The working principle is as follows: when the roll paper splitting machine with the paper guiding and aligning function is used, one end of paper on an external feeding drum is placed on a rubber pad 407 on a base 406, then the paper sequentially passes through a space between two second drums 8 and a first drum 6, then one end of the paper is fixed on a drum 1210, then the first hydraulic cylinder 402, the first motor 9, the fan 1005, the second motor 1208 and the measurer 1202 are started through the control panel 13, the fixing plate 403 is driven to descend through the first hydraulic cylinder 402, the bottom of the pressing roller 404 is attached to the paper, wrinkles of the paper are removed, then the second connecting shaft 7 is driven to rotate through the first motor 9, the paper is guided and transported under the driving of the second drum 8, the paper is rolled on the first connecting shaft 5 through the rotation of the first drum 6, wrinkles are removed for the second time, and then the fan 1005 generates air flow when the paper is guided and transported, dust and scraps on paper enter a connecting pipe 1002 through a suction head 1001, then enter a dust collection box 1006 through a vertical pipe 1003 and a horizontal pipe 1004 for collection, a connecting seat 1207 and a rotating shaft 1206 are driven to rotate simultaneously through a second motor 1208, the paper is wound on a winding drum 1210, the thickness of the paper on the winding drum is measured through a measurer 1202, when the thickness of the paper on the winding drum 1210 reaches the cutting thickness, a first hydraulic cylinder 402, a first motor 9, a fan 1005 and a second motor 1208 are paused, a second hydraulic cylinder 1102 is started, a pressing plate 1103 is driven to move downwards through the second hydraulic cylinder 1102, the paper is attached to the upper end of a cutter 1106, then the paper passes through a pressing groove, the paper is cut by a cutting edge, then a cutting mechanism 11 is restored to the original position, then an electric telescopic rod 1204 is started, a fixing seat 1205 is moved outwards, and the rotating shaft 1206 is detached from the fixing seat 1205, the removal of the wound roll 1210 from the shaft 1206 is facilitated, and details not described in detail in this specification are well known to those skilled in the art.
