Optionally, in the step (1), the raw materials in the steam stirring pot are gradually heated to 50-75 ℃, and stirred for 12-18min.

(1) Respectively weighing 2 parts of deionized water, 13 parts of sorbitol, 15 parts of stearic acid, 12 parts of lauric acid, 6 parts of glycerol, 20 parts of sucrose, 1.5 parts of lanolin, 1.3 parts of alkyl glycoside, 2 parts of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 2 parts of Chinese torreya essential oil and 0.3 part of aloe barbadensis extract, adding into a steam stirring pot, gradually heating to 55 ℃, stirring for 15min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a material body A;
(2) Adding 16 parts of liquid caustic soda with the mass concentration of 32% into the material body A, continuously stirring until the saponification reaction is completed to 80%, adding 0.4 part of essence and 0.1 part of salt, and uniformly stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a material body B;
