The invention provides a water circulation dirt treating agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 14 parts of weak acid scale remover, 8 parts of antirust agent, 1 part of alcohol amine compound, 3 parts of benzotriazole, 8 parts of aluminum antioxidant, 4 parts of peregal, 4 parts of surfactant, 6 parts of PESA, 6 parts of acrylate, 6 parts of EDTMPA and 0.4 part of defoaming agent.
According to the water circulation dirt treating agent, the weak acid scale remover is adopted, and a plurality of components such as a scale and corrosion inhibitor, an antirust agent, an antioxidant and the like are combined, so that when the dirt impurities in equipment are removed, the corrosion effect of the dirt removing sewage on a pipeline is weakened, the influence of the dirt removing wastewater on the environment is small, and the environment protection and energy saving are facilitated; the descaling wastewater has little corrosion effect on the pipeline, and can prevent the descaling wastewater from precipitating and scaling in the pipeline so as to delay the aging rate of the pipeline, and the pipeline does not need to be cleaned again after the descaling wastewater passes through the pipeline, so that the water consumption and the operation cost of descaling operation are reduced, and the market competitiveness of the descaling agent is further improved.
In one embodiment, the weak acid detergent is sodium gluconate. The sodium gluconate has strong descaling capacity, strong complexing capacity on calcium, magnesium and iron salts, and particularly has excellent chelation on ferric ions, so that the decomposition of precipitates such as calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide and the like in water scales is promoted. In addition, the sodium gluconate can also be used as a corrosion and scale inhibitor to delay the growth rate of scale on the inner surface of boiler equipment.
In one embodiment, the water circulation dirt treatment agent further comprises 1 part of bactericidal algicide. The bactericidal algicide is used for killing bacterial spores on the inner surface of boiler equipment and the inner surface of a pipeline, preventing bacteria and algae from growing on the inner surface of the boiler equipment so as to improve the sanitary condition of the boiler equipment, and also preventing a large amount of algae from growing in the pipeline so as to ensure the smoothness of the pipeline and prolong the service life of the pipeline.
In one embodiment, the rust inhibitor is an amide. The amide is an excellent solvent for organic and inorganic substances, which can promote the mixing of the components in the dirt treatment agent and improve the uniformity of the dirt treatment agent on one hand, and can react with rust and corrosive substances, such as acid substances, on the surface of equipment to remove the rust on the surface of the equipment on the other hand, because the amide is a weak base.
In one embodiment, the alkanolamine compound is diethanolamine. Diethanolamine can be used as a nonionic surfactant to reduce the surface tension of the components in the soil treatment agent and to facilitate mixing of the components, thereby improving the uniformity of the soil treatment agent. Diethanolamine is also an important scale and corrosion inhibitor, and can be used for corrosion inhibition in boiler water treatment, coolants of automobile engines, drilling and cutting oil and other various lubricating oils.
Example 4
The invention provides a water circulation dirt treating agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15 parts of sodium gluconate, 10 parts of antirust agent, 10 parts of alcohol amine compound, 10 parts of benzotriazole, 6 parts of aluminum antioxidant, 5 parts of n-propanol, 5 parts of surfactant, 10 parts of PASP, 10 parts of polyacrylate, 10 parts of EDTMPA and 0.5 part of defoaming agent.
According to the water circulation dirt treating agent, the weak acid scale remover is adopted, and a plurality of components such as a scale and corrosion inhibitor, an antirust agent, an antioxidant and the like are combined, so that when the dirt impurities in equipment are removed, the corrosion effect of the dirt removing sewage on a pipeline is weakened, the influence of the dirt removing wastewater on the environment is small, and the environment protection and energy saving are facilitated; the descaling wastewater has little corrosion effect on the pipeline, and can prevent the descaling wastewater from precipitating and scaling in the pipeline so as to delay the aging rate of the pipeline, and the pipeline does not need to be cleaned again after the descaling wastewater passes through the pipeline, so that the water consumption and the operation cost of descaling operation are reduced, and the market competitiveness of the descaling agent is further improved.
In one embodiment, the weak acid detergent is composed of sodium citrate and sodium gluconate in a molar ratio of 1: 1.5. By using the ammonium citrate and the sodium gluconate in a matching way, the descaling capacity of the dirt treatment agent is improved, and meanwhile, the growth of dirt on boiler equipment can be delayed, namely, the cleaning period of the boiler can be prolonged, so that the use cost of the boiler is reduced.
In one embodiment, the water circulation dirt treatment agent further comprises 10 parts of bactericidal algicide. By increasing the mass parts of the bactericidal algicide, the proportion of the bactericidal algicide in the dirt treatment agent is improved, the bactericidal and algicide performance of the dirt treatment agent is further improved, and the cleanliness of equipment is improved.
In one embodiment, the rust inhibitor is composed of borate and sodium molybdate in a molar ratio of 1: 1.5. The two rust removers are matched for use, so that the rust removing capability of the rust removers can be improved, and the quality of the dirt treatment agent is further improved.
In one embodiment, the alkanolamine compound consists of diethanolamine and monoethanolamine in a molar ratio of 2: 1. By using the diethanol amine and the monoethanolamine together, the pH value of the fouling treatment agent can be adjusted, the surface tension of the fouling treatment agent can be reduced, the uniformity of the fouling treatment agent can be improved, the oxidation process of a boiler can be delayed, and the service life of the boiler can be prolonged. It can also be understood that the performance of the soil treatment agent can be improved and the market competitiveness of the product can be improved by using diethanolamine in combination with monoethanolamine.
The invention adopts the water circulation dirt treating agents of the embodiments 1 to 4 to respectively carry out the dirt removal operation on four boilers with the same treatment capacity, the same working time and the approximate scale growth thickness, respectively collect the sewage of the dirt removal operation and carry out the pH value measurement, simultaneously adopts the common dirt treating agent with the model of 1227 sold in the market to carry out the dirt removal operation on the boilers with the same treatment capacity, the same working time and the same scale growth thickness as the boiler used as a comparative example, and carries out the pH value measurement on the dirt removal sewage. In addition, the roughness of the inner wall of the pipeline after the descaling operation is measured, and the following comparison table is obtained:

as can be seen from the above table, compared with the common dirt treatment agent sold in the market, the pH value of the wastewater after the dirt removal operation of the dirt treatment agent is alkalescent, the wastewater can be directly discharged, the influence on the environment is small, and the roughness of the inner wall of the pipeline after the dirt removal operation is greatly reduced, that is, the corrosion effect of the dirt removal wastewater on the inner wall of the pipeline is small, so that the service life of the pipeline is prolonged, and the market competitiveness of the dirt treatment agent is improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

According to the water circulation dirt treating agent, the weak acid scale remover is adopted, and a plurality of components such as a scale and corrosion inhibitor, an antirust agent, an antioxidant and the like are combined, so that when the dirt impurities in equipment are removed, the corrosion effect of the dirt removing sewage on a pipeline is weakened, and the influence of the dirt removing wastewater on the environment is reduced; the descaling wastewater has little corrosion effect on the pipeline, delays the aging rate of the pipeline, reduces the water consumption and the operation cost of the descaling operation, and further improves the market competitiveness of the descaling agent.

Claims (10)

1. The water circulation dirt treating agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of weak acid scale remover, 1-10 parts of antirust agent, 1-10 parts of alcohol amine compound, 1-10 parts of antioxidant, 1-8 parts of aluminum antioxidant, 1-5 parts of dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of surfactant, 1-10 parts of scale and corrosion inhibitor, 1-10 parts of dispersing agent, 1-10 parts of EDTMPA and 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent.
2. The water circulation dirt treating agent of claim 1, wherein the weak acid detergent is one of sodium citrate, citric acid or sodium gluconate.
3. The water circulation dirt treating agent of claim 1, wherein the weak acid detergent is composed of sodium citrate and sodium gluconate in a molar ratio of 1: 1.5.
4. The water circulation fouling treatment agent according to claim 1, which further comprises 1-10 parts of bactericidal algicide.
5. The water circulation fouling treating agent according to claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is one or two of borate, sodium molybdate or amide.
6. The water-circulating soil treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol amine compound is one or two of triethanolamine, monoethanolamine or diethanolamine.
7. The water circulation dirt treatment agent according to claim 1, characterized in that the antioxidant is benzotriazole.
8. The water-circulating soil treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the dispersing agent is peregal or n-propanol.
9. The agent for treating water-circulating fouling according to claim 1, wherein the scale and corrosion inhibitor is PESA or PASP.
10. The water-circulating soil treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is acrylate or polyacrylate.
