The bottom spoiler 103 comprises an active spoiler bar, the upper end of the active spoiler bar is fixed on the body 101, and the lower end of the active spoiler bar is far away from the body 101.
The number of the active spoiler bars is multiple, and the active spoiler bars are distributed along the circumferential direction of the body 101 to form a structure similar to a cone, as shown in fig. 4. The active spoiler bars may be disposed to be uniformly distributed or non-uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the body 101, which is not limited in this embodiment.
