The working process of the full-automatic bonding device for the ceramic cup handle is as follows: the worker places the cup handles one by one on the input belt 14, with both ends of the cup handles supported on the input belt 14.
The input belt 14 conveys the cup handles to the position between the cup handle pushing plate 32 and the transfer clamping plates 35, then the conveying belt 14 stops working, the cup handle pushing cylinder 19 pushes the cup handle pushing plate 32 to move and pushes the corresponding cup handles on the input belt 14 to the position between the two transfer clamping plates 35, and then the cup handle pushing cylinder 19 drives the cup handle pushing plate 32 to reset.
The lifting cylinder 34 drives the clamping cylinder 33 to descend, the clamping cylinder 33 drives the two transfer clamping plates 35 to synchronously move inwards and clamp the cup handles, and at the moment, the lifting cylinder 34 drives the clamping cylinder 33 to ascend. The rotating motor drives the clamping cylinder 32 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the cup handle is located on the upper side of the placing belt 10, then the lifting cylinder 34 drives the clamping cylinder 33 to move downwards, the cup handle is placed on the placing belt 10, after placing, the lifting cylinder 34 drives the clamping cylinder 32 to ascend, and meanwhile the placing belt 10 runs for a certain distance. By repeating the steps, the cup handles can be uniformly placed on the placement belt 10.
The lifting motor 6 drives the lifting frame 7 to descend so that each cup handle enters between the corresponding first bonding clamping plate 24 and the corresponding second bonding clamping plate 23, the clamping motor 18 acts and drives the first bonding clamping plate 24 and the second bonding clamping plate 23 to move and clamp the cup handles, and then the lifting motor 6 drives the lifting frame 7 to ascend so that the cup handles are separated from the placing belt 10.
The translation motor 2 drives the translation frame 3 to move, and enables the cup handle to be located on the upper side of the corresponding brushing roller 12, at the moment, the lifting motor 6 drives the lifting frame 7 to descend, and enables the cup handle to be attached to the corresponding brushing roller 12, adhesive materials in the trough 11 are brushed to the end part of the cup handle in the rotation process of the brushing roller 12, and then the lifting motor 6 drives the lifting frame 7 to ascend, so that the cup handle is separated from the brushing roller 12.
