Description

Preparation method and application of acidic cleaning agent
Technical Field
The invention belongs to an acidic cleaning agent, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The acidic cleaning agent is used as a class of cleaning agent and is divided independently, the main reason is that the cleaning object and mechanism of the acidic cleaning agent are different from those of a common alkaline cleaning agent, the alkaline cleaning agent is mainly used for cleaning grease substances, the tension of water is reduced mainly by virtue of a surfactant, the cleaning agent is enabled to contact the surface of stains more effectively, and the oily stains are dissolved in the water by virtue of the characteristics of amphoteric molecules, so that the cleaning purpose is achieved. The acidic cleaning agent is essentially to dissolve these insoluble substances by the reaction of an acid with an inorganic salt and a metal oxide and then to clean them. The most main purpose of the acidic cleaning agent is to dissolve oxides such as rust and patina and insoluble carbonate accumulated on some boilers and water treatment equipment, and the other most purpose is to be used as a neutralizing agent after being cleaned by an alkaline cleaning agent.
Many acidic cleaners are now effective in removing rust, especially large areas of rust, but are corrosive to instruments, which is a contradiction, especially medical and surgical instruments are expensive, so that such strongly acidic cleaners are not suitable for removing rust or for strongly corrosive acidic cleaners. However, the mild acid cleaning agent is often long in rust removal time and low in efficiency, even the rust removal is incomplete, and the use requirement cannot be met. Mild pickling cleaners also do not meet the use of alkaline neutralizers.
In order to solve the problems of the existing pickling cleaning agent, the invention develops a general formula and a preparation method of the acid cleaning agent, and the high-efficiency acid cleaning agent with different purposes can be prepared by flexibly adjusting the formula.

(2) The chelating agent comprises one or more than two of sodium citrate, sodium gluconate, sodium borate and EDTA disodium, and the total addition amount of the chelating agent accounts for 1-5% by weight of the acid cleaning agent, preferably 3-5% by weight.
(3) The surfactant comprises one or more than two of alkyl glycoside, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and isomeric alcohol ether, and the total addition amount of the surfactant accounts for 1-5% of the acid cleaning agent by weight, preferably 3-5% of the acid cleaning agent by weight.
(4) The corrosion inhibitor comprises one or more than two of the following mixture, urotropine and sodium benzotriazole, and the total addition amount accounts for 1-5% of the acid cleaning agent by weight, preferably 3-5%.
(5) The defoaming agent comprises one or more than two of the following components, namely an organic silicon defoaming agent and a modified polyether defoaming agent, and the addition amount of the defoaming agent accounts for 0.001-0.005% of the total mass of the acid cleaning agent.
(6) The preparation method of the acidic cleaning agent comprises the following steps: and sequentially adding the components a-e into deionized water, stirring and dissolving for 1-2 hours to obtain the acidic cleaning agent.
(7) The use of the acidic cleaning agent comprises the following steps: oxides such as rust patina such as iron oxide, copper oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide used for cleaning surfaces of instruments, and inorganic salts such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate used for cleaning acid-resistant surfaces, and also neutralizing agents used for neutralizing alkaline cleaners after washing.
The acidic cleaning agent prepared according to different application scenes can efficiently remove rust and scale without damaging instruments, can efficiently neutralize alkali residues in the alkaline cleaning agent, but cannot damage cleaning objects, and cannot generate wastewater which is difficult to treat.
