Description

Weather-resistant visual transparent protective coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
A weather-resistant visual transparent protective coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Since the 21 st century, with the advancement of technology, the market demand for coating performance has been increasing. The most common requirements are to increase complex functions and to improve durability. For example, in the outdoor coating, in addition to the functional requirements of general decoration and the like, a paint film is easily damaged by ultraviolet light to cause functional loss and even direct pulverization and loss of functions after long-term outdoor exposure, so that the resin for the outdoor coating needs to have better weather resistance. Better gloss retention and less color variation are required; the resin is required to be resistant to ultraviolet light aging for a long time so as to avoid recoating caused by poor protective capability of a paint film.
Resins for weather-resistant powder coatings are widely available, but the resins generally have poor durability. The fluororesin has a fluorine-carbon bond structure with shorter bond length and much higher bond energy than that of carbon-carbon and carbon-oxygen bond energy, is widely applied to the fields of high-end building aluminum type, electric and electronic, aerospace and aviation and the like, has mature production and construction processes, and is a world-recognized super-weather-resistant coating variety. The coating process (such as melting temperature, baking temperature and the like) of the thermosetting fluorocarbon powder coating is similar to that of the common powder coating, but the performances (such as weather resistance, corrosion resistance and the like) of the thermosetting fluorocarbon powder coating are far higher than those of polyester and epoxy powder coatings. However, they have low impact resistance, uneven appearance of the coating film and poor adhesion, and require pretreatment of the substrate with high requirements. The weather resistance of the coating can be improved by improving the polyester powder coating. The weathering performance of powder coating coatings is directly related to the spectral sensitivity of the components. Because the resin types have different functional groups and bond energies, the photosensitivity and the stability are different; the influence of the added components on the absorption of UV light and the degree of oxidation of the coating results in a weak or strong weatherability of the powder coating. At present, the general weather-resistant powder coating systems such as thermoplastic polyethylene resin, thermosetting polyester resin and the like are mainly adopted in the market to ensure weather resistance, and the powder coating with stronger weather resistance still needs to be developed for some harsh environments (such as acid, alkali and the like).
