(1) mixing hexa-functional group urethane acrylate (Ruinor, FSP8293), photocuring acrylate (Sartomer, CN996), fluorine modified acrylate resin (Changxing, 61998), trimethylolpropane triacrylate, isobornyl acrylate, an initiator 1173, an initiator TPO, a solvent (consisting of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether in a mass ratio of 3:3: 2) and a leveling agent BYK333 at normal temperature under a dark condition for 1.5 hours, and filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain a coating solution;
(2) the coating liquid obtained in the step (1) is coated on a substrate in a spraying way, and the energy is 400MJ/cm2And (3) curing for 12s by ultraviolet irradiation, and standing at normal temperature for 24h to obtain the composite insulator umbrella skirt sheath.
Comparative example 4
A weather-resistant anti-icing composite insulator umbrella skirt sheath is different from that of the composite insulator umbrella skirt sheath in example 1 in that moisture curing acrylate (Dongguan macro, HD-611) is adopted to replace light-moisture dual curing acrylate, and other components and the using amount are the same as those of the composite insulator umbrella skirt sheath in example 1;
the preparation method of the composite insulator shed sheath provided by the comparative example comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing hexa-functional group urethane acrylate (Ruinor, FSP8293), moisture curing acrylate (Dongguan macro, HD-611), fluorine modified acrylate resin (Changxing, 61998), trimethylolpropane triacrylate, isobornyl acrylate, an initiator 1173, an initiator TPO, a solvent (composed of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether in a mass ratio of 3:3: 2) and a leveling agent BYK333 at normal temperature in a dark condition for 1.5h, and filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain a coating liquid;
(2) and (2) spraying the coating liquid obtained in the step (1) on a base material, baking at 70 ℃ for 7.5min, and standing at normal temperature for 24h to obtain the umbrella skirt sheath of the composite insulator.
Comparative example 5
A weather-resistant and anti-icing composite insulator shed sheath is different from that in example 1 in that fluorine modified acrylate is not added, and other components, the weight ratio of the components and the preparation method are the same as those in example 1.
And (3) performance testing:
(1) adhesion force: the test was carried out according to the test method provided in Standard ASTM D3363-00 (3M-600);
(2) weather resistance: testing the yellowing value delta b after UV irradiation of 1W/m for 200 h;
(3) water contact angle: testing was performed according to the test method provided in standard ASTM D5946-2009;
(4) pencil hardness: testing is carried out according to the method provided in the standard GB/T6739-2006;
(5) wear resistance: the mass number of scratches generated by different weights.
The composite insulator shed sheaths obtained in the embodiments 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 5 are tested according to the test method, and the test results are shown in table 1:

according to the data in table 1, the weather-resistant and ice-covering-resistant composite insulator shed sheath provided by the invention has the advantages of higher hardness and wear resistance, larger water contact angle, excellent hydrophobicity, smaller yellowing resin, excellent weather resistance and higher adhesive force.
Specifically, the composite insulator shed sheaths obtained in examples 1 to 5 have pencil hardness of 1H to 2H, adhesion force of 3B to 5B, abrasion resistance of 3500 to 5000g, water contact angle of 108 to 115 degrees and weather resistance test Delta B of 2.1 to 3.5.
Comparing example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, it can be seen that the pencil hardness of the shed sheath of the composite insulator obtained by replacing hexa-functional urethane acrylate with mono-functional urethane acrylate (comparative example 1) and di-functional urethane acrylate (comparative example 2) is greatly reduced, and the abrasion resistance and weather resistance are also poor.
Comparing example 1, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4, it can be seen that the composite insulator shed sheath obtained by using the light-curing acrylate (comparative example 3) and the moisture-curing acrylate (comparative example 4) instead of the light-moisture dual-curing acrylate has the same great reduction in pencil hardness and also has inferior abrasion resistance and weather resistance.
Comparing example 1 with comparative example 5, it can be seen that the composite insulator shed sheath obtained without adding the fluorine modified acrylate has a small water contact angle, which indicates that the sheath has poor hydrophobicity, and a high yellowing value, which indicates that the composite insulator shed sheath has poor weather resistance.
Further comparing examples 1 and 4 to 5, it can be seen that the composite insulator shed sheath obtained by using only one photoinitiator has reduced pencil hardness, abrasion resistance, weather resistance and hydrophobicity.
The applicant states that the invention is described by the above embodiments as a weather-resistant and ice-covering-resistant composite insulator shed sheath, and a preparation method and application thereof, but the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, that is, the invention is not limited to the above embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

(2) and (3) coating the coating liquid obtained in the step (1) on a base material, and performing thermosetting and photocuring to obtain the composite insulator umbrella skirt sheath.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the mixing of step (1) is carried out under stirring;
preferably, the mixing in the step (1) is carried out under the conditions of normal temperature and light shielding;
preferably, the mixing time in the step (1) is 1-2 h;
preferably, the filtration in the step (1) is performed by using a 200-mesh filter screen.
8. The preparation method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the coating in the step (2) is performed by curtain coating or spray coating;
preferably, the temperature of the heat curing in the step (2) is 60-80 ℃;
preferably, the time for the thermal curing in the step (2) is 5-10 min.

preferably, the energy of the ultraviolet light curing is 300-500 MJ/cm2
