The specific operation flow is as follows:
the enameled wire 16 after the cooling enters into the inner space of the body 1 along the inlet 11, the enameled wire 16 entering along the inlet 11 is immersed into lubricating oil by using the oiling device, so that the lubricating oil is fully adhered to the surface of the enameled wire 16, the motor 2 synchronously drives the oiling device to rotate in the rotating process, the enameled wire 16 adhered with the lubricating oil respectively penetrates through the oil scraping device and the outlet 14 to extend to the outer space of the body 1, the enameled wire 16 penetrates through the oil scraping device, the oil scraping device can effectively scrape redundant lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire 16, the lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottoms of the oiling device and the oil scraping device, the lifting mechanism is used for supporting the lubricating oil, the lifting mechanism drives the lubricating oil inside the body 1 to move upwards along with gradual reduction of the lubricating oil inside the body 1, and the liquid level height of the lubricating oil inside the body 1 is always larger than that of the oiling device.
Lubricating oil is deposited in movable plate 12 upper surface space, the lubricating oil of body 1 inside reduces gradually in the use, meanwhile, elevating gear drives the lubricating oil of movable plate 12 and movable plate 12 upper surface upwards to remove, the liquid level height of the inside lubricating oil of body 1 is greater than the height of recess 212 bottom all the time, pass along the recess 212 bottom when enameled wire 16, make enameled wire 16 can fully contact with lubricating oil, axis of rotation and roller 21 fixed connection through motor 2, motor 2 drives roller 21 rotation in step at pivoted in-process, because roller 21 fixedly connected with evenly set up spacing wheel 211, make roller 21 drive spacing wheel 211 rotation in step at pivoted in-process.
The friction between the enameled wire 16 and the limiting wheel 211 can be effectively reduced by utilizing the characteristics of high lubrication non-viscosity and good ageing resistance of PTFE when the limiting wheel 211 is made of wear-resistant rubber materials.
When the enameled wire 16 passes through the right outlet of the scraper 3, the right outlet of the scraper 3 fully wraps the surface of the enameled wire 16, so that redundant lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire 16 is scraped by the scraper 3, and as part of lubricating oil on the surface of the scraped enameled wire 16 at the right outlet of the scraper 3 remains at the right outlet of the scraper 3, when less lubricating oil is adhered to the surface of the enameled wire 16, less lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire 16 flows out along the right outlet of the scraper 3, the residual lubricating oil at the right outlet of the scraper 3 can be smeared at the less lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire 16, so that the redundant lubricating oil on the surface of the scraped enameled wire 16 by the scraper 3 enters the inner space of the collecting box 31 along the communicating groove 34.
When the liquid level of the lubricating oil collected inside the collection box 31 is greater than the position height of the oil outlet 132, the lubricating oil inside the collection box 31 enters the upper surface space of the moving plate 12 along the oil outlet 132.
When the enameled wire 16 flows out along the outlet on the right side of the scraper 3, the oil wiping mechanism in the scraper 3 is preferentially contacted with the surface of the enameled wire 16, and wipes redundant lubricating oil on the outer surface of the enameled wire 16.
When the enameled wire 16 flows out along the outlet on the right side of the scraper 3, the sponge layer 32 in the scraper 3 fully wraps the outer surface of the enameled wire 16, the lubricating oil on the outer surface of the enameled wire 16 is wiped, the enameled wire 16 enters the space in the scraper 3 and then contacts with the oil absorbing cotton thread 33, and the oil absorbing cotton thread 33 contacts with the enameled wire 16 and then absorbs redundant lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire 16 into the oil absorbing cotton thread 33.
In the initial state, as the upper surface space of the moving plate 12 is stored with the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil on the upper surface of the moving plate 12 is gradually reduced along with the lubrication of the enameled wire 16, the weight of the balancing weight 43 is fixed, the balancing weight 43 applies pressure to the second air bag 41, the air in the second air bag 41 enters the inner space of the first air bag 4 along the air guide pipe 42, and the first air bag 4 drives the moving plate 12 to move upwards along with the gradual increase of the air in the first air bag 4, so that the liquid level of the lubricating oil in the upper surface space of the moving plate 12 is always greater than the bottom of the groove 212.
The protective cover 15 is arranged above the roll shaft 21, so that the situation that the limit wheels 211 drive lubricating oil to splash to the top of the body 1 in the rotating process can be effectively avoided.
