dewatering the washed cloth by a centrifugal dehydrator, scutching by a scutching machine to prevent scratches on the cloth surface, drying by a setting machine at the temperature of 130 ℃ and the speed of 30 m/min, softening the dried cloth in a flat cylinder, wherein 8g/l of a softening agent is processed at 40 ℃ by 5 paths, so that the softness of the cloth surface is consistent, setting by the setting machine at the temperature of 130 ℃ and the speed of 35 m/min, conveying the cloth into an airflow sand washing machine, circulating the cloth in the machine under the drive of a transmission guide wheel, beating by an airflow, controlling the whole process by a computer, wherein the time is 60-70min, the temperature is 70-80 ℃, the circulating cloth speed is 400-600 m/min, the airflow sand washing is one of important programs for achieving the style characteristics of the fabric in the disclosed method, and the final finishing process is steaming setting, preventing the cloth body from being damaged, setting the cloth speed is 50 m/min, and the temperature is 145 ℃, so that modified grey cloth is obtained after the dyeing process of grey cloth is completed;
the modified flax formed by the three-step process dyeing overcomes the defects of rough hand feeling, easy wrinkling and the like of the common flax fabric, and the fabric has high comfort and bright color and is difficult to fade.
Example 2
The temperature-regulating and anti-allergic natural flax interwoven fabric comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of modified flax, 20 parts of modified thermoregulation fiber and 20 parts of spun silk, wherein the modified thermoregulation fiber is sewn in an interlayer between the modified flax and the spun silk through a sewing machine;
in this example, the modified flax was obtained by the following preparation process:
(1) Alkali desizing of grey cloth: spinning the flax fibers into grey cloth by a blending machine; placing the grey cloth in a heating cylinder, adding clear water and sodium hydroxide, and boiling at 98 deg.C for 60min; taking out the soaked and boiled grey cloth, placing the grey cloth in a water bath kettle, cleaning the grey cloth for 3 times by using hot water at 85 ℃, and then cleaning the grey cloth for 2 times by using warm water at 60 ℃; finally, washing the mixture by cold water and drying the mixture in a dryer for later use;
(2) Bleaching the grey cloth: placing the desized grey cloth into a heating cylinder, adding clear water, hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate, and soaking and boiling at 95 ℃ for 50min; taking out the soaked and boiled grey cloth, placing the grey cloth in a water bath kettle, cleaning the grey cloth for 4 times by using hot water at 90 ℃, and then cleaning the grey cloth for 2 times by using warm water at 65 ℃; finally, washing the mixture by cold water and drying the mixture in a dryer for later use;
(3) Dyeing and molding grey cloth: the method is carried out in an open-width two-dipping two-rolling pre-shrinking machine, the temperature of a first water tank is controlled to be 60 ℃, the temperature of a second water tank is controlled to be 85 ℃, and the purpose is to ensure that the gray fabric is uniformly shrunk in the weft direction without tension so as to avoid forming straight stripe crepe printing in an overflow dyeing machine;
refining is carried out in an overflow dyeing machine, the ratio of refining bath is controlled to be 1:15, and the composition of a refining solution is as follows: 25g/l of liquid caustic soda, 2g/l of refining agent, 2.5g/l of Mizhongbao and the balance of water, controlling the refining temperature to be 80 ℃, preserving the heat for 120min, discharging the refining solution after refining is finished, adding water, heating to 60 ℃, washing with water for 30min, draining, adding water, heating to 70 ℃, and draining after washing for 15 min;
adding enzyme washing liquor into the washed overflow dyeing machine, heating to 40 ℃, washing for 20min, draining, adding clear water, washing for 15min at 0 ℃, washing for 20min at 50 ℃, and keeping the pH value at about 7, so as to carry out dyeing, wherein the pH value of the enzyme washing liquor is 4.5, and the enzyme washing liquor consists of 2g/l of acetic acid, 1.5g/l of enzyme and the balance of water;
the dyeing adopts an overflow jet dyeing machine, the bath ratio is controlled to be 1:22, and the dyeing liquid comprises the following components: the dye comprises 0.16% of L-HLF blue, 0.30% of L-3R yellow, 0.082% of L-4B red, 60g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 0.7g/L of liquid alkali, 4g/L of calcined soda, 2g/L of treasure in a bath and the balance of water, wherein in the embodiment, the three dyes of the L-HLF blue, the L-3R yellow and the L-4B red are all L-type active dyes produced by Shanghai Annuo chemical industry Co., ltd, the dye leveling property of the dye group is good, cuprammine and flax are uniformly colored and hardly colored in one bath, the dye-up rate is 15-20% higher than that of the common active dyes, the dye-up rate is easy to clean, 5-6 tons of dyeing wastewater can be reduced, and the dye-up process is favorable for energy conservation and emission reduction;
the dyeing process of the grey cloth comprises the following steps: feeding the cloth and water into an overflow jet dyeing machine, adding a formula amount of a bath agent, keeping the temperature at 25 ℃, rotating for 10min, then heating to 50 ℃, adding a formula amount of reactive dye, rotating for 20min, then adding a formula amount of anhydrous sodium sulphate, rotating for 20min, then adding a formula amount of soda ash, rotating for 20min, adding a formula amount of caustic soda liquid, rotating for 40min, finishing dyeing, discharging dyeing liquid, and enabling the dyed cloth to be beige;
adding water into the overflow jet dyeing machine after dyeing, heating to 50 deg.C, rotating for 10min, draining, adding soap lotion, heating to 80 deg.C, rotating for 20min, discharging soap lotion, adding water, cleaning at 80 deg.C, and discharging cloth;
the cloth after washing is dewatered by a centrifugal dehydrator, scutching is carried out by a scutching machine to prevent scratches on the cloth surface, the cloth is dried by a setting machine at the temperature of 130 ℃ and the speed of 30 m/min, softening processing is carried out on the dried cloth in a flat cylinder at 8g/l and 40 ℃ by 5 channels of a softening agent, the cloth is shaped by the setting machine at the temperature of 130 ℃ and the speed of 35 m/min, then the cloth is sent to an airflow sand washing machine, the cloth circulates in the machine under the drive of a transmission guide wheel and is flapped by jet airflow, the whole process is controlled by a computer, the time is 60-70min, the temperature is 70-80 ℃, the circulating cloth speed is 400-600 m/min, the airflow sand washing is one of important programs for achieving the style characteristics of the fabric in the disclosed method, the final finishing process is steaming and shaping, the cloth body is prevented from being damaged, the setting cloth speed is 50 m/min, the temperature is 145 ℃, and the dyeing process of the grey cloth is finished, and the modified grey cloth is obtained.
Example 3
In the embodiment, the modified thermoregulation fiber is mainly subjected to modification treatment, so that the formed modified thermoregulation fiber has the functions of safety, reliability, small smell and thermoregulation;
the modified thermoregulation fiber is prepared by the following steps:
(1) Preparing polylactic acid fiber: cleaning the reaction kettle, adding a lactic acid monomer, and heating to 90 ℃; adding the dehydrating agent into the reaction kettle, and continuing heating to 100 ℃ for 2h; keeping the material temperature at 90 ℃, adding a catalyst until lactic acid is polymerized into oligomer to obtain polylactic acid, adding water into the obtained polylactic acid, standing in the water, and standing in the water for 24 hours to obtain polylactic acid fiber;

(1) Putting the desized grey cloth into clear water, adding hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate, and boiling at the temperature of 95-100 ℃ for 50-600min;
(2) Cleaning the soaked and boiled grey cloth in hot water of 90-100 deg.C for 4-5 times, and washing with warm water of 65-70 deg.C for 2-3 times;
(3) Washing with cold water, and drying in a dryer.
5. A thermoregulated and antiallergic natural flax interwoven fabric as claimed in any of claims 2 to 4, wherein: in the grey cloth dyeing and forming process:
(1) Putting the bleached grey cloth into water and adding a refining solution for refining, wherein the ratio of the water to the refining solution is 1;
(2) Adding enzyme washing liquor into the refined grey cloth, washing with water, heating to 40 ℃, washing for 20min, draining, adding clear water, washing for 15min at 0 ℃, and washing for 20min at 50 ℃;
(3) Adding dyeing liquor into the washed grey cloth for dyeing, wherein the bath ratio is controlled to be 1;
(4) And after dyeing is finished, adding a soaping liquid to repeatedly clean the gray fabric.
