The bagging tool provided by the application can be suitable for bagging of garbage bags 100 with larger size by arranging at least two spray heads 51 on the top of the inner cylinder 3 along the length direction, the practicability of the tool is increased, then, the blowing amount of the spray heads 51 can be adjusted by arranging the air channel distributor 52 and the pressure regulating valve, specifically, the blowing amount of the spray heads 51 can be adjusted by controlling the number of the communicated air outlet air pipes 54 through the pressure regulating valve so as to control the air inflow entering the air channel distributor 52, then, the switching degree of the communicated pressure regulating valve can be further adjusted so as to further adjust the air inflow entering the air channel distributor 52, and therefore, the blowing amount of the spray heads 51 can be adjusted by arranging the air channel distributor 52 and the pressure regulating valve, and the adjusting range is larger.
The lower end of the spray head 51 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 53, a plurality of air blowing holes 55 are uniformly distributed on the upper end face of the spray head 51, and through the arrangement of the plurality of air blowing holes 55, the air flow blown out by the spray head 51 is more uniform, the situation that local air flow strength is too high and the opening of the garbage bag 100 cannot be well opened can be avoided, and the garbage bag 100 is easy to break.
In this embodiment, a plurality of annular grooves 34 arranged along the height direction of the inner cylinder 3 are formed on the outer side of the inner cylinder 3 along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of air suction holes 31 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction in the annular grooves 34.

In this embodiment, the bagging tool further comprises a pressing plate assembly 9 for compacting the garbage bag 100 in the accommodating cavity 15, the pressing plate assembly 9 comprises two pressing plates 91 symmetrically arranged and a handle 92 arranged on the upper portion of the pressing plate 91, an avoidance space 93 for the inner cylinder 3 to enter is formed between the two pressing plates 91 which are spliced together, and then when the bagging tool is used, the two pressing plates 91 are spliced together to enclose the periphery of the inner cylinder 3, then the bagging tool goes deep into between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2, so that the garbage bag 100 in the accommodating cavity 15 of the bottom box 11 is compacted, the fluffy garbage bag 100 can be pressed into the accommodating cavity 15, meanwhile, the upper end opening of the outer cylinder 2 is in a horn shape, and the two pressing plates 91 can conveniently enter between the inner cylinder 3 and the outer cylinder 2, and operation of operators is facilitated.
The application also relates to a bagging method which is implemented by adopting a bagging tool and comprises the following steps of:
the garbage bag 100 wound on the winding drum 81 is pulled out and sequentially passes through the guide gap between the transfer roller 63 and the two guide drums 62 and then moves to the upper part of the inner drum 3, and the garbage bag 100 is opened towards the inner drum 3;
blowing upward through the nozzle 51 of the blowing mechanism 5 to prop open the opening of the garbage bag 100;
the opened garbage bag 100 is sleeved outside the inner cylinder 3 from the upper end of the inner cylinder 3, and the garbage bag 100 is adsorbed and attached to the outer side of the inner cylinder 3 through the air suction mechanism 4 and the air suction hole 31;
pulling the garbage bag 100 downwards along the inner cylinder 3 and pressing the garbage bag into the accommodating cavity 15 of the bottom box 11;
cutting off the garbage bag 100 after the garbage bag 100 fills the accommodating chamber 15;
the garbage bag 100 in the receiving cavity 15 is compacted by pressing the two pressing plates 91 that are spliced together into the receiving cavity 15 of the bottom box 11.
The bagging machine can greatly reduce the difficulty of filling the garbage bag 100, reduce labor intensity, save labor cost, improve bagging efficiency and have high practicability.

1. A bagging tool for in putting garbage bag into garbage bag box, the garbage bag box includes the end box, the end box includes the diapire that the middle part has the via hole, is located the inner peripheral wall of diapire inner peripheral edge and is located the outer peripheral wall of diapire outer peripheral edge, form the chamber of holding that holds the garbage bag between diapire, inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall, its characterized in that, bagging tool includes:
the outer cylinder is positioned above the peripheral wall of the bottom box and is in a cylinder shape with two open ends;
the inner cylinder is positioned above the inner peripheral wall of the bottom box, and the side wall of the inner cylinder is provided with an air suction hole communicated with the inner cavity of the inner cylinder;
the air suction mechanism comprises a fan communicated with the inner cavity of the inner cylinder, and the fan generates negative pressure in the inner cavity of the inner cylinder;
the blowing mechanism comprises a spray head arranged on the top wall of the inner cylinder, and an air pipe communicated with an air source and the spray head, wherein the spray head is used for blowing air towards the upper part of the top wall of the inner cylinder;
the guide mechanism comprises a support frame and a first guide cylinder assembly arranged on the support frame, the first guide cylinder assembly is arranged adjacent to the inner cylinder and is positioned above the inner cylinder, the first guide cylinder assembly comprises two guide cylinders rotatably arranged on the support frame, and a guide gap for passing a garbage bag is formed between the two guide cylinders; the support frame includes two cantilevers that are just setting up each other, and two guide cylinders rotate to connect between two cantilevers, and two cantilevers all offer the regulation hole along length direction, at least one the pivot of guide cylinder can be followed the regulation hole and adjusted its position on for the cantilever to realize adjusting the size of the guide gap between two guide cylinders.
2. The bagging tool of claim 1, further comprising:
a workbench mechanism comprising the workbench and a positioning assembly arranged on the workbench, wherein the positioning assembly is used for limiting the position of the garbage bag box, and the support frame is arranged above the workbench;
the winding drum mechanism comprises a winding drum rotatably arranged behind the workbench, one end of the garbage bag is wound on the winding drum, and the other end of the garbage bag passes through a guide gap of the first guide drum assembly and is sleeved on the periphery of the inner drum.

The bagging tool according to claim 2, wherein a flange is arranged at the upper end of the inner peripheral wall of the bottom box in a direction away from the accommodating cavity, the inner barrel is arranged on the upper end face of the workbench, a side wall of the lower part of the inner barrel is concavely formed with a avoidance position for the flange to extend in, a limit step is formed on the side wall of the inner barrel and on the upper part of the avoidance position, the limit step of the inner barrel is positioned right above the flange, a gap is reserved between the limit step and the flange, and the outer side face of the inner barrel, which is positioned in an area above the limit step, is flush with the inner side of the inner peripheral wall; the outer side of the peripheral wall of the bottom box is provided with a supporting step used for supporting the lower end of the outer barrel along the circumferential direction.

The bagging tool according to claim 2, wherein the positioning assembly comprises three positioning strips which are enclosed into a U shape, a limiting space for limiting the position of the garbage bag box and an opening for allowing a bottom box of the garbage bag box to enter the limiting space are formed between the three positioning strips, and the outer barrel is supported on the upper end faces of the positioning strips.
5. The bagging tool according to claim 2, wherein the fan is installed below the workbench, and an air inlet which is communicated with the fan and the inner cavity of the inner barrel is formed in the workbench.

The bagging tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the air blowing mechanism further comprises an air passage distributor and a pressure regulating valve, at least two spray heads are arranged on the top of the inner cylinder along the length direction, the air pipes comprise at least two air inlet pipes and at least two air outlet pipes, at least two air outlet joints and at least two air inlet joints are arranged on the air passage distributor, the at least two spray heads are correspondingly communicated with the at least two air outlet joints through the air inlet pipes, the at least two air inlet joints are correspondingly communicated with one ends of the at least two air outlet pipes, the other ends of the at least two air outlet pipes are communicated with an air source, and the pressure regulating valve is arranged on the air outlet pipes.

The bagging tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of annular grooves arranged along the height direction of the inner cylinder are formed in the outer side of the inner cylinder along the circumferential direction, and a plurality of air suction holes are uniformly distributed in the annular grooves along the circumferential direction.
8. A bagging method, characterized in that it is implemented by using the bagging tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
moving the garbage bag above the inner cylinder with the garbage bag opening facing the inner cylinder;
blowing upwards through a nozzle of the blowing mechanism to prop open the opening of the garbage bag;
sleeving the opened garbage bag outside the inner barrel from the upper end of the inner barrel, and enabling the garbage bag to be adsorbed and attached to the outer side of the inner barrel through an air suction mechanism and an air suction hole;
pulling the garbage bag downwards along the inner cylinder and pressing the garbage bag into the accommodating cavity of the bottom box;
after the garbage bag fills the accommodating cavity, the garbage bag is cut off.
