Description

Bag and filling method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pouch having a gusset (japanese) portion, and a filling method for filling a pouch with a content liquid.
Background
Conventionally, as a container for storing a content liquid such as beverage water or liquid detergent, a bag is known in which a plurality of main body films are heat-sealed to form a bag-making seal portion, and the bag is formed into a bag shape (for example, refer to patent document 1).
Further, as disclosed in patent document 1, it is known that: the bag is used in the form of a so-called bag-in-box type when it is used (when the content liquid is poured out), displayed, carried, or the like, that is, the bag is stored in the outer case.
However, since the resin film constituting such a bag has flexibility, particularly when the bag is formed to have a large capacity, a so-called bulge (japanese: trunk bulge) may be generated in which the lower portion of the bag body is inflated by the weight of the content liquid.
In addition, when the bulge is generated, a large installation space for the bag needs to be secured at the time of use, display, transportation, and the like, and when the bag is used as a bag-in-box type, the outer case needs to have strength in consideration of the bulge of the bag.
Accordingly, as 1 means for solving the above-described problems, the applicant of the present invention has proposed the following means in patent document 2: the inner film is disposed in the bag main body, and the 1 st fixed part and the 2 nd fixed part of the bag main body facing each other with the content liquid containing part therebetween are prevented from being separated from each other by the inner film, so that the overall shape of the bag containing the content liquid can be maintained, and the occurrence of so-called bulge, which is caused by the weight of the content liquid having fluidity such as beverage water, can be suppressed.

Disclosure of Invention
Here, patent document 2 proposes the following: in order to avoid the obstruction of the flow of the content liquid in the content liquid storage portion due to the arrangement of the inner film, a film penetrating portion having a hole shape or a notch shape is formed in the inner film.
However, there are the following problems: in a state where the bag containing the content liquid is filled, it is impossible to confirm from the outside whether or not the film through-hole is formed at a predetermined position.
That is, at the manufacturing stage of the bag, it is also conceivable that: when the film through-hole is formed in the inner film, the position of the film through-hole may be deviated, but in a state where the bag filled with the content liquid is realized by disposing the inner film having the deviated position of the film through-hole in the bag main body, it may be difficult to confirm the position of the film through-hole from the outside due to printing or the like performed on the bag main body.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and provide a bag and a filling method capable of detecting a shift in the formation position of a film through-hole even when the bag filled with a content liquid is realized by a simple configuration.
The bag of the present invention is a gusseted bag having: a bag main body formed into a bag shape by forming a bag-making seal portion by heat welding a plurality of main body films; and an inner film disposed in the bag body, the bag body including: a content liquid storage unit; and a 1 st fixed part and a 2 nd fixed part which are opposite to each other through the content liquid containing part, wherein the inner film comprises: a 1 st fixing portion fixed to the 1 st fixed portion; a 2 nd fixing portion fixed to the 2 nd fixed portion; an inner arrangement portion which is arranged in the bag main body and is not fixed to the bag main body; and a plurality of thin film penetrating portions formed in a hole or notch shape penetrating in a thin film thickness direction, the plurality of thin film penetrating portions including: a 1 st film penetrating portion, at least a part of the 1 st film penetrating portion being formed in the 1 st fixing portion; and an inner film penetrating portion formed in the inner arrangement portion, wherein the 1 st film penetrating portion is arranged to overlap the main body film at the bag-making sealing portion, whereby the above-described problem can be solved.
In the filling method according to the present invention, the filling method for filling the bag with the content liquid includes a 2 nd film penetrating portion, at least a part of the 2 nd film penetrating portion is formed in the 2 nd fixing portion, the 2 nd film penetrating portion is disposed to overlap the main film at the bag making sealing portion, the 1 st film penetrating portion is formed to span the 1 st fixing portion and the inner side disposing portion, the 2 nd film penetrating portion is formed to span the 2 nd fixing portion and the inner side disposing portion, the content liquid containing portion has a 1 st containing region and a 2 nd containing region partitioned by the inner side film, a spout having a spout pouring hole is mounted in a position of the bag main body communicating with the 1 st containing region, and in a state where the 2 nd containing region is located at a lower side of the 1 st containing region, the filling nozzle is inserted from an outside of the bag to the 2 nd containing region through the spout pouring hole and the inner side film penetrating portion, and when filling the content liquid is poured from the outside of the bag, the spout is supplied from the 1 nd film penetrating portion to the inside the 2 nd film penetrating portion and the 1 st film penetrating portion can be supplied to the inside the containing region.
According to the invention of claim 1, since the inner film is disposed in the bag main body, the 1 st fixed portion and the 2 nd fixed portion of the bag main body facing each other with the content liquid accommodating portion therebetween can be prevented from being separated from each other by the inner film, and therefore, the overall shape of the bag accommodating the content liquid can be maintained, so-called bulge, which is caused by the weight of the content liquid having fluidity such as beverage water, can be suppressed from being generated in the lower portion of the bag main body, and therefore, not only can the space for disposing the bag during use, display, transportation, and the like be narrowed, but also the following effects can be achieved without providing a high strength to the outer case accommodating the bag when the bag is handled in the form of a bag in a box.
That is, according to the invention of claim 1, the inner film disposed in the bag main body includes: a 1 st film penetrating portion, at least a part of the 1 st film penetrating portion being formed in the 1 st fixing portion; and an inner film through-section which is disposed in the bag main body without being fixed to the bag main body, wherein the 1 st film through-section is disposed so as to overlap the main body film at the bag-making seal section. In this way, since the 1 st film through-hole is formed at the position overlapping the main film at the bag-making sealing portion, the position of the 1 st film through-hole of the inner film can be checked from the outside by the change in the thickness of the bag-making sealing portion, and the position of the inner film through-hole disposed in the bag main body can be estimated based on the checked position of the 1 st film through-hole, the deviation of the position of the inner film through-hole can be detected with a simple structure.
According to the invention according to claim 2, the 1 st film penetrating portion is formed so as to span the 1 st fixing portion and the inner side disposing portion, and thus, the gas such as air that is easily accumulated in the vicinity of the fixing portion between the bag main body and the inner side film can be caused to flow in the bag main body through the 1 st film penetrating portion, so that the gas such as air in the bag main body can be favorably discharged to the outside when filling the bag main body with the content liquid.
According to the invention according to claim 3, the spout is attached to the side surface of the bag body at a position closer to the bottom of the body than the center in the height direction, and the 1 st fixing portion having the 1 st film penetrating portion is formed at the bottom of the body, whereby when the bag is suspended by holding the spout and the inside of the bag body is filled with the content liquid through the spout, the gas such as the air in the bag body can be caused to flow through the 1 st film penetrating portion, and therefore the gas such as the air in the bag body can be favorably discharged to the outside.
According to the invention of claim 4, the plurality of film through portions include the 2 nd film through portion, at least a part of the 2 nd film through portion is formed in the 2 nd fixing portion, and the 2 nd film through portion is arranged to overlap the main body film at the bag-making sealing portion, whereby the positions of the 1 st film through portion and the 2 nd film through portion formed on both sides with the inner film through portion interposed therebetween can be confirmed from the outside by the change in thickness formed in the bag-making sealing portion, and therefore, the deviation of the positions of the inner film through portion can be detected more reliably.
According to the invention of claim 5, the inner film has the predetermined bending portion, and when the bag containing the content liquid is placed on the placement surface with the bottom of the main body at the bottom of the main body, the predetermined bending portion bends at the bottom of the main body, and at least 1 film through-hole is formed so as to cross the predetermined bending portion, whereby the content liquid can flow through the film through-hole formed in the predetermined bending portion, and the flow of the content liquid can be suppressed from being blocked by the inner film in the vicinity of the bottom of the main body, so that the content liquid that has not yet been poured out can be suppressed from remaining in the vicinity of the bottom of the main body.
According to the invention according to claim 6, the inner film has the predetermined liquid surface contact portion, and when the bottom of the main body is made to face down and the bag filled with the content liquid in the unopened state is placed on the placement surface, the predetermined liquid surface contact portion is brought into contact with the liquid surface of the content liquid, and at least 1 film through-portion is formed so as to cross the predetermined liquid surface contact portion, whereby when the bottom of the main body is made to face down and the bag filled with the content liquid in the unopened state is placed on the placement surface, the gas such as air and the content liquid can be circulated between the 1 st storage area and the 2 nd storage area through the film through-portion formed in the liquid surface contact portion, and therefore, a difference between the liquid surface height of the content liquid in the 1 st storage area and the liquid surface height of the content liquid in the 2 nd storage area can be avoided.
According to the invention of claim 7, the 1 st fixing portion of the inner film is arranged between the 2 main body films at the bag-making seal portion and is fixed to the bag main body by heat welding with respect to the 2 main body films, and therefore, the formation of the bag-making seal portion and the fixation of the 1 st fixing portion of the inner film to the bag main body can be performed simultaneously, so that the manufacturing load of the bag can be reduced.
According to the invention of claim 8, the inner film is formed of the resin film having the heat-seal layer, and the 1 st fixing portion and the 2 nd fixing portion folded in half are folded in half so that the heat-seal layer faces outward, and the 1 st fixing portion and the 2 nd fixing portion folded in half are arranged between the 2 main body films at the bag-making seal portion and are heat-sealed with respect to the 2 main body films, whereby the heat-seal layer does not need to be formed on both surfaces of the inner film, and the strength of the portion where the 1 st fixing portion or the 2 nd fixing portion is arranged between the 2 main body films can be further improved.
According to the inventions of claims 9 and 10, since all the inner films are provided in a state in which the folded film folded portion is directed to the 1 st storage area side, the content liquid in the 2 nd storage area can be smoothly guided to the 1 st storage area side by the inner films when the content liquid is poured, and the gas such as air in the 2 nd storage area can be smoothly guided to the 1 st storage area side by the inner films when the content liquid is filled into the bag main body through the spout.
According to the invention of claim 12, in a state where the 2 nd storage area is located below the 1 st storage area, the filling nozzle is inserted into the 2 nd storage area from the outside of the bag through the spout pouring hole and the inner film penetrating portion, and when the content liquid is filled, the content liquid poured from the filling nozzle is filled into the 2 nd storage area, and the gas in the 2 nd storage area is moved to the 1 st storage area side through the 1 st film penetrating portion and the 2 nd film penetrating portion, whereby even when the content liquid such as a liquid detergent, which is liable to generate foaming during filling, is filled, foaming in the bag can be suppressed, and the filling of the content liquid can be satisfactorily achieved.

A part of the 1 st film through-hole 76a and the inner film through-hole 76c function as a portion for flowing a gas such as a content liquid or air between the 1 st housing area 21a and the 2 nd housing area 21b.
The portion of the 1 st film through portion 76a formed in the 1 st fixing portion 71 is disposed so as to overlap the main films 30 and 40 at the bag-making sealing portion 23.
As shown in fig. 1, the 2 nd film through-hole 76b is formed by forming the through-hole 28 together at the bag-making seal portion 23 on the top side of the bag 10 and at the portion where the films 30, 40, 70 overlap. The through hole 28 functions as a handle hole for holding the bag 10 by a user's hand or fingers.
In addition, at least 1 film through-hole 76 is formed so as to span film folded portion 70a, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, 1 st film through-hole 76a and inner film through-hole 76c are formed so as to span film folded portion 70a.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the inner film 70 has a portion 77 to be folded, and when the bag 10 containing the content liquid is placed on the placement surface with the bottom portion 20a of the main body as a base, the portion 77 to be folded is folded at the bottom portion 20a of the main body (in other words, at the placement surface).
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the planned bending portion 77 is a linear portion extending in the horizontal direction (the short side direction of the inner film 70).
In addition, at least 1 film through-hole 76 is formed so as to span the planned bending portion 77, and in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the 1 st film through-hole 76a is formed so as to span the planned bending portion 77.
The inner film 70 has a liquid surface contact scheduled portion 78, and when the unopened bag 10 containing the content liquid is placed on the placement surface with the main body bottom 20a down, the liquid surface contact scheduled portion 78 is in contact with the liquid surface of the content liquid.
As shown in fig. 3, the liquid surface contact scheduled portion 78 is a linear portion extending in the horizontal direction (the short side direction of the inner film 70).
At least 1 film penetrating portion 76 is formed so as to cross the liquid surface contact scheduled portion 78, and in the present embodiment, an upper inner film penetrating portion 76c of the 2 inner film penetrating portions 76c is formed so as to cross the liquid surface contact scheduled portion 78.
In manufacturing the bag 10, the inner film 70 having the 1 st film through-hole 76a and the 2 nd film through-hole 76c is prepared, the inner film 70 is heat-welded to the main films 30 and 40, and then the films 30, 40 and 70 are subjected to a through-hole treatment to form the 2 nd film through-hole 76b (through-hole 28).
In the bag 10 of the present embodiment thus obtained, the 1 st film through-hole 76a formed in the inner film 70 is disposed so as to overlap the main films 20 and 30 at the bag-making seal portion 23.
In this way, the 1 st film through-hole 76a is formed at a position overlapping the main body films 20 and 30 at the bag-making sealing portion 23, and thus the formation position of the 1 st film through-hole 76a of the inner film 70 can be confirmed from the outside by the change in the thickness formed at the bag-making sealing portion 23, and even when the formation position of the inner film through-hole 76c disposed in the bag main body 20 cannot be confirmed from the outside based on the formation position of the 1 st film through-hole 76a, the formation position of the inner film through-hole 76c disposed in the bag main body 20 can be estimated.
Further, since the spout 60 is attached to the side surface of the bag body 20 at a position closer to the bottom 20a of the body than the center in the height direction, and the 1 st fixing portion 71 having the 1 st film penetrating portion 76a is formed at the bottom 20a of the body, when the bag 10 is suspended by holding the spout 60 and the bag body 20 is filled with the content liquid through the spout 60, the air in the bag body 20 and the like can be flowed through the 1 st film penetrating portion 76a, and the air and the like in the bag body 20 can be discharged to the outside satisfactorily. That is, in a state where the spout 60 is gripped and the bag 10 is suspended, as shown in fig. 4, the 1 st fixing portion 71 in which the 1 st film penetrating portion 76a is formed reaches the upper side, so that when the content liquid L is filled into the bag body 20 through the spout 60, the gas a such as air in the bag body 20 can smoothly flow through the 1 st film penetrating portion 76a and be discharged from the spout 60 to the outside. In the method for filling the content liquid shown in fig. 4, the content liquid is supplied into the bag 10 in a state that has not yet been developed (a state that has not yet been developed, a state that has not separated the front side film 30 from the back side film 40), but the content liquid may be supplied into the bag 10 in a state that has been developed in advance.
Next, a bag 10 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
