Abstract
The invention discloses a temperature-regulating and anti-allergic natural flax interwoven fabric which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of modified flax, 10-20 parts of modified thermoregulation fiber and 10-20 parts of spun silk, wherein the modified thermoregulation fiber is sewn in an interlayer between the modified flax and the spun silk through a sewing machine, and the modified flax is prepared through a grey cloth alkali desizing → grey cloth bleaching → grey cloth dyeing and forming process. According to the invention, the modified temperature-regulating fibers are sewn in the interlayer between the modified flax and the spun silk, so that the outer surface of the fabric overcomes the defects of rough hand feeling, easy wrinkling and the like of the common flax fabric, the fabric has high comfort, bright color and difficult fading, the interior of the fabric has a temperature-regulating function, the smell of the formed fabric is small, and finally the fabric is also suitable for people allergic to flax by arranging the spun silk in the inner layer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of linen interwoven fabrics, in particular to a temperature-regulating and anti-allergic natural linen interwoven fabric.
Background
The fabric is the material for making the clothes; as one of the three elements of the garment, the fabric not only can explain the style and the characteristics of the garment, but also directly controls the expression effects of the color and the shape of the garment; in the world of clothes, the fabric of the clothes is eight-door, and is different day by day; but on the whole, the high-quality and high-grade fabric has the characteristics of comfortable wearing, sweat absorption, air permeability, stiff and smooth suspension, noble vision, soft touch and the like;
flax interwoven fabric is also one of fabrics, flax is also called as scotch and flax, is divided into three types of fiber and oil, and is one annual herbaceous plant, and is one of main fiber raw materials of the clothes in spring and summer due to good hygroscopicity, fast moisture permeability and relatively thin diameter, and the flax interwoven fabric is usually called as flax fabric by cloth woven by flax fibers.
The prior art has the following defects: the outer layer of the existing flax interwoven fabric is rough in hand feeling and easy to wrinkle, the dyed flax fabric is easy to fade, the fabric does not have a temperature regulation function, the use function is single, and people allergic to flax materials cannot use the finished product made of the flax fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a temperature-regulating anti-allergic natural flax interwoven fabric to solve the defects in the background technology.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the temperature-regulating and anti-allergic natural flax interwoven fabric comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of modified flax, 10-20 parts of modified thermoregulation fiber and 10-20 parts of spun silk, wherein the modified thermoregulation fiber is sewn in an interlayer between the modified flax and the spun silk through a sewing machine.
Preferably, the modified flax is prepared by a grey cloth alkali desizing → grey cloth bleaching → grey cloth dyeing and forming process.
Preferably, in the grey cloth alkaline desizing process:
(1) Putting the gray flax fabric into clear water and adding sodium hydroxide for boiling at the temperature of 98-100 ℃ for 60-70min;
(2) After the immersion and boiling are finished, the grey cloth is placed in a water bath kettle and cleaned for 3 to 5 times by hot water at the temperature of 85 to 90 ℃, and then is cleaned for 2 to 3 times by warm water at the temperature of 60 to 70 ℃;
(3) Washing with cold water, and drying in a dryer.
Preferably, in the grey cloth bleaching process:
(1) Putting the desized grey cloth into clear water, adding hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate, and soaking and boiling at the temperature of 95-100 ℃ for 50-600min;
(2) Cleaning the soaked and boiled grey cloth in hot water of 90-100 deg.C for 4-5 times, and washing with warm water of 65-70 deg.C for 2-3 times;
(3) Washing with cold water, and drying in a dryer.
Preferably, in the grey cloth dyeing and forming process:
(1) Putting the bleached grey cloth into water and adding a refining solution for refining, wherein the ratio of the water to the refining solution is 1;
(2) Adding enzyme washing liquid into the refined grey cloth, washing with water, heating to 40 deg.C, washing for 20min, draining, adding clear water, washing for 15min at 0 deg.C, and washing for 20min at 50 deg.C;
(3) Adding dyeing liquor into the washed grey cloth for dyeing, wherein the bath ratio is controlled to be 1;
(4) And after dyeing is finished, adding soap lotion to repeatedly clean the grey cloth.
Preferably, the composition of the refining solution is: 25g/l of liquid caustic soda, 2g/l of refining agent, 2.5g/l of bath agent and the balance of water, wherein the refining temperature is 80 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 120min.
Preferably, the dyeing liquor consists of: 0.16% of L-HLF blue, 0.30% of L-3R yellow, 0.082% of L-4B red, 60g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 0.7g/L of liquid caustic soda, 4g/L of soda ash, 2g/L of treasure in a bath and the balance of water.
Preferably, the dyed grey cloth is placed in an overflow jet dyeing machine, water is added into the grey cloth, the temperature is raised to 50 ℃, the grey cloth is rotated for 10min, water is drained, soap washing liquid is added, the temperature is raised to 80 ℃, the grey cloth is rotated for 20min, the soap washing liquid is drained, finally, water is added into the grey cloth, the grey cloth is washed at 80 ℃, and then the grey cloth is discharged.
Preferably, the modified temperature-regulating fiber is prepared by putting polylactic acid fiber and temperature-regulating fiber into a textile machine for blending, and the mass ratio of the polylactic acid fiber to the temperature-regulating fiber is 1.
Preferably, the preparation process of the polylactic acid fiber comprises the following steps:
(1) Cleaning the reaction kettle, adding a lactic acid monomer, and heating to 90 ℃;
(2) Adding the dehydrating agent into the reaction kettle, continuously heating to 100 ℃ for 2h;
(3) Keeping the material temperature at 90 ℃, adding a catalyst until lactic acid is polymerized into oligomer to obtain polylactic acid, adding water into the obtained polylactic acid, standing in the water, and standing in the water for 24 hours to obtain the polylactic acid fiber.
In the technical scheme, the invention provides the following technical effects and advantages:
according to the invention, the modified temperature-regulating fibers are sewn in the interlayer between the modified flax and the spun silk, so that the outer surface of the fabric overcomes the defects of rough hand feeling, easy wrinkling and the like of the common flax fabric, the fabric has high comfort, bright color and difficult fading, the interior of the fabric has a temperature-regulating function, the smell of the formed fabric is small, and finally the fabric is also suitable for people allergic to flax by arranging the spun silk in the inner layer.
