the waterborne epoxy resin curing agent comprises, by weight, 130 parts of a waterborne epoxy curing agent, 60 parts of natural colored sand, 170 parts of glass sand, 5 parts of fumed silica, 0.5 part of an ultraviolet light absorber and 0.4 part of a flow stopping agent.
The waterborne epoxy resin is mainly modified by common epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin, wherein the ratio of the common epoxy resin to the alicyclic epoxy resin is 1:1.5.
wherein the natural color sand consists of white snowflake, white marble and dry red with 120-180 meshes, and the glass sand consists of 100-300 meshes.

The preparation method of the two-component water-based epoxy colored sand crack sealer comprises the following steps:
preparation of resin component: adding the waterborne epoxy resin into a stirring tank with a vacuumizing function, heating to 83 ℃ under a stirring state, vacuumizing and stirring for 13min, then adding the fumed silica, the antioxidant and the inorganic nano light stabilizer, stirring for 12min under a vacuum state, finally adding the natural colored sand, the glass sand and the pearlescent pigment, and stirring uniformly under a vacuum state;
preparation of curing agent component: adding the waterborne epoxy curing agent into a stirring tank with a vacuum pump, starting stirring, slowly adding the fumed silica, the ultraviolet light absorber and the flow stopping agent, stirring for 11min under vacuum, adding the natural colored sand and the glass sand, and stirring for 6min under vacuum.

A two-component water-based epoxy color sand crack beautifying agent comprises a resin component and a curing agent component;
the resin component comprises a waterborne epoxy resin; the curing agent component comprises a waterborne epoxy resin curing agent;
the weight activity equivalent ratio of the waterborne epoxy resin to the waterborne epoxy resin curing agent is 1;
the waterborne epoxy resin comprises 130 parts by weight of waterborne epoxy resin, 60 parts by weight of natural colored sand, 180 parts by weight of glass sand, 35 parts by weight of pearlescent pigment, 5 parts by weight of fumed silica, 0.4 part by weight of antioxidant and 1.4 parts by weight of inorganic nano light stabilizer;
the waterborne epoxy resin curing agent comprises, by weight, 120 parts of a waterborne epoxy curing agent, 55 parts of natural colored sand, 170 parts of glass sand, 5.5 parts of fumed silica, 0.5 part of an ultraviolet light absorber and 0.4 part of a flow stopping agent.
The waterborne epoxy resin is mainly modified by common epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin, wherein the ratio of the common epoxy resin to the alicyclic epoxy resin is 1:1.7.
wherein the natural color sand consists of 120-180 meshes of snowflake white, white marble and dry red, and the glass sand is 100-300 meshes.
The pearlescent pigment is composed of noble gold powder, noble silver powder and bright porcelain white.
Wherein the fumed silica is hydrophilic fumed silica.

preparation of resin component: adding the waterborne epoxy resin into a stirring tank with a vacuumizing function, heating to 88 ℃ under a stirring state, vacuumizing and stirring for 18min, then adding the fumed silica, the antioxidant and the inorganic nano light stabilizer, stirring for 13min under a vacuum state, finally adding the natural colored sand, the glass sand and the pearlescent pigment, and stirring uniformly under a vacuum state;
preparation of curing agent component: adding the waterborne epoxy curing agent into a stirring tank with a vacuumizing function, starting stirring, slowly adding the fumed silica, the ultraviolet light absorber and the flow stopping agent, stirring for 18min under vacuum, adding the natural colored sand and the glass sand, and stirring for 9min under vacuum.
Experimental example 1
Comparative Performance test
After the seam beautifying agents prepared in examples 1-5 and commercially available seam beautifying agents are coated, the seam beautifying agents are cured for 7 days at normal temperature, and relevant performances are detected, wherein the detection methods and results are shown in the following table:

as can be seen from the table, after the crack sealer prepared by the embodiment of the invention and the crack sealer on the market are coated and maintained normally for 7 days, through detection, compared with the performances of the crack sealer and the crack sealer, the crack sealer provided by the invention has the characteristics of excellent yellowing resistance, good flexibility, high tensile strength and high elongation at break.
Experimental example 2
UVA-resistant test experiment
The results of the ultraviolet yellowing resistance test of the caulking agent of example 1 and a commercial caulking agent in accordance with GB/T23987-2009 are shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the crack sealer on the market begins to yellow in 7 days, and obviously yellows in 14 days, while the crack sealer prepared by the invention has no obvious yellowing in 30 days.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or that equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A two-component water-based epoxy color sand crack beautifying agent is characterized by comprising a resin component and a curing agent component;
the resin component comprises a waterborne epoxy resin; the curing agent component comprises a waterborne epoxy resin curing agent;
the weight activity equivalent ratio of the waterborne epoxy resin to the waterborne epoxy resin curing agent is 1;
the waterborne epoxy resin comprises, by weight, 50-150 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 30-70 parts of natural colored sand, 100-200 parts of glass sand, 10-40 parts of pearlescent pigment, 3-6 parts of fumed silica, 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant and 1-1.5 parts of inorganic nano light stabilizer;
the waterborne epoxy resin curing agent comprises, by weight, 50-150 parts of a waterborne epoxy curing agent, 30-70 parts of natural colored sand, 100-200 parts of glass sand, 3-6 parts of fumed silica, 0.3-0.6 part of an ultraviolet light absorber and 0.2-0.5 part of a flow stopping agent.
2. The two-component aqueous epoxy color sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the aqueous epoxy resin is an aqueous epoxy resin modified by a common epoxy resin and an alicyclic epoxy resin, wherein the ratio of the common epoxy resin to the alicyclic epoxy resin is 1:0.5-2.
3. The two-component aqueous epoxy color sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the natural color sand is composed of one or more of white snow, white marble, dry red, chinese black, yellow marble, gray marble and Chinese black of 120-180 meshes, and the glass sand is 100-300 meshes.
4. The two-component aqueous epoxy colored sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the pearlescent pigment is composed of one or more of noble gold powder, noble silver powder, bright porcelain white, sub-light gray, ivory gold, ivory white, moonlight silver, metal gray, and bright porcelain black.
5. The two-component aqueous epoxy color sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the fumed silica is hydrophilic fumed silica.
6. The two-component aqueous epoxy color sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is one or more of bis (1-octyloxy-2, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate, bis (1, 2, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate, and 4- [ (4, 6-dioctylthio-1, 3, 5-triazin-2-yl) amino ] -2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol.
7. The two-component aqueous epoxy colored sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic nano light stabilizer is composed of one or more of zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and aluminum oxide.
8. The two-component aqueous epoxy colored sand crack sealer according to claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet light absorber is one or more of UV-531, UV-P, UV-326, UV327 and U V-320.
9. The preparation method of the two-component water-based epoxy color sand crack sealer according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparation of resin component: adding the waterborne epoxy resin into a stirring tank with a vacuumizing function, heating to 80-90 ℃ under the stirring state, vacuumizing and stirring for 10-20min, then adding the fumed silica, the antioxidant and the inorganic nano light stabilizer, stirring for 10-15min under the vacuum state, finally adding the natural colored sand, the glass sand and the pearlescent pigment, and uniformly stirring under the vacuum state;
preparation of curing agent component: adding the waterborne epoxy curing agent into a stirring tank with a vacuumizing function, starting stirring, slowly adding the fumed silica, the ultraviolet light absorber and the flow stopping agent, stirring for 10-20min under vacuum, adding the natural colored sand and the glass sand, and stirring for 5-10min under vacuum.
10. The use of the two-component water-based epoxy color sand crack sealer according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a resin component and a curing agent component are mixed and then filled into a crack.
