The propeller 2 is used as power for advancing the hull 1, and the steering lever 12 is operated to rotate the impeller 10 in the direction to steer the entire hull 1. The invention adjusts the inclination angle of the mounting rack 4 by manually operating the worm screw lifter 14, so that the plane of the mounting rack 4 is parallel to the channel side slope 31, thereby adapting to the slope 31 of different channels or different river sections. The inclination angle of the algae conveying mechanism 6 is supported and positioned by adopting the two supporting and adjusting rod pieces 8, so that a small gap is kept between the cutting knife assembly 7 and the channel side slope 31, and the cutting knife assembly 7 can harvest algae more thoroughly. The cutter assembly 7 adopts a cutter similar to a wheat combine harvester, and comprises a fixed cutter part and a movable cutter part, wherein the movable cutter part moves left and right on the surface of the fixed cutter part in a reciprocating manner to cut algae.
The front side of the support adjusting rod 8 is provided with a plurality of positioning slots 28 along the height direction, so that after the support wheel 33 is contacted with the channel side slope 31, the positioning pin 29 can be clamped into one corresponding positioning slot 28, and the support rod and the material guide baffle 21 are fastened and connected into a whole through a locking nut.
After the harvested algae fall onto the ship body 1, the algae can be adhered to the conveying net, the cleaning roller brush is driven to rotate by the cleaning motor, the surface of the conveying net which rotates to the lower half is cleaned, and therefore the phenomenon that the algae are immersed into water along with the conveying net to affect water quality can be avoided.
Because the conveying net and the cutting knife assembly 7 are high at the left and low at the right, the harvested algae slides off at the right side of the cutting knife assembly 7, and therefore, the front end of the guide baffle 21 at the right side extends forwards to the right side of the cutting knife assembly 7, and the harvested algae can be prevented from sliding off to the right.
A spring can be arranged between the supporting wheel 33 and the conveying frame 19, after the supporting wheel 33 is contacted with the channel side slope 31, the clearance between the cutting knife assembly 7 and the surface of the channel side slope 31 can be adjusted through the clamping matching of the positioning pin shaft 29 and different positioning clamping grooves 28, even the bottom surface of the fixed knife part can be directly in sliding contact with the channel side slope 31, and after the movable knife part harvests algae, the fixed knife part can further thoroughly remove the root of the algae on the side slope 31.
The ship body 1 of the invention adopts a flat plate type structure, the left side and the right side are parallel to the channel side slope 31, the ship body can more easily guide when moving along the channel side slope 31, and the ship body has good stability.
