moving the garbage bag above the inner cylinder, wherein the opening of the garbage bag faces the inner cylinder;
blowing air upwards through a nozzle of the air blowing mechanism to open the opening of the garbage bag;
sleeving the unfolded garbage bag outside the inner barrel from the upper end of the inner barrel, and enabling the garbage bag to be adsorbed and attached to the outer side of the inner barrel through an air suction mechanism and an air suction hole;
pulling the garbage bag downwards along the inner cylinder and pressing the garbage bag into the accommodating cavity of the bottom box;
after the garbage bag is filled in the containing cavity, the garbage bag is cut off.
