When the straight bar segment 41 is retracted inside the inside load beam 2111, the second threaded hole 21115 is coaxially opposed to the through hole 411. A second screw lock lever 6 is screwed into the second screw hole 21115. When the second screw hole 21115 is coaxially opposed to the through hole 411, the straight bar section 41 can be fixed inside the inner carrier 2111 by rotating the second screw lock bar 6 and inserting the second screw lock bar 6 into the through hole 411, and finally the position of the leg shield 3 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 3, a bracket 7 having a top end higher than the upper surface of the table top 1 is provided at the rear end of the table top 1.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the bracket 7 includes a cross bar 71 and rack bars 72 at two ends of the cross bar 71, and the rack bars 72 are welded to the cross bar 71. The rack bars 72 at both ends of the crossbar 71 are respectively opposite to the two outer carrier beams 2112 one to one. The rack bar 72 includes a sliding bar 721 sleeved inside the outer bearing beam 2112 and an arc bar 722 connecting the sliding bar 721 and the cross bar 71 together, the sliding bar 721 and the arc bar 722 are integrally formed. The top surface of the cross bar 71 is raised above the upper surface of the table top 1.
A second hinge seat 723 is arranged at one end of the sliding rod 721 far away from the arc-shaped rod 722, and the second hinge seat 723 is hinged with the sliding rod 721. The second hinge seat 723 and the sliding rod 721 are slidably coupled within the inner bore of the pair of outboard load beams 2112.
Second locking strips 21121 which are arranged along the length direction of the outer bearing beam 2112 are arranged on the left side pipe wall and the right side pipe wall of the outer bearing beam 2112, and the second locking strips 21121 and the outer bearing beam 2112 are integrally formed. A second locking groove 7231 matched with the second locking strip 21121 is formed in the positions, opposite to the second locking strip 21121, on the side walls of the left side and the right side of the second hinge seat 723, and the second locking strip 21121 is locked into the corresponding second locking groove 7231. Through the cooperation of the second locking groove 7231 and the second locking bar 21121, when the second hinge seat 723 is moved to the rear end of the outer bearing beam 2112, the second hinge seat 723 can still be stably located in the outer bearing beam 2112.
An opening 21122 is provided in the downwardly directed tube wall at the rear end of the outboard load beam 2112, through which opening 21122 the bracket 7 can be flipped down when the second hinge mount 723 is moved to the rear end of the outboard load beam 2112. When the bracket 7 is turned downward and the frame bar 72 is in a free-falling state, the connecting frame 4 and the leg shield 3 can pass through the space surrounded by the frame bar 72, the cross bar 71 and the table top 1 of the bracket.
The slide bar 721 is provided with a lock hole 7211 penetrating the slide bar 721 from the left side to the right side of the slide bar 721, a third screw hole 21124 penetrating the side wall of the outer carrier beam 2112 is provided in the left side wall or the right side wall of the outer carrier beam 2112, a third screw lock lever 8 is screwed into the third screw hole 21124, and when the slide bar 721 is retracted into the outer carrier beam 2112, the third screw hole 21124 is opposed to the lock hole 7211. The locking hole 7211 has a hole diameter such that the third threaded locking bar 8 can be inserted into the locking hole 7211. When the third threaded hole 21124 faces the locking hole 7211, the slide bar 721 can be fixed inside the outer carrier beam 2112 by inserting the third threaded locking bar 8 into the locking hole 7211.
A third threaded opening 21124 in the outer support beam 2112 at the left side of the table top 1 is provided in the left side wall of the outer support beam 2112. A third threaded opening 21124 in the outer support beam 2112 at the right side of the table top 1 is provided in the right side wall of the outer support beam 2112.
When the leg shield 3 is turned to the horizontal state and the rack bar 72 of the bracket 7 is turned upward to the initial state, the top end surface of the cross bar 71 of the bracket 7 and the surface gas cylinder facing downward of the leg shield 3. When the bracket 7 is pushed back into the outer support beam 2112, the bracket 7 abuts on the downward surface of the leg shield 3, and the bracket 7 supports the leg shield 3.
Referring to fig. 8, the table top 1 includes a main panel 11 and a folding portion 12, the main panel 11 is fixed to the top shelf 21. The folding portion 12 includes a first folding plate 121 connected to the main panel 11 by a hinge shaft, a second folding plate 122 is disposed on a side of the first folding plate 121 opposite to the main panel 11, and the first folding plate 121 and the second folding plate 122 are connected by a hinge.
When the leg guard 3 is turned upwards, the second folding plate 122 and the first folding plate 121 are turned to an included angle state, at this time, the first folding plate 121 is in an upwards inclined state, and the second folding plate 122 is in a downwards inclined state. By folding the first folding plate 121 and the second folding plate 122, the notch 21111 at the rear end of the inner carrier bar 2111 is exposed, and the connecting bracket 4 can be turned upward.
When the first folding plate 121 is used, a document can be supported so that the document is in an inclined state, thereby facilitating a person to look over.
The implementation principle of a novel hidden double-deck desk of this application embodiment does: during heavy duty, the third screw locking bar 8 is first disengaged from the locking hole 7211, and the bracket 7 is pulled in the rear direction until the leg shield 3 can be turned over from between the cross bar 71 and the table top 1. The second screw locking lever 6 is controlled to be disengaged from the through hole 411, and the connecting bracket 4 and the leg shield 3 are pulled toward the rear end until the first hinge seat 43 reaches the rear end of the inner carrier 2111. When the first hinge seat 43 reaches the rear end of the inner carrier beam 2111, the first screw lock lever 5 is controlled to be inserted into the insertion hole 432, the first hinge seat 43 is fixed at the rear end of the inner carrier beam 2111, and then the link bracket 4 and the leg shield 3 are turned upward. When the connecting frame 4 and the leg blocking plate 3 are turned upwards, the bracket 7 is reset, the leg blocking plate 3 is abutted to the cross bar 71 of the bracket 7, and the leg blocking plate 3 is in a horizontal state, so that a double-layer office table is formed.
Example two
The embodiment of the application discloses novel hidden double-deck desk.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is: the table top board 1 is a flat board and is connected to the top layer frame 21 in a sliding manner. The movement direction of the desktop plate 1 is arranged from the front end to the rear end of the office desk. The bottom end of the table top plate 1 is provided with a slide bar 13 arranged from left to right, and two ends of the slide bar 13 are respectively fixed with the table top plate 1 through connecting blocks 14.
The two inner support beams 2111 are provided with adjustment grooves 21116, and the adjustment grooves 21116 penetrate the inner support beams 2111 from the left side to the right side of the inner support beams 2111. The length of the adjustment slot 21116 is set along the length direction of the inner side load beam 2111. The slider bar 13 extends through the adjustment slots 21116 of the two inboard load beams 2111 and slides within the adjustment slots 21116.
When the leg shield 3 is turned up, the table top 1 is pushed by the connecting frame 4 to move toward the front end of the desk, and when the leg shield 3 is rotated to be horizontal, the sliding rod 13 moves to the adjusting slot 21116 at one end of the front end of the desk.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment of the application discloses novel hidden double-deck desk.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is: the table top board 1 is fixed on the top layer frame body 21. The rear ends of the inner bearing beams 2111 extend out from the rear end of the table top plate 1, so that the openings 21111 at the rear ends of the inner bearing beams 2111 are exposed. When the connecting frame 5 is turned upwards, the table top board 1 can not cause interference to the connecting frame 5.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
