When the level of the lubricating oil collected inside the collection box 31 is higher than the height of the oil outlet 132, the lubricating oil inside the collection box 31 enters the upper surface space of the moving plate 12 along the oil outlet 132.
When the enameled wire 16 flows out along the outlet at the right side of the scraper 3, the oil wiping mechanism inside the scraper 3 preferentially contacts with the surface of the enameled wire 16, and wipes off the redundant lubricating oil on the outer surface of the enameled wire 16.
When the enameled wire 16 flows out along the right side exit of scraper blade 3, the sponge layer 32 inside the scraper blade 3 fully wraps the outer surface of the enameled wire 16, and wipes the lubricating oil on the outer surface of the enameled wire 16, the enameled wire 16 enters the space in the scraper blade 3 and then contacts with the oil absorption cotton wire 33, and the oil absorption cotton wire 33 contacts with the enameled wire 16 and then draws the redundant lubricating oil on the surface of the enameled wire 16 to the inside of the oil absorption cotton wire 33.
Because the lubricating oil is deposited in the upper surface space of the moving plate 12 in the initial state, the lubricating oil on the upper surface of the moving plate 12 is gradually reduced along with the lubricating use of the enameled wires 16, the weight of the counter weight 43 is fixed and unchanged, the counter weight 43 applies pressure to the second air bag 41, the gas inside the second air bag 41 enters the space in the first air bag 4 along the air duct 42, along with the gradual increase of the gas inside the first air bag 4, the first air bag 4 drives the moving plate 12 to move upwards, and therefore the liquid level height of the lubricating oil in the upper surface space of the moving plate 12 is always greater than the bottom of the groove 212.
Install protection casing 15 through the top at roller 21 to can effectively avoid spacing wheel 211 to drive lubricating oil at the pivoted process and sputter body 1 top.
