Background
After a chemical pipeline such as a heat exchanger pipe, a boiler pipe, a blow-off pipe and the like is used for a certain time, a large amount of metal compound dirt such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and the like is generally contained, so that dirt is accumulated on the inner wall of the pipeline, the thicker the accumulated dirt is, the smaller the inner diameter of the sewage pipe becomes, the flow rate of liquid is reduced, the possibility of blockage is increased, and the pipe wall is easily corroded due to long-time contact of the dirt and the pipe wall, so that potential safety hazards are caused, and therefore the pipeline needs to be cleaned regularly.
The method for cleaning the pipeline dirt generally comprises physical cleaning and chemical cleaning, wherein the physical cleaning can peel off the dirt with larger volume in a blocking manner, but the difficulty of physical cleaning in a narrow space is higher, and complex work such as pipeline dismantling is needed; the chemical cleaning can greatly reduce the labor intensity and improve the working efficiency, but the acid cleaning agent on the market has better cleaning performance on the pipeline containing a small amount of stains, but the pipeline containing local caking dirt is difficult to effectively strip and remove, and the dirt-removing capacity is poor; the cleaning agent containing partial halogen ions, such as the cleaning agent containing hydrofluoric acid and the cleaning agent containing mixed acid of hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid, has strong cleaning performance and obvious cleaning performance on most dirt, but the halogen ions are easy to corrode the metal pipe wall, so that the service life of the pipeline is influenced.
