(3)菊花、人中黄、黑豆除了营养元素丰富外,还具有解毒作用,有效降解土壤中残留的有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯等各类农药的毒性物质;
(4)南非叶含有倍半萜内酯具有很好的抗菌作用,南非叶还含有黄酮类物质有很强的抗氧化活性;青蒿具有抗菌消炎的作用能有效抑制寄生霜霉菌、瓜果腐霉菌等真菌,可有效减少土传病害的发生,药典记载青蒿具有抗寄生虫的作用,可以有效减少土壤寄生虫,青蒿还可提高作物免疫力,增强作物抗病虫害的能力;甘草用于缓和药性,调和诸药。

步骤一、以质量比为1000:5比例用人粪便添加糖化酶发酵制备人中黄,将人中黄、黑豆、菊花烘干到水分低于8%后磨成100-200目的粉末,密封包装备用;

为了解本品的使用效果,进行了油麦菜栽培试验,采用上述实施例1-4与对比例1以同样的条件栽培油麦菜,作出如下记录:

以西红柿作为种植试验对象,设置5个小组试验,按相关方法分别将实施例1-4和对比例1的基肥施加,重复种植,记录西红柿生长情况,并对种植后的土壤进行农残检测,结果如下表:

注:品质采用百分制分别从大小、颜色、光滑对西红柿进行评分,取平均值。
通过申请人试验可知,本申请制备的肥料,对土壤有明显改善作用,在降低土壤酸度的同时,增加土壤养分,为作物生长创造有利条件。在多次种植后,仍然具有较好的结构及环境供作物生长。

Claims (8)

1.一种酸性土壤改良肥料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:小苏打:1-4份;草木灰:3-7份;南非叶:4-8份;青蒿:4-9份;煅牡蛎:1-6份;菊花:2-6份;甘草:1-3份;桔梗:5-9份;人中黄:6-9份;黑豆:2-7份;杜仲:3-7份;糖化酶1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:小苏打:4份;草木灰:7份;南非叶:8份;青蒿:9份;煅牡蛎:6份;菊花:6份;甘草:3份;桔梗:9份;人中黄:9份;黑豆:7份;杜仲:7份;糖化酶3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料,其特征在于,所述人中黄,是用人粪便加糖化酶发酵而成,质量比为1000:5。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺流程:
步骤一、将人中黄、黑豆、菊花烘干到水分低于8%后磨成100-200目的粉末,密封保存备用;
步骤二、取牡蛎置无烟炉火上或适宜的容器中用武火加热,煅至酥脆时取出放凉,碾碎,得到煅牡蛎粉末后密封保存备用;
步骤三、将甘草制成厚薄均匀的干燥甘草饮片,用适量温水将炼蜜稀释,放入甘草搅拌均匀、闷润、文火炒至黄色或深黄色,以疏松不粘手取出晾凉后密封保存备用;
步骤四、取桔梗段放入锅中,用文火炒制炒至微黄,取出晾凉后密封保存备用;
步骤五、取干燥的杜仲方块,用食盐加适量开水溶化,取杜仲块使与盐水充分拌透吸收、闷润、然后置锅内,用文火炒至微有焦斑、表面断丝为度取出晾干后保存备用;
步骤六、将青蒿和南非叶粉碎经超声波水解,固液分离,得到液体Ⅰ和滤渣Ⅰ,保存备用;
步骤七、将上述步骤一至六所得粉末、滤渣Ⅰ与草木灰混合均匀后放入发酵池中密封发酵7~15天,温度控制在25~35℃;
步骤八、向步骤七所得发酵物中加入液体Ⅰ、小苏打混匀进行干燥,粉碎得到土壤改良制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中甘草与炼蜜的质量比为4:1。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中,杜仲与食盐的质量比为100:3。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料的使用方法,其特征在于,每亩土地以40Kg肥料与一吨有机肥混合作为基肥使用,每个生长周期使用一次;在作物栽种前,先用清水喷淋土壤至湿润,将基肥均匀撒在土壤上并翻耕,使基肥与表层土壤混匀。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种酸性土壤改良肥料的使用方法,其特征在于,所述土壤翻耕厚度为5-8cm,用于种植蔬菜。
