技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材领域,尤其涉及一种结合多种健身方式的拉力健身器材。
背景技术
一般拉力绳通过拉扯绳体后所产生的弹力来对手臂和胸肌提供阻力训练,进而达到肌肉锻炼效果,并通过脚踩或将弹力绳固定于平面如墙面上等固定方式,加强训练效果,但这些固定方式却有不稳固的风险,有可能造成运动伤害或意外;阶梯踏板是一种用于有氧运动的辅助设备,具有一板体及连接于板体底部两侧的支撑座,通过支撑座使板体与地面之间呈一间距,供用户上、下踩踏进行犹如上、下楼梯的运动效果。
前述的两种健身器材皆各别提供单一健身功能,仅局限于单一部位如上半身或下半身的锻炼,用户很容易在使用一段时间后因单调无趣而难以持之以恒。此外,对制造业者而言,需针对各领域开发不同类型和种类的健身器材,浪费生产成本,实不符优选的产业利用效益者。
为了提供用户兼具多种运动方式及实用性高的运动器材,市面上有许多结合拉力绳的踏板,通过拉绳训练手臂及胸肌,并配合踏板完成多种运动姿势,达致多功能运动效果,相关技术也公开于国内专利证号231535案和M320408案等说明内容。
但是,上述将拉力绳和踏板结合的健身器材,其拉绳皆具有固定的伸缩弹力,无法为用户提供更高强度的训练。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是在于提供一种拉力健身器材,除了结合阶梯踏板和拉力绳之外,还可通过一阻力装置来调整拉力绳的弹力,提高训练效果的同时,提供多样化的运动方式。
为了达成前述目的,本发明为一种拉力健身器材,包含有一本体、一阻力装置、一收卷单元以及一拉力绳组,该本体具有一基座和一罩盖,该罩盖盖设于该基座,该基座和该罩盖之间形成一容置空间,该阻力装置设于该容置空间且具有一控制单元和一可转动的传动单元,该传动单元包含一皮带轮组、一第一心轴和一单向棘轮,该单向棘轮设于该第一心轴和该皮带轮组之间,该收卷单元邻于该阻力装置,该收卷单元具有一第二心轴、一第一带轮及一第二带轮,该第一带轮和该第二带轮相互间隔且可转动地设于该第二心轴,该拉力绳组具有一拉绳和一弹力绳,该拉绳一段绕设于该第一带轮,该拉绳另一段显露于该本体的罩盖外部,该弹力绳一段绕设于该第二带轮,该弹力绳另一段固定于该本体的基座,该控制单元对该传动单元提供一抵抗转动的阻力,该阻力通过该皮带轮组传递至该收卷单元,以控制该拉力绳组被拉伸的难易度。
优选的,该传动单元的该皮带轮组还包含一第一皮带轮、一第二皮带轮以及一皮带,该第一皮带轮可转动地设于该第一心轴,该第二皮带轮可转动地设于该第二心轴,该第一皮带轮通过该皮带连接该第二皮带轮。
优选的,该传动单元的该单向棘轮位于该第一心轴和该第一皮带轮之间。

本发明优选实施例所提供的拉力健身器材1,是一结合了阶梯踏板和可调整弹力的拉力绳的健身器材,包含一踏板10、一阻力装置20、一收卷单元30以及一拉力绳组40。
请首先参考图1及图2。踏板10包含一本体12、至少两个支撑座14以及一卧推组16,本体12具有一基座121和一123罩盖122,基座121是以一平面长方板体作为举例,123罩盖122包含一罩盖本体123和一环壁124,环壁124一体地连接于罩盖本体123周缘,使得两者与基座121共同围绕出一容置空间13。罩盖本体123具有两个长侧边和两个短侧边,概呈一长方体,罩盖本体123具有两个间隔设置的第一开口125、一第一容置部126、两个收纳槽127以及两个定位槽128,第一容置部126位于罩盖本体123的一侧,第一容置部126的两相对端各别设有一卡接槽129,两个收纳槽127间隔设置于罩盖本体123且平行于其长侧边,两个定位槽128间隔设置且垂直于收纳槽127。
本发明的拉力健身器材1还包含两个移动轮80,间隔设于基座121一端,让用户使用拉力健身器材1完毕后,轻易地通过移动轮80将拉力健身器材1移动至收纳区。一承接板70,设置于基座121和支撑座14之间,承接板70包含一承接本体72,承接本体72对应基座121的移动轮80的位置设有两个间隔设置的凹窝74,用以容置移动轮80,承接本体72底部两相对端设有多个嵌卡槽76,用以达成承接板70与支撑座14之间的组装。
如图3所示,支撑座14包含一支撑座本体141、一凸部143和一凹部144,凸部143设于支撑座本体141顶部对应嵌卡槽76的位置,凹部144设于支撑座本体141底部对应凸部143的位置,支撑座14通过将凸部143嵌卡于承接板70的嵌卡槽76将支撑座14组装于承接板70底部,而支撑座14之间的组装还可通过凸部143和凹部144之间的嵌卡关系来完成,用户可根据需求选择性地设置一对或一对以上的支撑座14,使本体12与地面之间呈一间距,用户即可进行犹如上、下楼梯的阶梯有氧踏板运动。

除此之外,本体12外部可选择地设置一荧幕显示器15,用以显示相关数值如阻力装置20的阻力数值、拉伸拉力绳组40的训练次数等,荧幕显示器15一侧设有一控制按钮组17,方便用户调整阻力装置20的阻力数值。
通过上述实施例的卧推组16设计,除了传统的站立锻炼和坐姿锻炼之外,当用户需要训练时,可选择将卧推组16如图5所示地组装于本体12上,首先将卧推板162的连接凸肋169嵌卡于定位槽128,使卧推板162垂直设置于罩盖本体123,之后再将支撑轴165穿过穿孔164b后,将穿设于穿孔164b内的支撑轴165连同支撑板164一同卡接于容置槽168,此时支撑板164直立于地面且稳固地支撑住卧推板162,让用户可平躺在卧推板162上锻炼;当用户结束锻炼后,先将支撑板164连同支撑轴165一并取出来后,放置于第一容置部126内,使突出于穿孔164b两端的支撑轴165卡接于卡接槽129,再将卧推板162的第二容置部166对齐第一容置部126,将连接凸肋169嵌卡于收纳槽127内,进而将卧推组16收纳于罩盖122上。
请参考图6至图8,本优选实施例的阻力装置20、收卷单元30以及拉力绳组40各以两组作为举例,分置于容置空间13左右两相对侧,其中,每一阻力装置20邻设于一收卷单元30,拉力绳组40的一段绕设于收卷单元30,拉力绳组40的另一段则露出本体12外部,并连接一供用户握持的把环50,通过用户拉动拉力绳组40驱使收卷单元30的转动,并通过阻力装置20提供一阻力于收卷单元30,用户需施予更大的力气克服阻力方能拉动拉力绳组40,进而达到锻炼效果。
本优选实施例的阻力装置20包含一控制单元21和一传动单元22,其中,控制单元21邻设于传动单元22,控制单元21是以一个或一个以上的电磁铁作为举例,并通过一端子26电性连接一电源,本发明优选实施例的电源是以市电作为举例,传动单元22则包括一第一心轴23以及一飞轮24,飞轮24是一铝制飞轮,飞轮24具有一第一卡槽241,第一心轴23具有一与第一卡槽241相对应的第二卡槽231,并通过插入一插梢25于第一卡槽241和第二卡槽231之间而予以定位。本优选实施例的飞轮24邻设于电磁铁,当电源提供电流至电磁铁时,电磁铁周遭产生磁场变化,使飞轮24受到磁滞现象,进而提供阻力于收卷单元30,磁场越强,则施于拉收卷单元30的阻力越大。
另一方面,传动单元22还包含一皮带轮组27。本优选实施例的皮带轮组27进一步包括一第一皮带轮271、一第二皮带轮272和一皮带29,皮带29连接第一皮带轮271和第二皮带轮272。
收卷单元30,包含一第二心轴32、一第一带轮34、一第二带轮36、一第一导轮组37以及一第二导轮组38,其中,第二心轴32邻设于传动单元22,第二心轴32同时为第一带轮34和第二带轮36的转轴,并通过一盖板31固定于容置空间13内。换言之,第一带轮34和第二带轮36以相互间隔的方式同轴且可转动的设于第二心轴32,第一带轮34和第二带轮36的顶面皆设有一穿孔35。本优选实施例的收卷单元30是以铝制材料作为举例,也可是任何金属材料。
详而言之,第一皮带轮271设于第一心轴23,第二皮带轮272设于第二心轴32,通过皮带29将第二皮带轮272的旋转运动传递至第一皮带轮271,使第一心轴23跟着第二心轴32一起作动;此外,第一心轴23还包含一单向棘轮232和一培林233,其中,培林233邻设于单向棘轮232,用以保持第一心轴23的轴中心位置,单向棘轮232和培林233共同设于第一心轴23和第一皮带轮271之间,使动力仅能从第二心轴32单向传递至第一心轴23,进而导致飞轮24只可以单一方向转动。
第一导轮组37是以一转轴371、一导向轴372和两个导轮39作为举例,转轴371和导向轴372相互邻设且位于第二心轴32临近第一开口125的位置,其中之一的导轮39设于转轴371,另一导轮39则设于导向轴372;第二导轮组38则包含一第一转轴381、一第二转轴382、一第三转轴383、一第四转轴384、一第五转轴385以及多个导轮39,第二至第五转轴(382~385)依序且相间隔且环设于阻力装置20和收卷单元30,第一转轴381设于第二转轴382和第五转轴385之间,距离第二心轴32较近的位置,其中,第五转轴385的长度比第一至第四转轴(381~384)的长度短,第一转轴381设有一导轮39,第二、第三转轴382、383各是以两个导轮39作为举例,第四、第五转轴384、385各以一个导轮39作为举例,第一、第四转轴381、384的导轮39与基座121之间各呈一间隔。
拉力绳组40,具有一拉绳42和一弹力绳44,其中,拉绳42的一段以打结的方式固定于第一带轮34的穿孔35后,绕设于第一带轮34,拉绳42的另一段依序绕过转轴371和导向轴372的导轮39后,通过本体12的第一开口125伸出本体12;弹力绳44的一段以打结的方式固定于第二带轮36的穿孔35,并绕设于第二带轮36,弹力绳44的另一段自第二带轮36拉出,经由第一转轴381的导轮39的导向,依序绕过第二至第五转轴(382~385)的导轮39后,固定于一勾部60,本优选实施例的勾部60邻设于第四转轴384的位置。需加以说明的是,拉绳42在第一带轮34和第一导轮组37的绕设方向与弹力绳44在该第二带轮36和第二导轮组38的绕设方向呈相反,而弹力绳44的弹性比拉绳42的弹性高。
经由上述组成构件,在实际应用时,用户或踩或坐或躺于踏板10上,双手各握住拉绳42的把环50,通过控制按钮组17调整阻力装置20的阻力大小来控制收卷单元30的转动难易度,详而言之,当用户将拉绳42拉出踏板10时,拉绳42带动第一导轮组37及第一带轮34朝第一方向转动,进而同步旋转第二心轴32,第二心轴32的转动则同步带动同轴的第二带轮36和第二皮带轮272朝第一方向旋转,如此一来,与拉绳42具有相反绕设方向的弹力绳44被收卷回第二带轮36,且呈一拉伸状态,而第一皮带轮271通过皮带29和第二皮带轮272的带动同步旋转,使同轴的单向棘轮232在同步旋转时带动第一心轴23朝第一方向同步转动,进而连动插梢25使其带动飞轮24转动。
当用户移除施于拉绳42的力时,弹力绳44的弹力会带动处于拉伸状态的弹力绳44复位,进而提供反向拉力,使第二带轮36被顺势拉动朝第二方向转动,并同步驱使第二心轴32朝第二方向转动,而同轴的第一带轮34则通过第二心轴32的带动同步转动,顺势将拉绳42收卷回第一带轮34,而第一皮带轮271则通过皮带29和第二皮带轮272的带动同步朝第二方向旋转,此时,单向棘轮232的单向运动机构使弹力绳44的反向拉力无法传递至第一心轴23与飞轮24,而飞轮24的转动惯量也无法通过第一皮带轮271传递至第二心轴32,进而使第一心轴23与飞轮24处于空转状态。
由上述可知,当用户双手同时或左右交替反复对拉绳42施加拉力时,本发明的拉力健身器材1通过电磁铁的磁场与飞轮24相互感应产生一磁吸力,阻碍第一心轴23和飞轮24的转动,用户需施于拉绳42更大的力量,克服第一心轴23的转动阻力,方能将拉绳42拉扯出本体12,借此能有效增强胸肌及手臂肌肉训练强度。本发明结合阶梯踏板和拉力绳,用户可选择地运动上半身及下半身,除了可锻炼不同部位之外,还能通过可调式阻力装置20如电磁铁和铝制飞轮控制与调整拉力绳的拉扯难易度,为用户提供实用及使用趣味性的运动器材。
Claims (12)
1.一种拉力健身器材,包含:
一本体,具有一基座和一罩盖,该罩盖盖设于该基座,该基座和该罩盖之间形成一容置空间;
一阻力装置,设于该容置空间且具有一控制单元和一可转动的传动单元,该传动单元包含一皮带轮组、一第一心轴和一单向棘轮,该单向棘轮设于该第一心轴和该皮带轮组之间;
一收卷单元,邻于该阻力装置,该收卷单元具有一第二心轴、一第一带轮及一第二带轮,该第一带轮和该第二带轮相互间隔且可转动地设于该第二心轴;以及
一拉力绳组,具有一拉绳和一弹力绳,该拉绳一段绕设于该第一带轮,该拉绳另一段显露于该本体的罩盖外部,该弹力绳一段绕设于该第二带轮,该弹力绳另一段固定于该本体的基座,该控制单元对该传动单元提供一抵抗转动的阻力,该阻力通过该皮带轮组传递至该收卷单元,以控制该拉力绳组被拉伸的难易度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉力健身器材,其中该传动单元的该皮带轮组还包含一第一皮带轮、一第二皮带轮以及一皮带,该第一皮带轮可转动地设于该第一心轴,该第二皮带轮可转动地设于该第二心轴,该第一皮带轮通过该皮带连接该第二皮带轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的拉力健身器材,其中该传动单元的该单向棘轮位于该第一心轴和该第一皮带轮之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拉力健身器材,其中该传动单元还包含一飞轮和一插梢,该飞轮具有一第一卡槽,该第一心轴具有对应该第一卡槽的一第二卡槽,该插梢插设于该第一卡槽和该第二卡槽之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的拉力健身器材,其中该收卷单元还包括一第一导轮组和一第二导轮组,该拉绳的一段绕设于该第一带轮,该拉绳的另一段绕过该第一导轮组后伸出该本体的罩盖的一第一开口,该弹力绳的一段绕设于该第二带轮,该弹力绳的另一段绕设于该第二导轮组后固定于该本体的基座。
6.根据权利要求5所述的拉力健身器材,其中该拉绳在该第一带轮的绕设方向与该弹力绳在该第二带轮的绕设方向呈相反。
7.根据权利要求1所述的拉力健身器材,其中该弹力绳的弹性大于该拉绳的弹性。
8.根据权利要求1所述的拉力健身器材,还包含一卧推组,具有一卧推板和一支撑板,该卧推板可拆卸地组装于该本体的罩盖上,该支撑板可拆卸地枢接于该卧推板的一侧。
9.根据权利要求8所述的拉力健身器材,其中该卧推板以平行于该本体的方式置于该罩盖上,该支撑板收纳在该罩盖和该卧推板之间。
10.根据权利要求8所述的拉力健身器材,其中该卧推板以垂直于该本体的方式置于该罩盖上,该支撑板直立于地面且垂直地枢接于该卧推板的一侧。
11.根据权利要求1所述的拉力健身器材,还包含一移动轮,该移动轮设于该基座的一侧。
12.根据权利要求11所述的拉力健身器材,其中该基座底侧设置一承接板,该承接板具有两个间隔设置的凹窝,两个该凹窝位于该承接板对应该移动轮的位置。
