本发明公开了一种粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜及其制备方法和应用,该粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,外表层为聚酯薄膜层,中间层为铝箔层,内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层。制备方法包括将聚酯薄膜、铝箔、马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜采用粘合剂进行复合,即得盖膜。本发明的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜能够同时满足密封性好和易于揭开的优点,制备方法成本低、工艺简单可控,适合规模化生产。

粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
塑料输液袋是一种广泛使用的药品包装,为了适应不同场合条件下的快速使用,一种可以将药物粉剂和液体溶剂隔离开的新型粉液双室袋应运而生,粉液双室袋常常通过弱焊的方式将输液袋隔成两个独立的封闭腔室,两室中分别封装不同的药物(如药粉/生理盐水),在使用前通过挤压使两个腔室之间的弱封口带(10-30mm)打开,实现注射用溶液与药物粉剂的混合,从而快速完成配药过程。粉液双室袋的主要优点为:①可以实现快速精准配药;②配药过程操作简单,无需专业培训;③配药过程完全密闭,无外界污染现象产生;④携带方便;⑤适用面广,尤其在医护资源比较缺乏的抢险、救灾、野外等条件下其应用优势更加凸显。
为确保输液袋内粉剂药物的稳定性,通常在粉剂外袋表面通过热封的方式,覆盖一层具有遮光性好、阻水阻气性好的铝塑复合盖膜。对铝塑复合盖膜的要求是:密封性好、使用时容易从输液袋表面揭开。然而,目前铝塑复合盖膜在应用过程中常常出现要么密封后撕不开、要么密封性不好容易自开或者掉落等问题,通过调节热封温度和压力,效果不明显,为此,研究和开发新的铝塑复合盖膜十分必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种不仅密封性好且易于揭开的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜及其制备方法和应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,所述外表层为聚酯薄膜层,所述中间层为铝箔层,所述内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,优选的,所述聚酯薄膜层的厚度为5μm~20μm,所述铝箔层的厚度为5μm~20μm,所述马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层的厚度为10μm~90μm。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,优选的,所述马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层的孔径为0.01μm~0.5μm。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,优选的,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将低密度聚乙烯加热至熔融,加入马来酸酐和引发剂进行熔融接枝,然后回流萃取和干燥,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯;
(2)将马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇混合,制备成马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯薄膜,然后将薄膜置于水中浸泡,使薄膜中的聚乙烯醇溶解出来,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,优选的,步骤(1)中,所述低密度聚乙烯与马来酸酐的质量比为10~100∶0.1~1,所述引发剂的质量为所述低密度聚乙烯质量的0.01%~0.3%;步骤(2)中,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯醇的质量比为5∶1~2。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,优选的,步骤(1)中,所述加热的温度为130℃~150℃,所述熔融接枝的时间为5min~15min,采用二甲苯回流萃取10min~30min,所述干燥的时间为1h~20h。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,优选的,步骤(2)中,制备薄膜的方法包括挤出流延法、压延法、挤出吹塑法或双向拉伸法,所述聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇1788和/或聚乙烯醇1799,所述水中浸泡的温度为20℃~50℃。
作为一个总的技术构思,本发明还提供一种上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将聚酯薄膜和铝箔采用粘合剂进行复合,得到聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜;
S2、将聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜的铝箔表面与马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜采用粘合剂进行复合,经熟化后,得到粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜。
上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,优选的,步骤S1和步骤S2中,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂;步骤S2中,所述熟化的时间为24h~48h。
作为一个总的技术构思,本发明还提供一种上述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜或者上述的制备方法制得的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜在药品包装领域的应用。
本发明中,所述聚酯薄膜、铝箔为市售食品、药品包装用聚酯薄膜和铝箔。
本发明中,优选的,聚酯薄膜层的聚酯包括PET 7、PET 8、PET12和PET15中的一种或多种,但不限于此。
本发明中,低密度聚乙烯为流延级低密度聚乙烯或吹塑级低密度聚乙烯,低密度聚乙烯的密度为0.91g/cm3~0.93g/cm3
本发明中,外表层即外层,内表层即内层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明采用马来酸钙接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜作为盖膜的内表层(热封层)材料,使盖膜既易于热封,也易于揭开,可同时实现密封性好且易于揭开的目标,且多孔膜层与铝箔具有良好的粘合性,不用更换现有的粘合剂,原材料成本低。
(2)本发明的制备方法具有成本低、工艺简单可控等优点,适合规模化生产。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图和具体优选的实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。以下实施例中所采用的材料和仪器均为市售。
实施例1
一种本发明的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,如图1所示,由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,外表层为聚酯薄膜层1,中间层为铝箔层2,内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3。
本实施例中,聚酯薄膜层1的厚度为8μm,铝箔层2的厚度为7μm,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3的厚度为70μm。
本实施例中,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)称量10克低密度聚乙烯放入旋转流变仪中,将温度加热到130℃使低密度聚乙烯熔融,然后加入0.1克的马来酸酐和0.01g的引发剂,熔融接枝5分钟,再用二甲苯回流萃取10分钟,干燥1小时后,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯;
(2)将马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇1788以5∶1的质量比混合均匀,通过挤出流延法得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯薄膜,然后将薄膜置于50℃的水中浸泡,使薄膜中的聚乙烯醇溶解出来,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜,孔径为0.01μm-0.1μm。
一种本实施例的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过在复合机上将厚度为8μm的聚酯薄膜涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与厚度为7μm的铝箔复合,得到聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜;
(2)在聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜的铝箔表面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂,与上述马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜复合,熟化24h后,得到粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜。
经测试,该粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜在140-170℃之间与双室袋的热封强度为4.097-7.087N/15mm。
实施例2
一种本发明的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,外表层为聚酯薄膜层1,中间层为铝箔层2,内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3。
本实施例中,聚酯薄膜层1的厚度为7μm,铝箔层2的厚度为12μm,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3的厚度为50μm。
本实施例中,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜的制备过程与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇1788的质量比为5∶2,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜,孔径为0.1μm-0.5μm。
一种本实施例的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过在复合机上将聚酯薄膜涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与铝箔复合,得到聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜,聚酯薄膜的厚度为7μm,铝箔的厚度为12μm;
(2)在聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜的铝箔表面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与厚度为50μm的马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜复合,熟化48h后,得到粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜。
实施例3
一种本发明的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,外表层为聚酯薄膜层1,中间层为铝箔层2,内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3。
本实施例中,聚酯薄膜层1的厚度为15μm,铝箔层2的厚度为12μm,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3的厚度为35μm。
本实施例中,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜的制备过程与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇1788的质量比为5∶1.8,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜,孔径为0.03μm-0.2μm。
一种上述本实施例的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在复合机上将聚酯薄膜涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与铝箔复合,然后在铝箔表面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜复合,熟化36h后,得到粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜。
实施例4

一种本发明的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,外表层为聚酯薄膜层1,中间层为铝箔层2,内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3。
本实施例中,聚酯薄膜层1的厚度为12μm,铝箔层2的厚度为9μm,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层3的厚度为60μm。
本实施例中,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜的制备过程与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇1788的质量比为5∶1.7,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜,孔径为0.05μm-0.08μm。
一种上述本实施例的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
首先通过在复合机上将聚酯薄膜涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与铝箔复合,然后在铝箔表面涂布聚氨酯粘合剂与马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜复合,熟化40h后,得到粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜。
实施例1-5得到的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜在130℃-180℃范围内与粉液双室袋热封后都有很好的密封性,并且容易从输液袋表面揭开,在这个温度范围揭开的力与热封温度正相关,温度越高需要的揭开力越大,温度越低揭需要的揭开力越小,药厂可以轻松调节揭开力的大小,直至找到最佳点。可见,本发明所制作的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜能同时满足粉液双室袋的药效保证和快速使用的要求。
对比用普通低密度聚乙烯膜复合而成的铝塑复合盖膜,在130℃-180℃范围内与粉液双室袋热封时,如果温度偏高盖膜与粉液双室袋封合后就完全封住了盖膜没办法从其表面揭开,但如果温度降低一点时,盖膜与粉液双室袋封合后强度就很差,手轻轻一拉,盖膜就立即从粉液双室袋脱落下来。这是因为在盖膜与粉液双室袋热封时,当温度达到熔化点后,盖膜的低密度聚乙烯膜层与粉液双室袋表层聚乙烯相互熔融渗透,形成很强的分子结合力,所以揭不开,但当温度未达到或者仅仅接近熔化点后,盖膜的低密度聚乙烯膜层与粉液双室袋表层聚乙烯相互熔融渗透的程度很低,分子结合力低,所以盖膜难以封住粉液双室袋表层。本发明所制备的盖膜与粉液双室袋表层聚乙烯相互熔融渗透时,由于盖膜的热封层是马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜,微孔的存在大大降低了两者的的分子结合力,从而达到了既能保证盖膜可以封住粉液双室袋表层又能在一定力的作用下把盖膜从粉液双室袋表层揭开。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制。虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而并非用以限定本发明。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神实质和技术方案的情况下,都可利用上述揭示的方法和技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同替换、等效变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,由外表层、中间层和内表层组成,所述外表层为聚酯薄膜层,所述中间层为铝箔层,所述内表层为马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,所述聚酯薄膜层的厚度为5μm~20μm,所述铝箔层的厚度为5μm~20μm,所述马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层的厚度为10μm~90μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,所述马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜层的孔径为0.01μm~0.5μm。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜的制备包括以下步骤:
(1)将低密度聚乙烯加热至熔融,加入马来酸酐和引发剂进行熔融接枝,然后回流萃取和干燥,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯;
(2)将马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯和聚乙烯醇混合,制备成马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯薄膜,然后将薄膜置于水中浸泡,使薄膜中的聚乙烯醇溶解出来,得到马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述低密度聚乙烯与马来酸酐的质量比为10~100∶0.1~1,所述引发剂的质量为所述低密度聚乙烯质量的0.01%~0.3%;步骤(2)中,马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯与聚乙烯醇的质量比为5∶1~2。
6.根据权利要求4所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述加热的温度为130℃~150℃,所述熔融接枝的时间为5min~15min,采用二甲苯回流萃取10min~30min,所述干燥的时间为1h~20h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,制备薄膜的方法包括挤出流延法、压延法、挤出吹塑法或双向拉伸法,所述聚乙烯醇为聚乙烯醇1788和/或聚乙烯醇1799,所述水中浸泡的温度为20℃~50℃。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将聚酯薄膜和铝箔采用粘合剂进行复合,得到聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜;
S2、将聚酯薄膜/铝箔复合膜的铝箔表面与马来酸酐接枝低密度聚乙烯多孔膜采用粘合剂进行复合,经熟化后,得到粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1和步骤S2中,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂;步骤S2中,所述熟化的时间为24h~48h。
10.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜或者如权利要求8或9所述的制备方法制得的粉液双室袋用铝塑复合盖膜在药品包装领域中的应用。
